I went there yesterday kind of scared due to the low yelp reviews but when I got there the inside looked almost spotless and the customer service was A1! Very friendly and helpful, but this was my first time at Wendy's so not too positive on if the food tasted how it's supposed to but it was a solid 7/10 burger. Service was fantastic and drive thru was quick. The burger was cold and sloppy and had a plastic tie from the buns inside and that was traumatic in itself. The fries definitely had been cooked way earlier. Frosty was good! Anyway, needless to say I will never try them again. read more

All I'm going to say is bless the people who work here. Coffee Luke warm, half filled, on my breakfast burrito: 1 piece of bacon, 1 fried egg, small pieces of fried potatoes which cost 7 bucks (for the whole meal). I added cinnamon roll on the side; it was very dry. The start of the encounter with the woman taking orders to me putting food in my mouth was not a good experience. Came here yesterday to get one of the frosty freight toys for my granddaughter. They gave out another toy. I knew they had the frosty frights there the manager said they will not have them until October 1st. I showed her the company's statement saying they would be out from September 4 to November 2nd . Then I showed her where she cannot make her own rules she has to follow what the company is giving out. So basically she had the frosty frights toys but wanted to get rid of all her old toys first and just hang on to the frosty frights and put them out when she was good and ready. I told her I called the district about it and she finally gave it to me however she is not qualified to be a manager she was argumentative over something I was right about . She said to me it was not fare to everyone else. I said your right it is not fare you are not giving out the item you were told to give out according to this company's policy. I hope that the head office sees this because we have a manager here that wants to set her own rules and then lies to me.I never complain about food quality but I don't like be lied to and I don't like attitudes especially when I am showing her in writing what the guidelines are so again maybe not manager material read more

Came for a lil bite at 8 o'clock pm. I order the grilled chicken ranch wrap. I get my order & when I go to bite into the wrap the chicken was so hard like it had been sitting out for AWHILE! I take it to the counter & tell the girl about it & I also ask if they have any FRESH chicken & she says no ma'am we do not. That's the very last thing you need to tell a customer! So it goes to show how long the chicken had been sitting out for! It takes 3-4 minutes to make FRESH so why couldn't they already have some Fresh made?! We used the mobile app and purchased our food on an app then we drove to our neighborhood Wendy's. We pulled up to the drive Thur and there were five people in the line in front of us. We waited twenty minutes to even get to the order speaker. Then we told them we had a mobile order. They asked what name. Then after giving our name another voice asked us to pull to the second window. We waited another twenty minutes behind the cars who were at the window. When we finally arrived at the window the cashier said an amount that was not our order and we said , no, we are the mobile order and we already paid. The girl said oh and walked away and the manager lady was like "pull forward so people can get their order". She asked us a few times until we insisted that, no we ordered too. She then said, well you should have told us your order at the speaker. We then told her we did and the girl who had walked away, verified that we had said that but our order was not even ready... while we waited at the window the employees inside were talking very loudly about the hassle of mobile orders. When I say very loudly, a male employee was yelling that they should just take orders as fast as they could and not mobile orders. The manager responded with, we gotta have to food for all these orders... it was just so awful to sit there and wait another five to six minutes while they prepared our cheese fries and burger. They gave me the taco salad first sideways and it almost fell many times in the car. Look at the photo to understand. We were made to feel unimportant and the staff (manger- older woman) was rude. Her "I apologize" was very sarcastic and insincere... we will not be going back. Just left Wendy's in Leesville with my family. Not only are all the tables dirty and there is trash all over the floor. But the guy that took our order was wearing Spider-Man glasses and being very rude. Acted like we inconveniencing him by ordering. Only two of the four orders were correct. When asking for napkins for our children, it was like an act of Congress. Wendy's may be a fast food environment, but this location has gone down hill RAPIDLY. I have had nothing but problems from this location. I kept telling myself it's just a bad day and I should be more patient. But it's every time without out fail. We had an allergy incident one time with them. Asked for a Dr Pepper and they gave us tea, of all things. My boyfriend is allergic to tea and had to be given his rescue med. this last time we went the group of about 5 or 6 workers were goofing around, not doing anything and cursing. The guy who took our payment had to ask QUITE LITERALLY 3 times in a row what our order was. Like he forgot it in the 5 seconds it took for him to turn his head back to the computer. It took them 15 min of us sitting at the drive through window to get our food ready. All of it was cold and half of it was wrong. The customer service is beyond terrible every single time we've been in the past 6 months. They're almost always out of things, and their card machine is always down. We don't carry cash so it makes life hard when we order food and get to the window before they decide to tell us it's cash only and we have to cancel the order and find a new place to eat. I honestly am so fed up with this restaurant and would rather drive all the way to the one in deridder than deal with this crap ever again. read more

I've eaten at this Wendy's quite a bit and I have to say this was the worst experience I've ever had at this location. Me and my Grandson were dining in and our order got lost. They had to come get our receipt to make our order. After about 30 minutes our food finally arrived. Everything was cold and the bacon on my Baconator was burnt. It was the worst tasting burger I have ever had. While we were eating I could hear the staff behind the counter and in the kitchen cursing continuously. I learned that my grandson did not know what a frosty was so we had to order two small frosty's. Mine was the vanilla and it was fine. He wanted chocolate and the machine seems to be empty. The employee went to the back and got a bag to fill it up they immediately dispensed it. It was a soupy mess barely even cold. I ordered two avocado BLTs and one was a large combo (save $$$), I open up the wrapper and the first thing I noticed is no avocado, second is no tomato!!!!!!!!! I ordered a $6 some burger and $7 some combo and the main ingredients in the name of the sandwich itself is missing!!!!!!!! To top it off, the fries that came with the large combo looked like half of it was missing, as though it were for a small person. It was a small amount of fries in it's big sized container. Literally was able to count the amount fries... 14 by the way. Very disappointed!!!!!! I really wish I'd have taken the picture!! This Wendy's doesn't deserve the 3 and a half star it holds. Wish I could give it zero star. Plus, horrible customer service.
