We are so happy with the result we asked them to remodel our three bathrooms. Again, their quote was better than the other 8 companies we compared with. Their timing and flexibility was better as well! Throughout the process of bathroom remodeling, they were extremely helpful, accommodating and easy to work with. From picking tiles and helping us with the pickup (usually pretty expensive), to going out of their ways to seal cracks for us on the wall and hanging paintings for my mom. They even offered to walk my dog when they were working with us. They are excellent at what they do. See images for the before and after of the bathrooms. We love our 3 bathrooms now. They were able to accommodate everything we asked them too. Including changing old electric outlets, adding a shower in the guest bathroom, and switching the vent to a heated vent. I did notice a cracked window and Rob immediately ordered a new one and covered the cost. So they do honor their warranty on their work. He cut not only a new piece of glass but also a new wooden stopper that was a very close match to our previous one. Chris from Main Street was quick to respond and we set up an on-site consult for later in the week. I knew which windows (4 of them) I wanted replaced since an Anderson Renewal guy had come out separately to inspect & provide a quote. Chris from Main Street was extremely kind, helpful, and upfront. I chose them ultimately because of this pleasant meeting, urgency for the replacement, and fair price. He was my only point of contact the whole job which was nice and he was on top of communicating things throughout the whole process. We also have siding being replaced so he communicated with my other contractor to coordinate timing. Pricing was very reasonable compared to Renewal but more expensive than a DIY vinyl install because of the window quality. I wanted a window that would last and was willing to pay more. The Anderson 100 series installed was literally half the cost of what Renewal had quoted me (I believe they quoted the 300 series) but are very high quality windows regardless and we really like them. There are some minor aesthetic defects from the manufacturing of the windows (pictured here) but they can be trimmed off very easily and aren't a concern. The installer Dre came in with Dan as support and they did a beautiful job. I had plenty of notice beforehand and they finished the job exactly as estimated (about 6 hours) after cleaning up very nicely. All in all, I thought Main Street Windows had a competitive price, I appreciated their recommendation for the product, they did a great job communicating, and the windows look great.

I am blown away by the honesty and integrity of Wallside Windows! We had multiple broken seals and…read moresome faulty hardware so I called Wallside for an estimate on new windows. Wallside had records that a previous owner had replaced all the windows in our house in 2005 and THEY WERE STILL UNDER WARRANTY! 35 year warranty! I was transferred to the warranty dept and scheduled an inspection date only 3 weeks later. After inspection, they ordered 11 window panes, 2 new window casings and some misc. hardware. A few weeks later, Steve came out and replaced everything in less than 2 hours. Steve was awesome!! I can't believe how much nicer our home looks without the broken window seals & being able to see clearly through the new glass. Any future windows we need for this home or homes in the future will be done by Wallside. I can't say enough about how thrilled we are with this company!! The whole thing cost us $0 !!!

We had five windows replaced. One of window is over a staircase on the west side of the home. It's…read morethe only window on that side of the home and we live on a cal-de-sac. It's not the direction in which we pass to see it. The windows were installed in October while my father-in-law was in Hospice. Admittedly, it was not our biggest priority to scrutinize the craftsmanship and quality of the install. In March, I discovered exposed wood, unprimed, I was not aware they installed. I looked at the install directions and it clearly says primed. I called and they were able to send somebody out April 9. The person they sent out, said he would note the problems, including one of the boards that clearly also should have been replaced and I would hear from someone within two at the latest three weeks. Today is May 7, and I had not heard from anyone from Wallside. I called and spoke with a customer representative who pulled up the order and said let me speak to a supervisor. She came back and indicated the primed was referencing the interior boards and not the exterior boards and the only place those if necessary. They were clearly in need of replacement when the order was placed. I noted if that were the case, at minimum, they should have noted they had to replace the boards on the outside and that they were not primed so we could've had someone address the matter before leaving the wood exposed the entire winter season. Her response was the sales person should have gone over this. She noted he wrote in one the contract the stops on the inside are primed, but may not match the existing interior, if available. There is nothing I can find specifically in the contract addressing the exterior boards. A reasonable person would assume a window company replacing windows would replace rotted around the window as it part of the structure integrity of the window and sill. The demeanor of the company representative was dismissive and defensive. The first time I called, I was told the supervisor was in a meeting and that they would have to get back to me. They did not, and I called the second time before they sent someone else to make the assessment. I would highly recommend that you consider looking at other companies before using Wallside Windows.

It all started when Jake (owner) came to give me a price quote on a Friday at about 3pm and told me I would have the quote before he left the office that day, and sure enough I received it by 730pm. The three companies I requested quotes from took a week, and one I never even got a quote from. The crew was great! Very professional and friendly. They were sure to clean up everyday before they left the job site, and did a thorough cleaning of my yard upon completion of the job. Most of all, the crew cared about their work, as if they were working on their own home! I will recommend their services to anyone and everyone that is looking to do exterior home improvement!
