Stopped in while getting some work done on my vehicle and ordered the chicken bánh mì along with a mango milk. The chicken itself was flavorful and tender, but the sandwich was surprisingly dry no mayo, no Maggi, and the pickled vegetables ( if they were pickled) lacked flavor. Overall, it wasn't one of the better chicken bánh mì sandwiches I've had. The mango milk, on the other hand, was excellent and something I'd definitely order again. Customer service matched the sandwich dry and lacking. $15.00 total with the tip. read more

We've had lunch here 3 or 4 times, foods are good, wide selection. Not a big "Pho" fan, but like all appetizers here, so-far. Plenty parking in center lot, little shade. Service is extremely variable, not a good place for a quick lunch. This place is on our "once in a while" list, for sure. Don't let the robot server scare you. It just takes platters to table & stops, playing elevator music. read more

I ordered a Vietnamese Po-boy to go. The first two bites, I got nothing but bread. I didn't get a bite of the meat until the 4th bite. VERY little meat. read more

Their seafood pho is the best! I also always get the shrimp spring rolls with extra peanut sauce and sliced jalapeños on the side. Tried the Thai tea for the first time the other day with boba which was sooooo good. The service is always quick and the atmosphere is very relaxed. read more

the food was okay. however, the service was not so great. I tried to order the spicy beef pho with the lemon grass and the server had the audacity to tell me no and to get the regular beef pho all because I said I didn't want the pork knuckle and pork blood in it which says it's optional on the menu. I'm unsatisfied with this service and I won't be coming back again. read more

Came for lunch before errands, great choice. We were greeted and sat quickly. And had very refreshing and tasty peach, and mango ice teas, appetizers were spring rolls with an awesome peanut sauce, and shrimp dumplings which was very good. The Beef Pho had a deep flavor which was great. Seafood Pho was extremely good with added basil and sprouts. Overall great flavor experience. read more

Simply not good! Ordered the Dr. Phil pho soup. Absolutely no flavor! Even with added hoisin sauce, siracha sauce, soy sauce. Had to add salt on top of all of that. So bland!!! Couldn't even eat it. The spring rolls were ok. The peanut sauce was way too sweet with no spice at all. read more

Ever since Pho Home took over, the food is so much better! The ambience is a lot nicer and the service seems a lot quicker.. but the menu, has improved so much! We got the following: Vietnamese Egg Coffee - this sounds a little weird, but the egg gives it a creaminess that is not replicable, delicious, and ratio of bitterness to sweetness is perfect Pho Home - signature soup with marinated stir-fried steak, ox tail, and short rib - served in a hot stoned bowl! Your pho stays hot the whole time while eating! Delicious! Spicy Beef Noodles (Bun Bo Hue) - vermicelli noodle with central Vietnam style beef broth. Served with beef shank, pork, shrimp patty, and blood cake - a little spicier and fattier than a pho, but definitely a lot of flavor packed in a bowl Pho Home has a very extensive menu, I need to come back to test out the other foods! read more

Yeah, that's a no from me dawg. The food was okay, but the service was horrible. Throwing straws and whatever else on the table and not letting me finish my order is not right. Not only that, but when we requested a different server, the service went from bad to worse. Sign, this sucks because I love vietnamese food, but it's not worth it whatsoever to come and eat to have a bad experience. They really deserve no stars, but that one has to be given right? Also, it may be a coincidence, but my food was fine looking, but my friend I was with whom let them know of getting a different server had their food burned. We asked why it was like that, and the server joked and said that was more flavor??? Like wtf, I'm flabbergasted. I will NEVER go back. Also, my stomach hurts right now, but I don't want to believe they would poison my food. :( As for the ambiance, the floor was sticky. read more

Nice ambiance and food looked beautiful but service was poor at best. The waiter made a point (after my asking if they had any noodle dish like Lo mein/chow mein) that no, that's Chinese food--this is Vietnamese food. He repeated that impatiently when I asked what vegetables were in a dish. In any country' he was impatient and unhelpful, very slow. And my order was wrong. The dish I got gave a protein choice, for $2 more. I ordered it without mushrooms or onions despite waiter saying he had no idea what vegetables it had besides corn, carrots, onions. After quite a wait a pretty shrimp and crab legs dish came out. The waiter insisted I'd ordered the seafood but as a Vegetarian don't order seafood. After more arguing that I HAD ordered it, even showing me the menu's protein choice, he finally took the seafood dish back saying, as he walked away, he'd "see what he could do for me." Very fast they "made the dish for me" and served it on the same plate, looking the same as before minus the seafood. I have a mild seafood allergy. My burning lips/tongue gave me the cynical idea the dish was the wrong one with shrimp, crab legs picked off the top of the dish. Yes, I have my Epi pen with me. The waiter did ask if it was good and as I looked I saw onion in it. He said it likely slipped in on accident BUT it was just ONE piece. The dish tasted of onions and seafood. He returned to say the manager was giving me a 20% discount because of it having the 1 piece of onion (eye roll). The service was so poor I won't eat here again. The impatience and lack of service, attention were very unappetizing. If Pho Home fixes the problem I'd say work on cleaning the table items too. read more

Great food, Great service will be returning!!!!!!!! Calm ambiance. The pho was a great a bit on the sweet side

Pho Saigon / Pho Home was an average experience for noodle soup. It was odd because they had all kinds of sushi and Japanese dishes, and then a bunch of Vietnamese dishes, along with Hot Pot. I opted for the Vietnamese route with a spring roll and bun bo hue. My water and the spring roll came out fairly quick. The spring roll was decent, peanut sauce was great. The bun bo hue was okay. I was happy to see blood cakes and the meat was tender. The broth seems to lack flavor and salt, and the noodles seemed over cooked. The service was okay, nothing great. The waitress brought my drink, my food, and check. No check ups and visits other than to delivery anything or collect my money. I wouldn't say Pho Home is bad, but there is better near by for sure! read more

To start off, the place is so welcoming and the music is chipper but relaxing. The food was so good. I got the House special pho and when it came it was at the perfect hot/warm temperature for me to eat right away, its also a pretty good serving whether or not you get the small or large. My server was really welcoming and understanding. Also definitely recommend trying out the thai matcha if you're a fan of matcha like me. Literally got two of them because they were so delicious. Zero Stars! As someone who absolutely loves a good Pho situation, I have been trying to get my boyfriend to try for the longest! Today was the day that he finally gave in and I was so excited! Little did we know what was in store. Receiving notification that it was done and on its way less than five minutes after placing the order should have been a clue that this experience was going to be terrible! We ordered the Combination Pho which was supposed to come with ribeye steak, brisket, fat brisket, stripe, soft tendon, and beef meatballs. We opened the soup to find a sour looking broth, a clump of plastic looking noodles stuck together and two pieces of fat pulled from meat. No veggies. As if that wasn't bad enough, pulling out a plastic bag of uncooked meat, with blood all over the bag took the cake! The audacity! I almost lost it! My poor baby tried to take a bite anyway to be a good sport and needless to say there was zero taste. Pho Home you should be ashamed of yourself! You should be Pho GONE! read more

It is utterly bussin, I don't think I want to go anywhere else honestly. I highly suggest the lamb pho and first love

Got delivery on WaitrApp... It was very mediocre. Decided to give them a try. There were no utensils in the bad. Thankfully, I had a set of chopsticks! The Pho was just okay, nothing special. I asked for extra veggies, seemed like put less than average. And, only 1 packet of each sauce... option to order extra for more $, seems kinda cheap. I likely won't order from them again. Too many other places that offer better food and don't cheap out on it. Overall.... thumbs down read more

I have been a regular customer over that last few years and the food has been becoming increasingly hit or miss. Last visit, I ordered to go, my entire order was wrong. I had ordered a beef pho with only fat brisket, extra meatballs, and tendon. Extra meatballs is $2.95, I received 3 meatballs total. Besides that, the kitchen staff had to remake my order due to only putting rare steak and none of the meats requested. Today, I tried a new menu item, the salmon rice plate. It comes with a mayo type sauce on top of the grilled salmon. When my plate came out, there was no mayo sauce and extra dry salmon. You could see the burnt black on the edges of the salmon where the mayo sauce was. Multiple people asked the kitchen to remake the dish and they refused. I wish I would have taken a picture of the sad looking plate. I'm about to stop giving this place chances and spend my hard earned money elsewhere. Only constant is the welcoming service received from the wait staff read more

This is my second visit and this visit is not even close to what it was the first time. The service was horrible, I didn't get my drink until I got my appetizer it took forever to take my order, they were not that busy.. and to top it all off my appetizer was warm not hot and my pho was warm no steam coming off of it I was very disappointed and I will not be coming back to this location... I recommended this place to my sister and was embarrassed of how unprofessional the servers were and my food was so burnt I had to take the top half of the bahn mi off to eat it and even after scraping off the ash it still tasted like only ash. The server laughed about it when I showed her. I was so mortified because I used to work here i college and we never treated our customers the way we were treated nor would we ever have brought food out that looked like that. It was so obviously burned, a bahn mi is supposed to taste nice and fresh and it tasted like straight ash. This was after requesting a different serve because the first one was so rude , throwing things down on the table and very nasty attitude. I was so shocked, because I remember him from a place pho hoa and he was very rude over there too. Not sure how he is keeping these jobs. The girl was much nicer than him but very unprofessional. It was a nightmare from beginning to end. It definitely ruined our sunday, we were so excited to go and it was just awful. I hope they can get this place back to what it used to be when the servers were friendly, professional, and the food was always fresh and handled with care. I really do hope they can fix these issues because normally the food is really good. It would be when I take my family and friends that we have such an awful experience on a Sunday. My sister refuses to go back but I will say that I've had much better experiences at this place. I believe they can do better and hope they do. All love, just will take me some time before I go back. I will always love and support Vietnamese food. I think this was just a very off day for them. read more

Just left from here. The manager, I assume, was very rude as soon as we walked in. He complained that we got there at 8:23 and they stop letting people in at 8:30 (even though the door says they are open until 10). We offered to leave and he said it was fine. But walked by our table several times and would make a face. The food was decent, but they didn't offer their full menu. I'm not sure how to really start this off, but I usually never give out one start review but me and my family have came here a few times and there was always something wrong with the food. It's either they put something we asked not to or we tell them to add something and they don't but what really pushed the line was the fact that there was a string of plastic LITERAL PLASTIC in my food. This beyond disgusting. I don't know where that came from or where it was before in my food. read more
