When I asked if they had anything over $100, Josh responded with, "I can charge you however much you want," and then told me that if anyone pays over $100 for a cigar, they're getting ripped off. I clarified that I hadn't bought anything yet and was simply asking questions because I was unfamiliar with cigars and wanted to get something high-end as a gift. I told him I'd stop by later that afternoon, and when I arrived, I was greeted and went into the humidor to browse. While I was looking around, I overheard Josh at the desk laughing about our phone conversation and mocking me to his friends, saying I got ripped off and making fun of the questions I had asked. As someone who was genuinely trying to learn and was fully prepared to spend good money on gifts, being publicly mocked for asking beginner questions was honestly shocking and extremely unprofessional.
