If you're in Bath and want a good brew, this odd the place to go. Haven't had a bad thing in here, service is usually really good. If the day is nice, see if you can sit on the patio and enjoy your ale with a bite of the river.

We came here for a large event. I wasn't drinking so I got an iced tea. And eventually I ordered food. They have a large upstairs and a patio that was nice for the most part. Service was a bit chaotic. We ordered our drinks and food at the station upstairs. And then when the food and drinks were ready, the person with the food was often not the person taking the order and had a hard time finding where the recipient was. Not sure if there was supposed to be a different delivery system. I paid $3 for a rather small, plain iced tea. And because I wanted more tea with my salad, I ended up paying another $3. I ordered a strawberry fields salad. It was ok. I appreciate the portion of chicken and the strawberries were ripe. It did fill me up so happy about the food.

We visited Bath Brewing a few weeks back and it was a great experience. Our server, I believe her name was Brighid, was a rockstar. She was covering the whole main floor and the bar and was moving the entire time we were there. At the same time she was attentive and friendly. Most of our table got beer flights and really enjoyed all the beers. The favorites were the Traverse, the Bath Pale ale and the Special, Momotaro, blended farmhouse ale w/ peaches. YUM! We ordered the House Made Beer Bread which came with soda bread. The Beer cheese was one of the best beer cheese I've ever had and I'm a beer cheese fan! Even after we were out of bread we were dipping other things in the last bits of beer cheeses, french fries, putting some on the sliders etc. . . 10 out of 10. As I mentioned we got a bunch of other items, all which were very yummy and recommended; fish tacos, sundry sliders, fish and chips (with a huge piece of fish), wings and the cajun fried cauliflower. If I lived in Maine I would make Bath Brewing a regular stop!

Wonderful spot in Bath! Staff is so friendly and accommodated all my food asks. There was live music on the second floor that we thoroughly enjoyed. The food was delicious and beer was enjoyable. The buffalo fries were such a treat and I enjoyed my banh mi burger! Not a ton of banh mi flavor but it was still good. We were able to sub out the chips for the house salad and that Lilikoi vinegarette was DELICIOUS.

Stopped in yesterday after a short hike. It was a beautiful day so I chose to sit at a window facing the street. Not a good idea on a really sunny afternoon. It was hot even when I turned toward the bar and out of the direct sun. I'll pick a different seat next time. (100% on me, obviously) Nice local beer selections but I picked a Pinot instead. It too was good. I ordered two apps for my lunch. The ginger chicken skewers were perfect to pair with a small salad. The salad greens were very fresh.

Why a great little brewery. I stumbled across Bath Brewing by chance as I was passing through town. I arrived around lunch and had a flight and the crab and artichoke dip. The beers were great, as was the food. The bartender was also helpful and friendly. My flight included the following, which I'm listing in order favorites: Sea Trial Cream Grateful Red Bath Pale Ale Danger Zone I don't know when I'll be back in Bath again but this is spot is a great reason to return.

Sad to see the original menu been deleted. Haven't been back since. My favorite was the bacon creme brûlée and lobster fritters.

Good beer and a nice vibe. Didn't try any of the food, but the menu looked promising. Worth a stop.

They have come a long way and look different in 2025 while still having a good amount of charm and uniqueness it had back then. As you could imagine by the name and the fact they opened in a former Naval Air Station they go heavy on the plane theme. Beer names especially and they offer a good variety of beer styles and have non-beer options for those not interested as well. I have enjoyed every visit including my many visits over the years here. The best time to visit is during the summer or at least nicer weather to fully enjoy their outside space. Arguably the best addition since their opening has been their food program. Think wood fire pizza and some other non-pizza offerings. My wife and I have had their pizza in the past and very much enjoyed it. This time though my wife got their Italian on Focaccia and I got one of their Chicken Bacon Ceasar sandwiches. Instead of typical bread it used a folded pizza dough and both our dishes tasted phenomenal. If you visit trying their food is a must, do not skip on it! Beer wise today we sampled four beers new to us. I got Wings their NEIPA & Vuelo Nocturno Mexican Lager while my wife got their Plane Beer American Lager and the Krösswind Kölsch. We enjoyed all four of them and we were glad to have found so many on tap we had yet to try! Flight Deck may not be an immediate thought when you think of Maine Breweries but they deserve recognition. Offering a well rounded variety of beers and other drinks along with some great food in a unique inviting space! Add it to your brewery bucket list!

There are so many seating options inside and outside, and the outdoor space is especially great. They have covered areas that keep you comfortable in rainy or cold weather, and there are always fun activities happening outside. The beer is consistently good. We haven't tried one we didn't enjoy. The pizza and sandwiches are also really solid and perfect for grabbing a quick lunch. The service is always fantastic. Every person behind the bar has been friendly and welcoming each time we've visited. One of the things we appreciate most is that they allow dogs inside. Our puppy loved relaxing while we enjoyed our food and drinks, which makes it such an easy spot for dog owners. The location on a former military base adds a really unique atmosphere, and they do a great job leaning into that theme with thoughtful details throughout. Overall, it's a great place with great beer, great people, and an inviting atmosphere. Highly recommend. Cheers!

Service has always been consistently great. Friendly, prompt, detail oriented and caring about our experience. We have never had a bad interaction with any of the staff members. They are hardworking customer focused team. Good with children and elderly folks. The food has been consistently good, temperature, quantity, flavors, textures and presentation. We have tried their burgers, pizza, bowls and appetizers. We really like their brussels sprouts, including our 3 and 6 year old family members. There's a wonderful sweet savory flavor, a nice crisp to the outside and very tender inside. The burgers and fries are very satisfying and flavorful. Most recently I discovered (realized) you can add mac and cheese to a burger. It was yummm!!! The wings, are plentiful, crispy and juicy. Be careful, because the internal temperature is VERY HOT when they first arrive. The past few times we have been the restaurant was very comfortable, not too cold or too hot. They have the ability to accommodate the 6 of us with ease on the times we have gone. This is definitely one of the core options when we are in town. Great for our whole family.

Not comparing ambiance, service or food taste, but a BK Whopper Wednesday is $4.00. Is 99's burger FIVE TIMES BETTER? Maybe I'm old, and I don't get out much, but $20 for a burger seems outrageous, especially since Applebee's burger is $10.

My wife and I dined at this restaurant recently, primarily out of convenience, though the fairly…read morefull parking lot suggested it might be a popular spot. Between the two of us, we ordered two appetizers, two entrées, and three beverages. Appetizers We started with the Boom Boom Shrimp and the potato skins. The Boom Boom Shrimp was decent--pleasantly sweet with a mild hint of spice--but ultimately unremarkable. The potato skins, however, were excellent and easily the standout item of the meal. They were well prepared, flavorful, and genuinely enjoyable. In fact, they may be my favorite item on the menu. It's also worth noting that potato skins seem surprisingly rare on menus these days, which made them feel like a bit of a novelty. If we were to return, the potato skins would likely be the primary reason. Drinks My wife ordered a strawberry lemonade, which was fine but nothing memorable. I had a Diet Coke and a strawberry daiquiri. The Diet Coke was exactly what you'd expect. The strawberry daiquiri, however, was a disappointment. The portion size was shockingly small--more like a sampler than a full cocktail--despite being priced comparably to daiquiris at similar chain restaurants. At places like Applebee's, you typically receive a generously sized drink served in a goblet or hurricane glass. Here, it came in a small mug that felt disproportionate to the price. That's a choice I wouldn't make again. Entrées For our main courses, my wife ordered the teriyaki chicken with a side of clam chowder, both of which she enjoyed. Unfortunately, my entrée--the baked haddock--was where the meal truly fell apart. This was, without exaggeration, the worst baked haddock I have ever been served. The fish had virtually no flavor beyond severely burnt breadcrumbs. The topping was sparse, lacked butter or seasoning, and tasted as though it had been cooked at far too high a temperature. The result was a dry, rubbery texture that made the dish genuinely inedible. At nearly $20, it felt like a complete waste and significantly detracted from the overall dining experience. Overall Impression While there were a few bright spots--most notably the potato skins--the baked haddock left such a negative impression that it seriously impacts my likelihood of returning. If we do come back at some point, I'll be sticking to the potato skins.
