The guy who was working 10/26/2024 at around 3pm was extremely rude and it was as if he was annoyed…read morewith us being at the establishment. He messed up one of our tea orders and started slamming things around and had an attitude while making the tea again from HIS mistake. Instead of actually tending to business, he decided to that working on his laptop was more important. My parents and I were very calm and cordial despite the crappy service and disrespect. Him and the people he was with on their laptops found it was okay to talk about us while we were still at the establishment drinking our tea which I found very dehumanizing given the situation.

Kung Fu TEA It's great for ME…read moreI stop by here for a drink or THREE Keep coming BACK For Lemon BLACK Feel so addicted maybe they use CRACK I'm not SURE But it tastes so PURE Bobaddiction is my sickness and there is no CURE So I'll get the BOBA And then I'll go OVER To Barbie's hotel room so I can DISROBE HER Anyway, enough about the perfect Barbie You better get your ass to K - F - T WHAT. So this is a lovely and brand new Kung Fu Tea location that I'm sure we will visit many more times in the future. It's a couple of miles off the highway in a leafy little part of town, close to the University - right where it should be. So of course they have it all - nice decor, good people, and good products. If I were to deduct a star, the main sticking point is the Lemon Black Tea - in that they have a big lit up board advertising "Lemon Series drinks" and then wouldn't make us any of them, "no longer on the menu", "might get in trouble", and it's like... it's what we drove hours to come here for, so come on now! However, they were willing to switch some of the drinks from green tea to black tea, which was super nice of them, and I won't punish them for the lemoncluelessness despite the obvious mix up with the sign even advertising the drink LOL. Anyway hopefully next time we come to Laugh-a-minute, we will be able to get their version of our beloved Lemon Black Tea. What to get: Lemon Black Tea With Tapioca! Or: All the fruit teas are pretty good, especially if you go off menu and get black tea! Or: Go crazy and order your fruit teas with the very strong Oolong! Or in winter: Any of the hot milk teas! Which milk teas are best: Honey Oolong! Oolong! Maybe Taro or Almond! I also love the regular milk tea with Oreo! Generally speaking, Kung Fu Tea scores 5, which is a huge compliment, considering that it's a massive international corporate chain, whose milk teas don't match up to the best chains: Sharetea, Gong Cha, Tea Top, and Coco. However, they're still really good, and the fruit teas here are among the best. Especially the lemon black tea which absolutely rocks my world. If it's not on the menu, demand it! Other fruit teas (Orange, Grapefruit, Pineapple) must also be ordered off-menu as Black Tea instead of the meh Green. Also the Lemon Black tastes good as a Lemon Oolong, but everyone else hates it because they have bad taste. The one annoying thing about the chain is the corporate office (they're sketchy) and their rule that no drink can have its tea altered. Anyway let's get some food to go with our Bubble Teas. I'm feeling kung-ry. If you're hungry grab an Old Tyme Grocery Po Boy before or after you come here. Mm-mmm. For Boba you will never forget That'll make you rock hard/dripping wet Get a Lemon Black Tea For a $5 fee From the new KFT Lafayette!

My daughter was super exited to try a Korean hot dog for the first time. We head to Momo Tea right…read moreafter school. She ordered a mozzarella hot dog and I went with a flaming hot sausage. I also got a Lime Passion fruit tea with boba. We had 3 mochinuts: white chocolate, funnel cake and churro. Service was 0/10. The young lady at the front counter was not very friendly. She had a flat affect the entire time and when I ask her to explain her fruit teas, she responded "What do you mean? Like all of them?" Their fruit teas looked a little bit different from the tea we order at the mall. What can I say I'm ignorant to the teas but I'm trying to learn. I felt like a bother asking any questions because of her response so I went ahead and ordered one to try. My daughter's corn dog 10/10. My corn dog 5/10. I'm assuming the flaming hot makes the corn dog soggy because mine was not as crispy as my daughter's. Tea 2/10 I liked the flavor but there was a ton of pulp and it was not popping boba, rather chewy, and I'm not a fan of the texture. I would have avoided ordering had I had an explanation of the tea. Mochinuts 5/10 Churro was delicious. The other two were pretty dry and flavorless (my first time trying so maybe that's the norm). Overall review: Pros: Mozzarella corn dog is fire!!! The atmosphere is cute with table games and a claw machine for entertainment. Con: Poor service. Soggy flaming hot sausage corn dog.

I wasn't sure what to get and the sweet girl behind the counter helped out and suggested the potato half and half. I absolutely loved it. So crunchy and crispy and the cheese was so meaty. That cheese pull was EVERYTHING! My sister got a mochi donut and it was delicious. I can't wait to go back and try a tea. Many people came in while we waited and all of their drinks looked amazing. We sat and played the games that the restaurant provided giving it a cafe vibe. It was very nice. Heading back soon!
