only giving one star cause I don't have the option to not give ANY STARS- drove through the Ambassador location where My whole order was messed up, things were missing, was charged extra for sides that came with my meal, was dished a nasty attitude when I asked for the tomatoes on my wrap that they had forgotten to put on.... they remade the wrap after complaining loudly about how they were just "wasting it" and gave me the tiniest wrap with hardly anything in it. They also put chicken on the cheese quesadilla after being specifically told no chicken (we are vegetarian) . No napkins, no cutlary, nothing but a bad attitude. so disappointing. read more

I ordered the Blueberry Bliss Smoothie and it was disgusting. Tasted horrible! I actually poured it down the drane.

If I could give less than 1 star I WOULD. We pick up sandwiches and smoothies from this location weekly. Today we had metal and glass shards in our smoothie and were given the run around by the staff. I was given no compensation for my troubles from the employee. The wraps here are ridiculous! They are fully stuffed-no one is skimping on ingredients here-then they do something I've only experienced here when I order a wrap...after they put all the things and I mean all the things in it they wrap it tight and grill it. Yes, they grill your tortilla so it's nice and warm and best of all, stays together when you bite it. It's not slapped together like some wraps are. Nothing worse than biting into your wrap and all the ingredients immediately fall out and you have to either try to reassemble it or eat it with a fork. A wrap is supposed to be eaten by hand, people. Thank you TSC for getting it. So my favorite wrap to date is the Southwest. It happens to be a breakfast one but they do serve it all day. It's got eggs, grilled chicken, peeper jack cheese, tomatoes, spinach and chipotle mayo. The flavor combination is insanely good and I buy it over and over again. It's become my new fave but the All American is really good too (eggs, ham, bacon, cheddar, mozzarella). In addition to the wraps they serve flatbread creations, bowls, sandwiches and of course, smoothies. Oh, they also have a small kids menu. As for the smoothies, try the Acai Berry Boost. It has acai juice, pomegranate, banana, blueberries and strawberries. Refreshing and delicious! read more

Tropical Smoothie Cafe has been my go to smoothie joint since being out here. My favorite smoothie there is Beach Bum add white chocolate (the white chocolate taste better with this one). They add chocolate to your smoothies and I love chocolate. The food are a plus too. They do not skim on ingredients and I don't feel overly full after eating a sandwich and smoothie. The food is alright but the service here is horrible. I do not recommend. I have been waiting 40 minutes! For two smoothies and three sandwiches which I had to wait 20 minutes for the smoothies, and two sandwiches, after they came out to the window 3 times to ask what we ordered again! Then ignored us for another 20 minutes Until we pulled around and had to go inside to ask about our food. Where it was just sitting inside. Horrible service. read more

I came here with my one year-old daughter to have an early dinner and pick up a smoothie and wrap for my husband. The inside was very clean and the decor and music was very upbeat. I ordered the thai salad. The ingredients are fresh and the chicken was really tasty. The dressing on the side was sweet but a little spicey. I loved it. I ordered the blueberry smoothie on the side. It was so light and refreshing. Not heavy at all with unnecessary milk or extra added sugars I also ordered the king ceaser wrap on the side with light dressing. They did just that and my husband loved it. He had the peanut and banana smoothie with added protein. It was a little watery. 2 meals, 2 smoothies, with a bag of chips and cookie wAs right at $23. Searched on yelp for a smoothie shop... Nope, never do Smoothie King. Anyhoo-drove 5 mikes off interstate to get a good smoothie. I've had smoothies at several TSC's and all were very good. Here... seems they left something out of my smoothie.:-( it was "ok", but nothing special at all. I was a bit disappointed in the taste. I got a combo of puta chicken wrap - ordered (chicken wrap with spinach, Swiss, and tomatoes). Received my wrap and I'm glad I opened it before I bit into it! It was loaded with BACON! How did bacon get on it??? My tomato's were not on there... I simply recked all the bacon off of it and asked the young lady at register could I please have some tomatoes? She stated - "I put it on the ticket, it should have been on there." Really! Hate when business establishment (employees do this)! If it was on my sandwich I wouldn't be ASKING! Obviously it wasn't on there... Geeze... She then stated "she can add it".... ummm-no, just give it to me and Ill put it on there. She walked to the front with tomatoes in her hand! I met her at the counter and I put it on my wrap. Now!!!! Why didn't she just put the tomatoes in a wrapper and hand to me?? I like this little smoothie place a lot. The flavors for the smoothies are so freakin' good. The flatbread chicken sandwich is also delicious. The inside was nice, and it was funny because they were playing rap music over the radio speaker system inside, which threw me off, but it was cool nonetheless. Overall, I would come here for a smoothie any day because they are THAT good. read more

I am very much a fan for tropical smoothie but this location has gone down hill... today i placed an order and everything I got was wrong.... down to an entire different salad that I did not order. I am very disappointed in this location and going to bring my business elsewhere. I just hope they can start to be more aware of the preparation they put into their meals. read more

I love this place! They have the BEST smoothies and their food is pretty great too. The only downside is that you will wait 10 minutes at least for your smoothie, even if no one is in line.. not sure why they're so slow read more

The flavors are awesome, the place is clean, the service is great, there's plenty on the menu to try something different every visit. Stopped to grab a quick bite to eat after work and before Bible Study. I ordered two tacos; their smoked jalapeño chicken and Thai chili steak. They were amazing. Among the best tacos I have ever had. My wife ordered their pecan chicken salad. She enjoyed it nearly as much as I enjoyed my tacos. The service was courteous and our meal was served promptly.
