The restaurant itself had a decent atmosphere. It was a little dirty; we saw several massive cobwebs on the ceiling but overall pretty clean. We had to wait about 15 minutes until someone came to take our drink orders and probably another 10 to receive our drinks. We only ordered a water and a passion fruit smoothie. Once we received our drinks, we were able to order. The passion fruit smoothie was amazing! It was absolutely fresh and delicious! To start our meal, we ordered the pork, shrimp egg rolls. The shrimp was overcooked and I couldn't taste the pork. They tasted good but they were pretty underwhelming. It took about 30 minutes until we actually got them after we ordered. They weren't what we were hoping for. We waited an additional 10 minutes after we received the appetizer, before we received our mains. For our main course, I ordered the seafood pho and my wife ordered the Phonomenal rice platter with chicken. All of the seafood was completely tasteless and extremely overcooked. There were only 4 tiny pieces of crab in it and they were pitiful. The fish fillet on top was the only decent seafood. The noodles and the soup in the seafood pho was decent but I had to add sriracha and hoisin sauce. In the Phonomenal rice platter, the chicken was overcooked to the point where it was almost hard/bad crunchy. The rice tasted good but the rest was a disaster. I can't say that I will come back. And I can't say I would recommend this place. Slow service mixed with low quality food, isn't the greatest. read more

If you like Vietnamese food, don't go here. Far from authentic and they try to get away with giving you the side condiments that usually come with Pho. I had to ask for the traditional vegetable herb plate that commonly comes with Pho. Broth was murky not clear. Not even remotely close to an authentic bowl of Pho. Over priced also. Took my 9 yr old in on a Friday around 2pm. We sat ourselves as the sign said, but waited at least 5 minutes for someone to come out the back. There was only 1 other table sat so they weren't busy. But no big deal. I ordered eye round steak pho, daughter got kids pho, and we shared the spring rolls as appetizer. All were delicious. One of the better restaurants in town. Pork spring rolls are so good and the sauce was one of the better ones I've had. Pho was good and so was the vermicelli rice bowl! I ordered a small chicken fried rice and it took 20 minutes. I wish the staff would've gave an estimate, I could've gone next door and got a brow wax and filled up my tank ha. The to-go box was only half full, the food did taste good and it was definitely made fresh to order considering the amount of time it took. I will say it's not your typical fried rice, it was just a teriyaki flavored chicken and yellow rice. No onions, eggs, etc. I'm always for supporting small local businesses and it was much better than Hot Wok. read more

I wish I could give it 0 stars that's how bad it was. When they opened they were great but every time after it's been worse and worse you would think I'd get tired of trying it. But my last experience has been the WORST !! My order was wrong and they both order of Pho-Nomenal fries were half burnt and way over cooked the fries and meat couldn't eat either one of them and the host on the phone blamed it on the delivery company. My boyfriend and I drove 35 minutes just to eat here. We got here at 7:15, ordered and then at7:45 the waiter comes to our table and tells us they are going to bag our food to go because they close at 8. They wouldn't allow us to even eat our food here in the restaurant.. they then proceeded to tell the people next to us to hurry and eat there food cause they close at 8.
