I have used both the Leesburg location and the Ocala location. Both are very good-- Sandra and Ralf know computers!!! They are happy to help. I use computers all the time but don't know software, data transfer or other technical tasks and they don't talk tech or down to me but are eager to help. They also have replaced a part in a desktop tower. Always they are reasonably priced. Oh, and if you reach out via their website they do respond usually within a day. Stay away!!!!!! Brought my notebook in for repair. Agreed to the $30.00 diagnostic fee which would be applied to repair. Called the next day and was told to pick up as they wouldn't be able to work on it as the tech was reluctant to "open it up" for diagnostics as the glass screen may possibly break. They wouldn't refund my diagnostic fee for a service they never started. I will try to get this back through credit card complaint. I wouldn't even give them one star but can't review without it. read more
