The police even acknowledged this to us even though their hands were tied, and they couldn't do anything because it was a civil matter. First my computers boot-loop problem was misdiagnosed as the cpu, which it turned out not to be one expensive purchase later. Then they lost my hard drive, and did not take accountability. In the end my problem couldn't be fixed across two different motherboards being ordered and swapped and I can't fault them for that in the case that they truly were defective and I just have terrible luck with motherboards, but that aside it would have been better if I had never taken it here because I'd still have $450 in my account from not having to swap a CPU and misplaced hard-drive. In the end I pulled the plug and picked up my still-broken desktop with the parts I'd given to them placed back in their boxes, NOT labeled like they said they would, and missing screws and a CPU socket-cover on one motherboard essentially voiding my opportunity to return that one. The one saving grace is they honored the guarantee on their website and did not charge me anything on pick-up, and that's really the only thing saving them from 1 star here and distinguishing this shop from a total con operation based off my experience and results. I wouldn't come back again for a complex diagnostic/fix on a gaming rig.
