Pho Special
Katie N.

Came here for an early dinner and ordered the special Pho and spring rolls. The soup base and noodles taste great. Lots of meat packed in the bowl. I really enjoyed it. The spring rolls were tasty with peanut sauce However they were kind of pricey $6 something for 2 rolls. The customer service was friendly with lots of smiles. Overall, I'd definitely recommend the pho.

Food was great. I have ate here a couple times and all times the food has been great. The broth is good and so is everything else. Food came out with a reasonable time, and waitress came to check on us constantly.

Recommended I love their Takoyaki

Mrs. Carroll is very friendly and their service is awesome . We always comes here every month and their food taste hasn't change at all

Pho Ever located on Entrance road in Leesville, LA in a diamond in the rough. Offers multiple Vietnamese dishes, Boba tea, Special Pho is really good. The broth is piping hot, fresh vegetables (basil, limes, bean sprouts, and spicy peppers) and made to order. Aunty working there is very nice, attentive, and courteous. They're playing old school 80's love rock songs. Will definitely stop by again to try the beef stew, Banh mi, or Summer rolls. 15% charge for groups of 6 or more.

After dressing it up the way I like it. (Pho-the special.... Includes every meat)

The best Pho in the Leesville area! Every time I visit Pho Ever it's literally the best quality food, and service. Not one complaint. The setting is very nice and friendly. Most of all always inviting. I love bringing my friends from out of town to Pho Ever. Instead of having the same ol stuff, like burgers and fries this is definitely the place to go. You can tell they always put their heart in their food. It's never lacking anything

Finally made it! And it did not disappoint, broth was flavorful and full of depth, ordered Pho Special and the meat ratio on point! Served with onions, lemons, basil and jalapeño. Did not get green onions or bean sprouts which I was expecting sauces included to give it a kick! Thank you for bringing Pho to Leesville / FT POLK. See ya soon Pho Ever

Pho Special with Iced Matcha Tea

I travel for work and sometime I'll be gone for three weeks at a time and miss homemade food such as Pho. The restaurant was close to the Bayne Jones Army Community Hospital where I was working so we decided to go there for dinner. I usually stay away from any Vietnamese restaurant that has a cheesy name like Pho Ever...lol I didn't have great expectations when we went. I think my waitress was new because she totally sold us the "green" drinks that she pointed in the counter. It was a bottle of Aloe Vera so we all assumed we were getting that. We end up getting Iced Matcha Tea instead. We didn't get mad, the Matcha drink was very good. If you never had some, try it! For appetizers, my two co-worker each ordered the spring rolls. One had the shrimp and the other had the BBQ pork since she was allergic to seafood. The spring rolls usually comes with boiled shrimp and pork but here they only come with boiled shrimp. They accommodated us by making one with BBQ pork because one was allergic to seafood. They both enjoyed the rolls. We all got the Special Pho. I was so glad I didn't order any appetizers because when our Pho came out, it was a huge portion. Our bowls were filled with so much noodle and proteins. Their pho is hand down the best pho I've had by far during all my traveling around rural and some bigger city for work. Taste like home with the aroma of cinnamon, anise, whole cloves, cardamom pods and coriander seeds. The five important spices in making a great beef pho broth. The only problem I have with the broth is that it was a tad bit too much fat and oily in the broth. I requested extra lime so that really help. I literally ate all my pho. It's a fairly newly opened only Pho spot around here. Trust me, when I say your are lucky to get a place like this that has an authentic Vietnamese Pho to enjoy during this cold weather.

Not the best nor the worst. Being stationed in fort Polk for a little over 2 years and seeing this place open up, really excited me but there is a lot to work on here. The boba for the tapioca drinks were just sitting out in the open not being refrigerated. And the pho...broth was alright and meet could be a lot thinner too and hot oil wasn't even spicy. Will be coming back tho in a few month considering there not much around here. Hopefully y'all improve.

Spring rolls and peanut sauce

Good food. I just wish there was a bigger selection of meats for the pho. I miss the selection that we have in Southern California, especially tendons. The spring rolls were very good and the peanut sauce was delicious! I will definitely be back.

Food here is pretty good, only reason I give 4 stars is because it's kinda pricy for the amount of food you get.

We went here as my wife wanted Asian food. So with our comps from Coushatta and we had around $70…read moredollars worth of comps due to play and we played around 2700 points with $2 dollars per point which was not too bad. We came on a Saturday and during lunch at around 12:30pm it was not too bad, but the place is small though. The food is expensive, but of course we had comps to cover this, but with real money it would be quite a bit. We ordered the duck for $35 dollars and the tofu with vegetables for $17 dollars. I loved the duck as it was sweet and juicy. I enjoyed the tofu actually. Seasoning was great. Portions were not big, but they do give you a lot of rice. We got our food really fast as well.

ordered pho. only comes as either beef, chicken, or shrimp. beef has meatballs no like and of…read morecourse its the majority of meat in the bowl. . it is not pho tai cuz the beef is well done. also has brisket. broth is ok. not too sweet. added all the veggies and it was passable considering its in the boonies. would like this to be a celebratory dinner but i never win. lol. service was ok and server came back to check on me. What I didnt like is food was dropped off while i was away in restroom considering the fact I was dining alone. ambiance is noisy with some booths that have sunk in from previous butts, leaving me at an uncomfortable level. Good news is that chairs are available.
