About 25 minutes later, I get to the place and pick up the order and then get back to my hotel where I grub down. Both the dumplings and noodles are tasty good. The dumplings came in multiple colors with a nice crust on the bottom and packed with filling. I got caught off guard with the extra fried dough-residue attached to the dumplings but it didn't bother me. The order comes with 2 dumplings each of beef onion, pork scallion, chicken, and vegetable. The combo noodles has chicken, beef, and shrimp mixed in with onions and peppers and a soy-based sauce. IT's a hefty portion that gave me lunch for the next day. I'll have to try the noodle soups and other dumplings next time I'm here. Overall a solid asian eats spot in Lafayette.
