Went out to eat with my 3 year old today. Haven't been to this chili's in a couple months. There was a 30 minute wait which I understand but I told the host to seat us in the bar if a table opens up. I watched as 4 bar tables opened up but I was never sat. I tried to find the host but she was busy making drinks for the servers. Once we were sat it took 18 minutes for us to be greeted after I told the manager nobody's been to our table yet. I go there because the kids love to play games on the ziosk however ours was broken. After I ordered the apps and entrees came out 2 minutes apart. I asked 3 different people for honey mustard, 1 was the manager to no avail. I finally got it as I was finishing my food. My wife and I just moved to Leesville and were excited to have at least one chain restaurant near by that we liked, little did we know that it would be one of the worst food experiences we have ever had. We ordered to go to bring back to our hotel and when i arrived the person handling our Order was rude but not a big deal. After getting back to our hotel I realize that she failed to give me any plastic wear. Everything we order tasted like complete ass. The chili con queso was absolutely terrible, I mean terrible. It tasted like warm thick water. My steak tasted like chicken mixed with ham, but it was cooked right. Since this is one of the only places in town and it can't be avoided for group dinners sometimes, stick to the salads and stuff that you know is premade. read more

Made a to go order a couple weeks ago and they said it would be done 30-40 minutes. Pull up and parked and our food didn't come out for ANOTHER hour. This is with the restaurant at 25% capacity with this covid going on....... everything was wrong with the order, food was cold and waited WAY too long for it. We talked to a manager and she said she would send us some chili's gift cards in the mail and that never came of course.... just terrible. Absolutely terrible. read more

We waited for 15 minutes to be seated. Then we waited an additional 40 minutes at the table. We were never offered even water. We finally got up and left to go to the steakhouse. Management at this restaurant should be fired. He said there's only one waitress, but I counted 5 employees plus himself standing around. He said they can't hire anyone cause no one wants to work, however their website doesn't even list waitress positions. Whoever owns this place needs to fix management or just close it down. read more

KK: I had mostly lettuce today and it made me think of you. Lettuce. Pretty much anything does that, but the roughage made the cut for this round of pining. The service here is always way better than the national average. I'd almost say it's bigger, even. Though the paucity of restaurant selections in this town makes me wanna throw rocks at the next dozen Chili's restaurants I see, this is one we visited together the first time. Worst service ever. Host was so rude and unhelpful. We asked him if we could get our ticket because we needed to leave and we didn't see our waitress and he literally said "I'm not your waitress. Here on TDY for two weeks and chili's is by far the best restaurant here. Tanya and Desire are great bartenders and I enjoy every visit when they are working the bar. Just be aware that Chili's is the newest and best restaurant so it gets really crowed read more

The food is always consistently good. The Veg quesadillas are on the secret menu Staff is polite But disappointed with on the go I called at 9pm and was asked to hold and stayed on hold until I actually drove to the location and was still on hold when I walked in. I Was on hold for 49 minutes. That is ridiculous. If you want it to go, don't call ahead to order. The phone system should be set on some sort of re ring. Not sure I will return. A few people came in after me and it took a while before they were greeted. The employee working was very polite and friendly.....but too long to wait. Not the best option in town and not a very good example for the chain. Burgers were not cooked to order and the fries were very soggy. Would recommend only as a very last resort although somehow it's usually really busy. read more

Service was excellent and the bartender was very attentive. My burger came out decent and the fries were crispy but not burnt -like they should be. First time at this location and was very impressed. Quick to be seated - awesome server - food was great. All in all a great experience at very reasonable prices. Just opened, needs a few things worked out.., for instance food temperature. Our table ordered the nachos, quesadillas, both were cold and over cooked. I normally enjoy Chili's. However, we checked in and still waited 30 minutes for a table. Our waitress was working her butt off but she was also 1 of the bartenders so her focus was a little off. After we FINALLY ordered, we waited 30 minutes for our appetizers and 28 more minutes more for our food. Once we finally got food, all the food on my plate was cold, as if it came out of the fridge, cold. My husband didn't even want to eat because I sent mine back and had it removed from the bill, so he got a to-go box and brought it home. This was the worst chili's I have ever been too. I ordered the shrimp pasta, when they brought it out it looked like soup. It was just sauce!! It was filled so much it was spilling over the sides. I returned it and asked for them to Just bring the sauce in the side so I could add it accordingly as I like it. So then they took 13 more minutes to remake it, and brought it out in Togo containers, meanwhile my boyfriend is still eating his food cause we were assuming we were going to eat together.. but no, they also didn't bring me the shrimp that goes with the pasta they brought chicken. At no point did I order chicken.. we then tried to order a cheesecake to eat while we wait for them to correct their mess up again.. it never came out. At that point I asked to speak to a manager who never came out either, instead they send another server. We Gave up, paid for the meal my boyfriend ate and left. Chilis has the best wait staff i have ever encountered. The food is delicious! I know its a chain restaurant but everything is so fresh, u can tell the staff takes prode in putting out great food. The margherita flat bread is probably the best thing i have ever eaten! I ordered Chili's to-go, I ordered 4 meals and only received 3 meals. They missed a kids cheeseburger plate, the lady said "Sorry, our phone is messing up and I couldn't hear you." Even though she admitted that she only rung me up for 1 kids meal. She also repeated the order back to me correctly, then blamed it on me in front of her manager. She was rather young and probably new but there's still no excuse. This was also the day of the CASA event, over the phone she said she didn't know what I was talking about. When I asked for a manager when I got there they knew immediately what I was talking about. I'm very displeased because every other Chili's I've been to was a great experience. Go to New Llano for food expect a great deal of disappointment. The smothered burrito was gross, the kids burger was cold. I ended up stopping by Burger King on my way home. No good! read more

If it were not for being Leesville and options being slim as they are no one should go here. Literally tried going today to order food to go. Sat at the bar and was given a menu, never talked to again for 20mins for food or if I wanted a drink, then the bartender tells me it be faster to call my food in..while I'm sitting in the restaurant waiting to order food. I asked if I could get a beer and was told "yea well it's gonna be a minute". Myself and 1 other person are the only ones at the bar and restaurant about half full, no line out the door, not swamped. So I call to place an order while sitting at the bar and was told it's gonna be an hour wait, I said ok well I'm sitting in the restaurant and the person on the phone said oh it'll be faster to order through your server then..no you're kidding me..I said the server told me to call my food in and the only response I got was oh well do you wanna wait. My husband and I chose to eat here for our anniversary. We arrived at 5 and was told we would have a 30 minute wait. That was ok with us. 50 minutes later we were seated. I understand that they are still kinda new to this area. Once we were at our table, the service was great. Our waitress took great care of us. When they first opened and they were new, having to wait didn't bother me as much. But having to wait 45 minutes for a chicken salad and an appetizer tray at 2pm is ridiculous. We were about to walk out when the waitress finally brought our food out. Appetizers are generally pretty good, today they were crazy salty. Other than that food is always just "mehh". Normal dinner out on a Thursday. Around 25 minutes after being seated, we got our drinks and order placed with one of the staff working the podium, hadn't seen a waitress at all. 45 minutes after being seated and we only had 2/3 drinks for our table. Then, they come and tell us they don't even have the drink we order after just leaving us hanging with nothing. Only saw our server once and it was for her to come and say sorry she didn't realize we were her table and then never saw her again. Seriously bad service. We even saw a table who got seated after us getting constant service and that table was right next to us, only difference? Different waitress. Never going back to this place again. Our previous experiences have been very good. However, tonight was a different story. The waitress was very pleasant and attentive. Something was not right in the kitchen though. I ordered the Smokehouse Combo. Received my order missing the corn on the cob and the french fries. (The BBQ ribs were good.) My friend order potato soup. It's 5:00 pm. Shouldn't the soup be made??? She got it when I was finished eating my dinner. Needless to say, she took it to-go. The waitress had came back to the table after turning in our order to tell her that the soup was not made yet and offered her something else. She made the choice to take it home. Service is slow. There where open tables and they where taking their time siting customers . They eventually had a lot of people in the entrance, waiting to be seated. A few weeks ago I had a server by the name of Taylor ... horrible service. Never again will I eat at this establishment.

It's expected that a newly opened restaurant will have some quirks to work out, however; bad waitressing and blaming the kitchen staff makes it a one star experience. Also having the manager explain that the big mouth bites are burgers so they take 40 minutes to cook is silly. Chili's is a chain. It's safe to assume patrons have had the food before and know how long it really takes. An hour and fifteen minutes to get over cooked food is beyond what one should expect from a new place. read more

We were excited to go to dinner, it's Veterans day and we just didn't want to cook. We got there and were told there was a little wait, which is fine it was only a few minutes. We got to the table and our very impatient and inconsiderate waitress Lorien didn't even say hello or anything she said 'what to drink' then asked if we wanted an app and we took 5 seconds to try and decide and she's tapping her foot like we were in the way. So she comes with the drinks then asks if we're ready to order and I go ahead with my order, then my husband tries to order (off the free meal for veterans/active duty menu they gave us) and he can't even finish before she's literally walking away and he could barely order his salad before she was gone. We sat there for a while and she was no where to be found, at all. A manager walked by and got us refills. Someone else brought us our food, then someone else brought us refills again. Waitress no where to be found. She comes by after one of the managers says hello to us and quickly asked if we were alright and we just said yeah they took care of us. She leaves and doesn't come back. We go to pay and notice that the pasta (from the free menu) wasn't taken off and we were just going to ask about it, no big deal if for some reason it wasn't taken off. She never came back so we just paid and left. It wasn't that busy either, I just don't understand how it could be that bad. Food was subpar and lackluster as far as taste goes, however, the service was phenomenal. Not only did our server make sure we were well taken care of, other servers as well as the hostess and manager continuously came by and checked on us as well as made sure everything was in order. The service alone made the trip enjoyable, and I would not be opposed as to return again. read more
