I will never step foot in this shop again. Purchased a unit 3 days ago, it will not take a charge. The guy behind the counter was incredibly unhelpful. Basically said "Gee that's tough" He would not offer a solution to exchange /refund just sort of stood there. Apparently they do not understand the concept of customer service. The pinnacle of Vape shops. Great service, great selection, great environment. The owner, Kevin, is a really great person, he was able to help me quit my cigarette addiction! About 5 years or so ago, I stumbled into Kevin's shop back when he was just starting up, it was just him in a super small space, working all day everyday. You could tell he was giving it everything he had. After helping a customer out real quick he had me sit down and we shot the sh*t for what seemed like maybe 20-30 mins. He got me set up with everything I needed to succeed. I was prepared & had even made a new friend. No pressure at any time, just helpful, friendly and you could tell he genuinely cares. It didn't stop there though, I came back to get juice from him because well, what comes around goes around. I remembered the great service. Time went on, we had more great talks each time I came by, then we started talking about how I wanted to quit my nicotine habit... At that moment Kevin helped me ween myself down by making lower and lower mg nicotine juice I just needed to remember what mg I was using and make the decision on when to lower it. Eventually I was using 0mg nic and not even craving it, victory! After about a year of 0mg juice I was able to break the other habit created when I smoked cigarettes: smoking before, during and after everything. I've been nicotine free for 2 years and loving it, I also stopped vaping... juice that is ;) When I quit using my e-cig I passed it on to my neighbor in hopes that it will help him quit cigarettes too. Great house blends and awesome catalog of mixes. Also knows their stuff and able to make good recommendations for flavor profile as well as base type for application. Really customer oriented as well. A lot of mod accessories as well as hookahs. I didn't explore those but did look at the vape supplies! Several popular retail blends as well. This place hands down has the best e-juices in Madison and probably all of Wisconsin. The flavors are very robust and the prices are decent. Some suggestions -Get larger size options at a discounted price. -You often have to wait for your juices to be made and there can be a line of 2-3 people sometimes. Bought 2 of their house made vape juices. They are so unbelievably terrible. They are almost worth keeping for a joke. Kind of like the trick jelly beans that taste like vomit. I called to talk to them about getting them exchanged and he very rudely said. "I dont know what you think I'm going to do about it" them told me that all sales are final. read more

I've stopped into Kev's shop at least a half dozen times, and each time there are more and more temptations! He is very passionate about his products and is more than happy to help you learn how to use them. The flavors that I have tried are incredibly satisfying and fairly unique. Fish Sticks and Custard...need I say more? I will. The Organic Tobacco flavor is quite smooth. I thought I'd try a different juice without going downtown and going through the parking search. Basically I walk in and It looked like they set up shop in a utility closet. I got a 15 ml bottle for like 11$. Normally I pay 14 for a 30 ml bottle at smokes on state. The guy working had no personality and also didn't really offer any suggestions. I ended up giving the juice away. Overall I'd say go downtown SOS it's worth the parking. Way more selection on mech. mods and RDAs. Way bigger selection of juice, cheaper and all really cool guys that are willing to help you once you walk in. Not a one by one process. read more

The worst experience I have ever had. I had purchased what was advertised as "salt nic" but I have been let down the past 4 visits that I have gone. I have not gotten "sat nic" but instead have received regular vape juice. I have told the employees that they had messed up what I had ordered, but they do not care at all. They have no knowledge behind making any sort of juice and have no people skills either. Not only does the store reek of marijuana, but the employees are so high that they do not know how to make proper juice. Which I have found makes me very sick. I highly recommend you do not shop at this place. They are highly overpriced. If you want a good cheap store check out "smokes on state" they are in sun prairie and they have actual knowledge. read more

For a while I've wished for a vape store to open up in Madison(Of course you got infinite but, good luck trying to find a parking spot closer than a mile). I was tired of making my juice purchases online and having to wait for it to arrive in the mail. Sure enough, I got what I was hoping for. The store owner - Kevin, is a really nice guy. Every time I go in, he's very polite and welcoming to the customers who always walk out with a smile. Can't blame them - prices are good, service is good, Kevin is a guru at his art. I've gone here a few times. They aren't exactly a ray of sunshine when you go in there if that matters to you. They've gotten a bigger selection of mods and what not over the last few months. The juice I've tried is ok. I went in there yesterday with a few friends. We were there for about 20 minutes and nobody said a word to us. No "hello". No "ill be with you in a minute". Nothing. from what I could tell there was one guy working but another guy was also behind the counter for a minute. So maybe he works there but wasn't technically working at the time? There was only one other customer in the shop but we were completely ignored. Customer service much? So... we left and dropped about $300 at a another shop in town. Your loss, guys! This place is Great! I was a mod n00b when I first walked in. I had so many questions and concerns about my new vape purchase(Russian 91%). Kevin, the owner was there to help me every step.
