Today I came at this location to buy a new battery for my car. I was pleasantly surprised when an associate named Erasmo offered to install it for me and did it pretty quickly. In addition to that, I bought a steering wheel cover, which wasn't easy to put on. Erasmo helped putting it on as well! Sales associates like Erasmo are really making night and day difference in customer experience, they really go above and beyond and make people come back to their store because of their courtesy. I will be coming back to this store for my future car-related needs!

The guys working the store are super helpful - whether it's assuring me I'm not in over my head, or consulting on which particular part to get - I always have good banter with the guys and feel good when I leave the store.
