Yes! Look no further…read more We were undertaking a kitchen remodel. Tried to search for businesses that cut and installed without subtracting. The search in the area was difficult. Not a lot of great information online. We finally came up with a list of about 3 companies and set out to chat and get quotes. We had good experiences during the initial phases with all of the companies, but something felt right with Cinci Stoneworks. Their quote was a little higher than the other companies we looked at, but not much. Online reviewers didn't have a lot of information about any of the companies, so I was hesitant. Two things made us eventually go with Cinci Stoneworks. First, I looked up each company we were considering on BBB and Cinci Stoneworks blew the others out of the water. Make sure you check there while shopping. Second, Cincinnati Stoneworks was very busy each time we went to visit and couldn't get us in till 4-5 weeks. While seemingly frustrating, it felt comforting knowing that everyone else uses them. The other companies were able to start the next day. That sent off some alarms; BBB reviews for those companies confirmed those suspicions. With those two things in mind, we didn't mind paying a little bit of a premium. At the end of the day, we were very happy with our experience. We just went with a simple counter install, but we had a great experience with Kayla and Ken. We never felt that our relatively simple project was being pushed aside. Install was great. Ken and his group showed up at 8:00 on the dot, were done by early afternoon, and hit the estimate on the penny. So glad we didn't go the cheap route. I think we avoided headaches (AGAIN, CHECK THE BBB REVIEWS). Would highly recommend!!

Save yourself aggravation, time and money and go to another supplier. I ordered 18 cabinets from them using their recommended design. Their disigned for the cabinets size and placement was wrong, they didn't want to fix it, they lied repeatedly, they ordered replacement parts incorrectly, it has been 90 days and still waiting, they don't return calls or communicate updates or status. Just a damn nightmare!!! After 3 months no replacements parts delivered to correct for their design error. After saying they would send out their installer to uninstall the wrong sized cabinet and install the correct one, they now say they won't send installer. So we have to pay to have the wrong cabinet uninstalled and pay to reinstall the correct cabinet. So we have to pay 3X the install costs for their design failure! They wanted to charge $450 for that one cabinet to be in installed. $482.63 with taxes. Since when do installations have taxes! They said if I would of paid to use their installers not my contractor then they wouldn't charge for installer. If they would of designed it right in first place I wouldn't have to pay 3X the install costs for 1 cabinet. And their installers would of still had to order the correct parts and come out a second time to install. The customer service is rude and won't listen to any logic or do the right thing due to their mistake. And it takes days and days for them to call you back for your case.

Most only do fully renovated kitchens. We scored tickets to the Cincinnati home remodeling expo in Sharonville. We spotted Cincinnati Kitchens and a someone was able to help us right away. Darin was our representative. He was very friendly and to the point/honest. The same week he was at our home giving us an estimate. The following week, we were at the office to pick out our tile. He was able and pick out the perfect tile for our kitchen. We picked the color dove grey of the Cento per Cento Series. Italian tile that needed to be special ordered. It took a little over a month but worth the wait. Darin was great with communication and following up with us. When the tiles came in, we scheduled and it took two days to complete. It was worth the wait! I'm in love with the backsplash. It glossy tiles pops! I would definitely use them again if I needed anything done in the kitchen. Reasonably priced.

We're definitely glad we found them because they did an amazing job and were well worth the price. Other companies would only remodel the entire kitchen, but we didn't want that much work, just a backsplash, and Cincinnati Kitchens was the only one willing to do just that. Darin, the representative we worked with, was super helpful and friendly. Within a week of meeting him at the expo, we met at the company's location to pick out our tile and grout. They had an absolute plethora of options to choose from. After much perusing, we chose dove grey tile and grout, which even Darin said would look great with the colors in our kitchen. It took a couple months to acquire the tile, since it was being imported from Italy, but Darin made sure we knew before we committed to it, and kept us informed every step of the way. He only asked for 50% of the job cost up front, the other 50% after the job was done, and the total cost was $3,000. The guy who came to install it was definitely skilled at what he does. It took two days to complete; one day to put up the tile, and one day to do the grout, and the finished job looked nothing short of perfect. It was everything we hoped for and more. Cincinnati Kitchens was definitely a great find for my lady and I. We were completely satisfied with the entire experience, from beginning to end, so we adamantly recommend them for their work.

We visited Builtmore on May 7th looking for the remnant piece of granite that could cover a 1/2 bath vanity top and a full bath vanity. We found a perfect match and scheduled Monday May 9th for David to come and take measurements. This was the beginning of a pretty disappointing customer experience as he missed this date along with the two installation dates that were planned. Dave came to take measurements on May 10th and took our 1/2 bath vanity along with the old granite and a check for $1.200. David scheduled the first installation date for May 20th and did not show up as planned so we had to call for a status update. David informed us the granite broke and needed to be-ordered so we went to the showroom the next day and found the slab we selected in the same place as it was a week earlier with the our name and also the name of Ivy HIlls.. The second installation date of May 27th was scheduled for 9am and when no one arrived we called at 10am to check on status and was told that it needed to move to Noon since the cutting was not completed. Noon came and went with no contact from Builtmore. I went back to the show room and was informed we were not scheduled for installation at all. It appears this was a side job for David and not associated with their normal procedures. We are fortunate that we got our money back along with our property however I am now without the granite I wanted and time wasted. This demonstrates that this company and it's employees are not trustworthy.
