Worst customer service I have literally ever experienced. They lock their doors in the middle of the day and flat out lie to your face that your order has been picked up already. Ordered food for my kids and I'm actually scared to let them eat it because the employees are so dirty and trashy. I am almost 100% positive that this Burger King will be closing soon after everyone rating it like this. Stay away. read more

DO NOT go to this place. Worst damn customer service I have ever seen. Wait for 30 after I ordered my food just to get it. 2 people there, no one came back to the window, even when I called out to get their attention when they walked by. Every single time we come here it gets worse. It's dirty and the employees are so disrespectful. They go in when they are not on shift and take things from behind the counter, walk in the back yelling and acting crazy with customers in the dining area. just a bit ago went to leesville Burger King and got a lil frustrated cause I was not getting any service so I said something cause I called the store n talked to a manager n she said n a very rude tone that I was pretty much lying when I said I had been there for a while n haven't gotten waited on . The staff has pushed hard to keep up with the ongoing demand during Covid19. The only ongoing issue would have to be that meal times are absolutely SWAMPED due to the lack of alternatives for military personnel. But if you manage to avoid the time windows it is still a decent place. read more

Pulled up and asked if they had a ghost pepper combo and we were rudely told "no". So we asked if they just didn't have a combo or if they didn't have the nuggets. Again we got a rude "no" reply. Ok, I came here to dodge the line to the street at McDonald's. That was my 1st mistake. Second was I actually asked for something and ticked the little girl who doesn't want to work off. My passenger seat is now covered in soda because none of the lids were on the 3 lg cokes i ordered and I'm waiting for them to force the eggs through the chickens (maybe mix the water with the egg powder), slaughter the pig and bake the bread. This is supposed to be fast food! I'm writing this review at the window while waiting. I think I will continue to write so you know how fast it is. Little girls are now standing together and chatting. Sitting here watching I've just realized what there "help wanted" sign says. After everyone else in town turns you down for a job. Come see us. We are a sure thing. We hire what no one else will. Omg, I still have no food!!!! I bet had I gone to McDonalds I'd be back on the road by now. Rude staff and spongy food. The girl at the drive thru laughed while I take my order, she didn't even give me a total just had her hand out waiting for payment. The lady at the 2nd window literally threw the bag at me and got an attitude when I asked for sauce. They just hate their job. And the nuggets are just rubber (yes 1.49 what can you get) but still they were good the other day. The only good thing about my time was the drink (which is hard to mess up lol) read more

I use to love Burger King but it's really gotten bad. My husband went to the drive through tonight and brought the food home. He ordered a bacon and cheese whopper, when I opened my burger of course there was no bacon. He got onion rings which he could not even eat because they were so salty and hard. One of the cleaner Burger Kings at which I've eaten. The manager was doing some quality control with a thermometer and clipboard which is a good sign. The dining room was very clean but the kitchen floor looked like it needed to be swept better. I was here at 6:30 AM so it may be different during a lunch rush. This is just a totally horrible restaurant. The inside is always filthy and the service is terrible. Today I went through the dive thru and when I got home 2 of my burgers had no bacon which I was charged for. So when I called to talk to the manager he was a total smart ass. i came with my two kiddos to get lunch (november 24), they wanted two plain cheeseburgers (just meat and cheese) and an 8 piece chicken nugget, i ordered a large fry and 8 piece cheese stick. we waited 25 min and people after us had food so i went up to check and waited for another five. we thought we finally got our food but we received: a four piece cheese stick, an 8 count chicken nugget, a small onion ring, three cheese burgers with everything on it, and two plain burgers... needless to say the only thing that was right was the 8 count chicken nugget and EVERYTHING was so cold. the kids were hungry and didn't wanna wait so i had to switch out all the buns for the plain ones with the extra burgers they gave us and then wipe off the sauces with a napkin. a couple came up to me asking about how everything was and they said their experience was the same, and burger king locked the doors (locking all of us in). i added a picture of my receipt with everything on it (including an extra burger that i didn't want but had to pay for)... ive been here umpteen times in the past couple months and it's been the same experience every time. read more

Stopped for chicken sandwich. Van in the line at the order window ha shut down and opened the door for air because they had been in line so long. Went inside hoping for faster service. Stood at counter for at least 7 to 8 minutes before anyone even showed up at register. Staff was joking and chatting paying no attention to problem. Finally placed my order and got number 38. One customer appeared to be waiting for food. I said you must be number 36. His answer was no I am number 34 and have been waiting for 30 minutes already. When I went outside cars were pulling around the van and leaving. I left without even waiting for my sandwich. Not worth the hassle. read more

I continue to be disappointed in this newer remodeled BK. The dining area is always dirty and tables are seldom wiped down. We have to clean our own tables every visit. The drink station is always trashy and dirty. It's set up horribly. We've also had 20 minute + wait times at dinner time on slow evenings. I don't know why when people get new things and don't take care of them. BK Leesville is the same. They need to stop and get on track. read more

Staff is friendly. Food was fresh. However they were pretty slow. I ordered food for 4 people and they had me pull up and wait but I was waiting a good 10 to 15 minutes for our food.
