I recently completed a full remodel on three bathrooms with Five Star Bath Solutions, and the entire experience was outstanding--truly deserving of five stars! Marty handled the sales process brilliantly: he was knowledgeable, listened to our needs, provided clear options, and gave us a straightforward, no-pressure quote that we felt great about. Daniel excelled at overall coordination before the install--excellent planning, responsive communication, and flawless scheduling kept everything on track. The installation team--Randy, Caden, Cameron, and Brian--was phenomenal. Their communication was prompt and clear throughout, they worked efficiently and with meticulous attention to detail across all three bathrooms, respected our home, kept things clean daily, and left everything spotless. The transformations (tub-to-shower conversions with high-quality materials) turned out beautifully and exceeded expectations. From sales to completion, the team made a big project feel easy and enjoyable. Huge thanks to Marty, Daniel, Randy, Caden, Cameron, and Brian--you guys are the best! Highly recommend Five Star Bath Solutions.

I would never hire this company again, which I regret to say. They did my bathroom in March 2025. Complete remodel. It was so poorly done, they had to do it all over again. First time 4 days, second time 3.5 days. Marcus was the salesman that gave me an estimate. Camron and Hector were the first team to come out. They did very sloppy work. They rushed it. Ken, the project manager, even said it looked like a bad DIY project. Details and pics are below. I called to complain, they offered me a 10% discount. And they did give me reimbursement for the 3.5 days of pto I had to use for the second round. They said anything more than 10% would void the warrenty of the work. Discount was really bad, especially for the stress. But I either had to take them to court and get my money back or lose out on money then hire a whole new company, or give them a second shot. I went the path of least resistance. They contracted another company to do the work, Canales Construction who did a good job. If you see Camron or Hector, run for the hills. I also have video recording of Ken (project Manager) and Daniel (owner) admitting it was a poor job the first go around. Although Ken was very nice, he didn't really correct any issues the first time. I figure a project manager would manage the project and make it run smooth? What do I know. Here is a list off issues and photos to accompany them. Labor issues: - Lights are too low, standard is apparently 80 inches mine is 76 - lights are not centered with vanity -vanity not aligned how I wanted, they didn't even ask they just put it in. Same with lights. - Hooks are still in the ceiling from previous lights. - Light switch isn't flush with the wall - Door won't close right anymore -door frame not flush with wall anymore - Wall are uneven everywhere (many are curved) - They didn't remove tile on the right of door, just covered it with a thick amount of mud (about 1 inch thicker than the rest of the wall). Very obvious - Floor tiling isn't even, notable spaces between tiles - Caulking is uneven in multiple areas, including shower - I was told that there was an anti microbial spray but he said they just use bleach and that I didn't need it. I saw visible mold - didn't remove the old flooring, was told they would and replace anything moldy or damaged underneath - damage to baseboards near vanity - Flooring not aligned/gaps with baseboard near toilet, near door - the floors don't feel even when walking toward the window - they removed the air vent that was in the bathroom and covered it completely with dry wall. No airflow and now it's freezing - didn't remove all drywall, just mudded over old drywall so there is noticeable creases between that and new drywall - outlet covers don't match - tub creaks when you step in the center, sometimes it's even a loud pop noise (no cement usage) - didn't install mirror - didn't install towel rods - didn't install medicine cabinet - mudding is everywhere. On lights, windows and door. Dust covering everything, didn't clean effectively. Professionalism: - started late Wednesday instead of tuesday (took work off tuesday) - Took a day longer than promised - Felt like a rushed job. They complained to each other how much they've been working recently and that this job wasn't an easy one. They didn't want to fix the complaints I had and said they'll get back to it - Was told the electrician didn't want to come up "this far north." - it wasn't communicated that I had only lights that plug into the walls, causing delays - electrician said "I don't even know what I'm doing here. They just told me to come up." Referring to what the project was and what he was suppose to do. His name was Tyrone - was told by Ken that the guy who did the work really only does plumbing and wasn't qualified to do all the tasks he was assigned - Ken said he wouldn't have the guy do his - Ken said it looks like a 2k DIY amateur work - the second group sent was told it was just a dry walling issue. Communication in this company is the worst I've ever seen!

Wow! Horrible service! Would not recommend such a place who did not value a potential customer!

I also brought my 4 kids with me because I was simply hoping to make contact with the company, maybe ask a quick question and see any brochures they had that I could bring home. The 5 of us walked into a quiet, empty store. We walked around for a few minutes, looking a different samples. Not being loud but also, 4 kids are not quiet. I began to assume no one was there when we walked past an office with a woman in it, her back to us. She did not turn or acknowledge us at all. We walked further, past another office with yet another woman in it, her back to us again. No acknowledgement in the slightest. I turned to the kids and said loudly, "I guess we're out of here, since no seems to want to speak with us." My eldest said, "But people are here! There's someone right there!" and he pointed to one of the women. Again, absolutely nothing. Like she wanted to remain invisible. We left, and as I was packing the car, one of the women stepped out of her office to go converse with the other woman- so she was clearly able to move and not a statue as I was led to believe. Then, the pizza man showed up with what I assumed was a hard-earned lunch, and they welcomed him warmly. I understand if I needed an appointment, but the mere fact that these women wouldn't even acknowledge my existence in their store is so unbelievably rude to me, I will never go back and will make it a point to warn others about their lack of human decency there. All I would have needed was a quick "hello, you need an appointment, please come back." Would have taken them 1 minute. I have written maybe one other yelp review in my life before but felt so strongly about this behavior that I decided I needed to do this one. Shame on you. My 3 year old is more polite than you.

Our kitchen remodel has just been completed and we could not be happier with our choice of kitchen…read moreremodelers. Our kitchen was dated and configured poorly. Chris and Dave came to our house, provided us with a couple of different configurations, and spent lots of time with us going over the different types of cabinets, countertops, etc. From knocking out walls and tiles, rewiring, and installation to final product everything was done just as we were promised. The work is top notch, the price quoted is the price we paid, and the Seibel's were great at communicating when things were going to be done. There were no surprises. We would highly recommend them. Thanks Dave, Chris, and Lisa for a great new kitchen.

Dave created a wonderful floor plan, so I could have everything I wanted without having to tear down walls, which can be an extra expensive. Lisa helped me find some simple yet very modern designed cabinets, that I know, will stay current for some time to come. We live in the Bridgetown area suburbs but I wanted to create more of a downtown vibe kitchen. They were very receptive, to my ideas and they made it happen!! Even down to my brickweb backsplash and walls;)Such a great business in the Heart of Cheviot Definitely recommend!! 5 STARS all the way
