Bath Fitters arrived on time, the worker was Josh he said hello told us step by step on what he was going to do. Excellent experience from the initial consultation to completion. Ken was wonderful to work with. He was not only on time to the initial appointment but was early and called to see if it would be ok if he was early. Everything he said he would do he did and did it when he said he would do it. I was in need of a bath tub remodel . I had multiple quotes done from various companies before deciding to go with Bath Fitter . Ron was the salesman who came out to initially to discuss options . Chad, from Bath Fitters, installed a shower surround in our 100 year old wet plastered home in the upstairs bathroom. He was very professional, thoughtful and very patient, especially when removing the concrete floor pan. He was a warrior walking a half an acre to the barn to form the walls and back to the house again and again through a miserable ice and snow storm we were having, never a complaint but always a smile.
