Came in right before the lunch crowd. They were super friendly and got the food out pretty quick. Also got a pineapple smoothie, not in the picture, that was spot on!

Pho Four Seasons is so good! Their Bun Bo Hue (spicy noodle soup) is flavorful, rich, and perfectly balanced -- definitely one of the best I've had. I was a little nervous to try the fish sauce chicken wings, but I ended up loving them -- especially with rice! Everything tasted fresh and authentic. I'll definitely be coming back for more!

Pho Four Seasons hit the spot for lunch for sure. Coming from Houston's big Vietnamese community, my expectations for Viet food are pretty high. Pho Four Seasons is probably the best Vietnamese restaurant in Beaumont. Coming during a lunch break, their service is very fast. The ambiance is very casual, with lots of wood fixtures throughout. What seems like a family establishment, you can hear the hustle going on in the kitchen with Vietnamese mixed in. Food wise, I had their chargrilled pork banh mi and shrimp garlic noodles. The sign of a good banh mi is their bread. This bread was perfectly toasted, crusty, good crunch when you bit into it, but didn't tear the roof of your mouth up. Paired with their grilled pork, jalapeno, cilantro, pickled carrots, Maggi, and lots of butter, this was a solid banh mi. The shrimp garlic noodles are apparently a newer item on the menu. It came out piping hot, topped with 7 shrimp, and you could smell the mixture of butter, fish sauce, and lots of garlic. While extremely tasty, don't eat these garlicky noodles on a first date haha. Overall, Pho Four Seasons satisfied my vietnamese lunch craving. I would definitely come back here again next time I'm in the Beaumont area. Enjoy!

Went out of my way to come here based on the Yelp reviews. Parking was tight but I found a spot. When I entered the place smell like cleaning product. Not the best smell to welcome you to a restaurant. The place is super clean and the smell is the spray the use to clean the tables. Service was attentive and quick. I ordered pho tai. I was disappointed when they served it as the beef slices were already cooked. They also only provided a small amount of sprouts. The basil was fresh but the tiny slice of lime was noticeably dried out. Three slices of slight dried out jalapeño. Soup broth looked and tasted watery and I wondered if they used bouillon instead of making a true beef broth. Beef was tough, white onion in soup was good. Green onion and cilantro didn't have much flavor. Noodles were in a big clump on the bottom. I have had much better pho and usually a bowl fills me up.

I was excited to eat vietnamese food in texas. I heard houston had such a big vietnamese community. This place here was a halfway mark to the golden nugget and l'baurge casino, so a lot of people seem to go here. This is where my friend stopped since she was taking me to said casinos. We sat down, and the table was sticky. It was just very old looking and hot. Perhaps the a/c was broken. The servers were really nice, but this place just didn't do it for me. The food just didn't hit the spot. The pho broth was ok, and the chicken and rice had no flavor. The bun bo hue had no meat. Just a lot was lacking here for me as far as flavor.

Garlic shrimp noodles a must try. Food is amazing each time . Service could be faster but worth the wait.

Although the reviews were mixed, the majority were positive, and seeing that they offered pho, we decided to give it a try. Upon arrival, the host was warm and welcoming. The restaurant itself features pleasant décor and a comfortable atmosphere. There were a few families dining at the time, which created a relaxed and inviting environment. The host took our drink order promptly and brought the beverages out before our server came to take our food order. We ordered the special vermicelli plate, fresh spring rolls, and the ribeye pho. All of the dishes arrived at the same time. The vermicelli bowl, unfortunately, was not as flavorful as we had hoped; the sauce could have benefited from a bit more depth and seasoning. The pho was satisfactory, though we may simply be accustomed to a more robust, authentic flavor profile. During the meal, our server checked on us several times. We did need to mention an issue with the shrimp in the vermicelli plate, and he handled it professionally by removing the item from our bill, which we appreciated. The service overall was attentive and courteous. It's possible that because we visited closer to closing time, the broth and proteins may not have been at their peak freshness. Despite our mixed feelings about the food, the quality of service and welcoming atmosphere left a positive impression. We would consider returning, hopeful for a stronger culinary experience next time. So we can revise our review.

Don't expect an H Mart-level of variety because this is not the same scale; it is a small business. It keeps me from having to order some items from Amazon or drive to Houston, and I'd rather support small business and buy it from here even if they sell it at WalMart. The service is good. There are complaints on other reviews about "unfriendliness", but those reviews are ethnocentric and don't account for the Vietnamese culture. People aren't going to smile, greet you, and ask how you are at Saigon Market. That is not a typical interaction to have with strangers in most places throughout the world, even if they provide customer service, and no one is entitled to that level of interaction and familiarity. Another reviewer stated that the clerk was rude and lazy when she asked where something was. I cannot help but wonder if the customer even attempted to look because there are few aisles and the aisles are organized by type of good. A quick 2 minute stroll up and down the aisles will give you a layout of where different items will be--that's how small the store is. If you cannot find it where similar items are, they do not have it. Most products are imported and you might need a translator app for some if you don't know what it is or need to avoid specific ingredients. The grocery store takes credit, debit, and EBT cards. There is a separate takeout restaurant--a bánh mì deli--inside the store where you can buy fresh sandwiches and drinks. Other reviewers complained about it being cash only, but many food stands and trucks in Port Arthur were cash only and some still are.
