Both of these were on tap at the bar. The bar was kind of empty when I visited, so I had my server's full attention, and she made sure that everything was all good. I got a Caesar salad to eat, which was fine. It wasn't the best Caesar, and I don't think I would order it again, but it made me less hungry, and it was a salad, so it did its job. Its mediocrity didn't stop me from eating it all. A couple of days later, I visited The Lookout Bar for a big glass of red wine to take back to my room. The server poured me a hearty glass and said, "This should get you drunk!" I appreciated his enthusiasm and confidence in his pour. Overall, I think I would visit The Lookout for drinks but not food. While we were there, they also had live music happening on the patio that was the perfect accompaniment to the sunshiny patio lounging. For my lunch, I got a Santa Fe salad, which consists of mixed greens, black beans, corn, pico, pickled onions, topped with a few crispy tortilla strips and southwest ranch.
