Buyer beware!!! Worst experience ever. They don't stand by their word or service. Supposed to only take at most a month not 3 going on 4. Save yourself aggravation, time and money and go to another supplier. I ordered 18 cabinets from them using their recommended design. Their disigned for the cabinets size and placement was wrong, they didn't want to fix it, they lied repeatedly, they ordered replacement parts incorrectly, it has been 90 days and still waiting, they don't return calls or communicate updates or status. Just a damn nightmare!!! After 3 months no replacements parts delivered to correct for their design error. After saying they would send out their installer to uninstall the wrong sized cabinet and install the correct one, they now say they won't send installer. So we have to pay to have the wrong cabinet uninstalled and pay to reinstall the correct cabinet. So we have to pay 3X the install costs for their design failure! They wanted to charge $450 for that one cabinet to be in installed. $482.63 with taxes. Since when do installations have taxes! They said if I would of paid to use their installers not my contractor then they wouldn't charge for installer. If they would of designed it right in first place I wouldn't have to pay 3X the install costs for 1 cabinet. And their installers would of still had to order the correct parts and come out a second time to install. The customer service is rude and won't listen to any logic or do the right thing due to their mistake. And it takes days and days for them to call you back for your case. read more

I purchased cabinets from the store in Cincinnati. I've already picked my order up, but I've continually been contacted by the guy Don who works in the warehouse even though I've asked him to stop. His messages and questions are bordering on sexual harassment. read more

Came in, everyone was busy, waited for a while, then someone else came in and since one of there rep, had just finished with another client, she help someone who came after me. Not a pleasant experience. We just left the place with out being at least ask by the rep being close to the exit area if we could at least wait for a little longer or if they could call someone else to assist me. I guess they have so much business they don't care about ours. Never Coming back thats for sure...... During this pandemic with having someone come in to your store that is defenely a privileged to have clients come in. As other stores are striving to have clients visit them or they going to the internet and making online purchases. I always support locall business, and bad experiences in customer service doesn't stop me from searching other businesses. Hope they do better in the future. read more

We started our kitchen project in late 2017. After receiving layouts and quotes from three companies it was undeniable that Cabinets To Go provided the best overall design, quality cabinets and delivery. We extended the project to include the new Final Vinyl flooring. It was easy to install, clicks together and easy to cut or cut out shapes with a jig saw. Stay far far away from this place, a bunch of unorganized liars and thieves. They will take your money and then keep giving you the run around, will not return calls or emails. I finally had enough and called their corporate office just to be told there is nothing they can do, it all has to be done at the store level. I told that store I wanted to cancel the order and get my money back, they said sure and assured me it would be credited back to my card, which it never was, I had to dispute the charges with my CC company and go through that process in order to get my money back. While I was waiting for the credit card company to get my money back from them I still had a project to complete. So I went online to see what I could get so I could do the project myself, I was able to find the same cabinets online from the manufacturer for half the price of what Cabinets to Go was charging me. This is THE place to go get your cabinets! I had put off going anywhere because of having to deal with sales people etc. The employees here were top notch! No pressure,friendly, very knowledgeable, and gave us great ideas. Drew greeted us and helped explain several aspects of cabinets/counters and flooring. Kevin did an over the top layout and helped us put together an island that we had no idea how to create. There was also another gal working who was super friendly. It was a super awesome experience! Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. We spent almost $10k and have had one problem after another, in addition to the cabinets being poorly constructed. JUNE 1st- Picked cabinets up. Had to make two trips (we live over an hours away) because the rep told us everything would fit in our truck bed and it did not. We spent almost 5 hours driving to pick up our order. After the second trip there we were told our roll out trays were on back order and would be in the end of June to which I told the rep, I was not driving to the store a third time. We were also given and charged for a faucet, and hardware which I did not order. JUNE 2nd-10th- unpackaged cabinets and put them together. We found many cabinets with damage (scratched, dings, gouges, etc.) I called the 1-800 and all they did was send me a paint pen and putty to fix the damage. THEY REPLACED NOTHING even though I had handfuls of pictures. JUNE 12th- started to install cabinets. Was not informed that a few cabinets had to be cut and modified. They came WITH NO INSTRUCTIONS TO MODIFY. Otherwise, cabinets are warped and cheaply made which made instillation even harder. Late June- Janet from CTG called and said the rollout trays were in. I told her I was not coming to pick them up to which she replied, ok we'll credit your account and hung up the phone. I called back and spoke with Kevin, the store manager. I explained what happened and why I was not making another trip, he never once apologized nor offered any solution but did state, "I'm not spending $30 to ship these to you." As someone who works in operations he provided the absolute worst customer service I've ever encountered. Again I called the 1-800 number and they somehow hot the rollouts shipped to me. JULY 2nd- opened the rollouts to find that they didn't come with all the parts. Called 1-800 number and they had to ship them to me and they didn't ship until JULY 28th AUGUST 6th- finally had the rollout trays and all the parts, however we went to install them and they didn't fit. We followed the instructions but something wasn't right. AGAIN, I had to call the 1-800 number to which a rep told me the rollouts should come with spacers. So once again, they have to ship something to me. However, the spacers are on backorder. September 9th- STILL NO SPACERS so I told the customer service rep that she needed to provide shelves so that I could at least make use of my pantry. She nicely had some shipped. September 19th- I received the shelves AND THEY DIDN'T COME WITH THE CLIPS TO INSTALL THEM TO THE PANTRY. THEY ARE USELESS!!! Oh, and I still have no ETA on the spacers for the rollout trays. I picked up my cabinets June 1 and on September 19th still do not have a pantry that is useful. read more

Do not buy from them! I am in the middle of a battle to have my money refunded for the crown molding that doesn't match the cabinets. To get the match I have to go to a difference cabinet company which will cost me an additional $600. I was told by Cabinets to go "that's the way it is". I told them I'm not accepting that answer. They requested I send a picture of the cabinet and the crown molding which I did. Haven't heard back since. Sent the picture to both Tim at the Cincinnati location and Customer Service. Neither will respond. I can't believe a company that size would handle a situation like this. Just ignore the customer. They picked the wrong customer to ignore. I won't go away. I wish I could include the picture. The style is Buckingham Sierra Rope. Cabinets are beautiful but crown molding is not a match. The rope is not stained like the rope on the cabinets and the overall color on the crown molding does not match the cabinets. read more

So far the process has been wonderful. We came in once and they helped us right away even though it was a busy Saturday. Came in again to change a few things to our design which they were more than happy to help us with. With their new design recommendations we got more cabinets for less money than the original design we thought we wanted. We are back today to pick up our cabinets only a week after we ordered them. They helped load up our trailer, double checked that everthing was there and sent us on our way. Ill update this post once we assemble and install everything. read more

Bought cabinets 3 MONTHS AGO and never got the representative measurement they said would happen. Store manager, (Joe L) said they couldnt afford the manpower and suggested that my rough measurements were good enough to go on. Ha! The guy ordered me 42" extra linear cabinets. Design is all wrong. No over the fridge cabinet ordered (but was on design) etc. When confronted, the store manager denied all wrongdoing and is currently trying to pin a 25% restocking fee totaling over $1,000 on me for their lack of wanting to do their job. I contacted regional manager (Joe D) and was told everything would be handled and he understood my displeasure and was happy I pointed out a "grey area" for his company to address. He said its true they cant afford the manpower, but still should have had someone come measure. Said he would handle it the next business day. Guess what didn't happen! This was 30+ days ago at this point. He wont return my calls now!! I have since disputed the charge with my credit card company as these "managers" continue to pass the buck and not honor their own company policies. I have emails acknowledging their wrongdoing and they still won't fix it. UGH! The hassle has not been worth the "discount" they offer. I assure you, everyone I meet will learn of my experience with Cabinets to Go Cincinnati. NEVER AGAIN! read more

Don't waste your money on china made, poorly constructed cabinets. Lots of issues... Delayed in shipments sales guy said 2 weeks but in fact it took 4 weeks to reach; no customer updates or follow-up. Wrong doors shipped to us. Two of the doors where broken. Worst part store/showroom don't do claim or return. Returns are done over emails. Please keep looking and don't be fooled. read more

Working with Cabinets To Go was a very good experience. Our Sales Associate, Tim, was very knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to work with. The cabinets are good quality and relatively easy to assemble and install. Some of the instructions included were a bit vague, but Tim was helpful with any questions we had. read more

We had our kitchen installed May of 2014. As of January, 2016 our soft close drawers don't work (barely worked to begin with) and we are seeing cracks in the cabinet doors that don't even see that much action. We were told that our cabinets (along with drawers) would all be soft-closing. When the hinges for the cabinets weren't that way, I was handed a baggie full of plastic pieces that were supposed to make them soft-close. Wrong. The things I got don't fit in the hinges at all so here I am almost 2 years later with essentially an unfinished kitchen; partly due to the fact that I was so irritated that I couldn't bare to make one more phone call to complain. I won't go into the horrific installation (company has since been "fired" by Cabinets to Go) that is mostly to blame for our woes, but I will praise Joe L. for his great design. I am very happy with the layout and he did spend some time with me to work it out. read more
