The smoothies and teas are wonderful here however there is too much ice put in some drinks. When I asked for light ice I was told they do not do light ice. I even offered to pay to not have so much ice, two sips of my $5 drink and it's gone! Instead, I was given half a cup of the beverage chosen because I asked for light ice. If I am an everyday customer paying $5 for TEA I expect to have my cup full. Especially if I offered to pay to not have light ice. There's bubble tea places in other cities that you get your money's worth for the drink you purchase. This is the ONLY shop I know that rips you off and is so stingy behind tea. 2 beverages a day =$10 x 5 Days a week= $200 a month $2400 a year. Probably the worst bubble teas that I've ever had. I asked them for an easy ice bubble tea, but they said that they don't do that. I see no reason why they can't do that.
