This is definitely the best hidden gem in all of leesville. They are well known for their freshly hot made pulled pork and their bbq sauce. The service is great and super fast considering they make the food as you order it. It's a small little place with inside and outside chairs and a drive up window as well as a walk up window. We would always go get the voodoo fries. We have never tasted something so so good. They make their pulled pork fresh and had freshly made fries with cheese, bbq sauce, and even jalapeños. I was in Leesville on business and gave this place a shot. The Yelp reviews were positive BUT limited. I wasn't disappointed! I got the two-meat combo with brisket & pulled pork. My sides were fried Okra & Mac n Cheese. I got a side of two ribs as well. Everything was amazing! My eyes were bigger than my stomach so I had enough for dinner the following evening. Great food. I come for lunch almost every day - specifically the Voodoo Fries (which are a plate full of HEAVEN!!) the meat (ALL of them) are the leanest, most tender and juicy barBque I have every eaten - and I've eaten in places that tout they're where barbque originated! - but they are hands down the best I've ever eaten! The place is always clean, the staff is always super friendly and always helpful, and u definitely get more than what u pay for here! This is a small mom-and-pop place that has recently relocated to a bigger facility than where they were before. My wife had gotten some of their food at work one of her co-workers had purchased it. So we decided to stop in and get some food for ourselves. We ordered barbecue quesadillas which were fantastic we also ordered mac and cheese which is really good and can't do a whole lot with mac and cheese. They're dirty rice needs a little seasoning of some sort otherwise it was really really good. We also got Voodoo fries. Let me just say that whoever came up with the idea of voodoo fries, which is cheese barbecue sauce and ranch dressing I believe is a genius! We devoured the voodoo fries not leaving much room for any other food which is why it took me an extra day to post my review. The ribs are great they are a dry rubbed it appears they would be better with a little more barbecue sauce on them but fantastic. I should also mention that my half rack of ribs was free as I had originally ordered a baked potato, but none of their potatoes work ready to be served so the lady I spoke with asked me what else I wanted and I told her I would pay the difference and she wouldn't have it so A++ for service there. Overall, good food, a little more pricey than you might like, but well worth what you'll pay for it. Portions are generous and the food is good. If I gave a review based solely on the food it would get 5/5, however, I have tried to order here on three different occasions this week. Each time I sat in line for the drive thru and each time I left without ordering after sitting for 15+ minutes and the same person at the window still hadn't been served their food. I'm not the only person either, people in front of me were leaving because they were tired of waiting too. This was never a problem at the old location but seems to be a serious issue at the new location off Belview Rd. Overall I love this place but they need to find a way to speed things up at the window because ownership is missing out on a lot of sales due to impatient customers. I wrote this review while waiting in line and when I pulled up there were 4 cars in front of me. It has been 30 minutes now and there is still one person waiting ahead of me.
