I'm giving it three stars because of the service tonight. This was our second visit and the absolute worst. Our first visit was a normal visit, this one was not. I'm assuming it's because it is Mother's Day weekend and they were busy. Anyhow, there was about a 15-20 minute wait for a table- no big deal. We were seated sooner than that which was great. We sat in a booth at approximately 7:00pm. We weren't greeted by ANYone until about 7:15. The nice server wasn't assigned to our table but she took our drink order and chip order. We get our drinks and chips. She came to check on us and advised our actual server would be with us momentarily. It is now 7:40 and out actual server has not come to check on us. The non-assigned server ended up taking our food order. Our food came about 8:00- almost exactly and hour from the time we were originally sat. My kiddos ordered mandarins as a side which came in a dirt bowl with parsley and cheese bits mixed in. My husband ordered a triple combo which was to consist of 3 types of meat- he only received two. Part of my entree was cold. During our visit MANY tables were left empty and dirty. They weren't being bussed. I understand if you are short handed, but it was kind of disgusting to sit in a restaurant surrounded by empty booths filled with half eaten plates of someone else's food, dirty napkins, and empty drink cups lying sroun We will go back because as you know it's Leesville and there isn't much around. However, I will avoid special occasions and possibly weekend evenings when it's the most crowded. read more

To call this place abysmal would be a kind compliment! We placed an order through the app at 6:15pm and the app said that the food would be ready by 6:50pm. I arrived at 6:45pm and paid for my order. The order was not handed to me until 7:19pm. For 34 minutes my pregnant wife and I waited in our vehicle in fricking July heat burning gas. The lady finally told me that we were waiting for mango habanero chicken crispers. They ran out or chicken and had to thaw some chicken out! I told her that they could given me another option 25 minutes ago. When we finally got our order we headed home. My wife ordered a burger with NO PINK because she is pregnant! My husband and I went in last night and waited 10 minutes after we were seated with no service and waitstaff standing around. So we left.

Have been here three times now. More of a convenience to not cook than it has been me enjoying the meal. I like the steak, shrimp, and chicken fajitas, its the only entree i order. Visit 1 - we walk in and see the sign that says something along the lines of "like no place else". Which you could say that again. Most Chili's I have been to, the service was good. Food is good. This time my rice was undercooked and hurt to chew. My queso and guac i was supposed to get was forgotten. Also ordered chips and salsa for being a rewards member. It came with the entrees. Visit 2 - came in with a few people. Normally you get greeted with "hello, how many" or some variation of. After waiting about five minutes a girl came up and told us we can sit at the bar. We thanked her and said a table would be preferable. She said "hmmmmm" and she walked off. A guy came up a few more minutes later and asked about our party before seating us. Food came, all of it this time. It was alright. Visit 3 - girlfriend and I came in. Both had a very late night at work. Wanted food quickly. Sat down next to a table of children who would not stay sitting or quiet. Jumping around, running back and forth. The father was not much better. Started the experience off poorly. We ordered. Took about 30 or so minutes for our food to get there. Ordered a water after my initial margarita. Took about 20 minutes for it to show up. Got to the point that when we were done eating and had been sitting there for 10 mins or so waiting on the check. I got up and grabbed our own take home trays from the service stand. Then and only then, did my waitress bring the bill. Again, meals of convenience. Not somewhere that would be my top choice in the area. read more

I also ordered a chicken sandwich and they put sauce that I very much did not ask for on it. If you plan on going to chili's for properly made food, this is not the place to go. Disappointed in chili's. My wife and I waited roughly a half hour for our waters, and approximately another hour for our food. I could've gone to McDonald's for a better burger than what I sell was given on this night. Waitress walks up to the table and asks if everything is okay, she notices the burger doesn't look good and comments with disgust. I say I cannot eat the burger, it doesn't look appetizing. I'm not one to pick and nag, but I didn't feel it was how it should be. Manager walks up after the waitress (we requested to talk to the manager) leaves and asks what is wrong. Went and met a friend for a quick lunch at Chili's. The server was very friendly. She brought our drinks out very quickly after we ordered them and took our food order. I had the shrimp tacos and a bowl of chili. He had a chicken Caesar salad. His looked really good, and mine was very tasty. My chili was not hot, and that seems easily fixable, but that's the reason for the 4 stars. Lunch is always a good value at Chili's, so I do recommend it. read more

The food was good, not excellent, but I didn't go there expecting food rated by the Michelin guide. What distressed me was, as I sat, I observed the person prepping flatware in a manner that I consider far outside the realm of even marginally sanitary. She sat at a table in a crowded area(allowable as the place was maxed), another person, not a patron sat at the table playing games on the touch screen at the table and several times touched the flatware that was being set up for use.
