Maybe it's due to the cost of getting ingredients out here, but even in bigger cities, pho doesn't usually cost this much--unless we're talking premium cuts of meat. That said, the pho itself is decent. It's not life-changing, but when that craving hits, it definitely satisfies--especially with the right mix of hoisin, sriracha, and lime.
