Awful Place do not go. My friend and I went for drinks the bouncer at the front door screamed at one of the people in the party in front of us "I am the king here you do not get to speak here" when it was our turn he looked at one of my friends and said "you guys really don't belong here but okay" the manager at the front was a female and was not much better she allowed this to happen in front of her and asked us to not speak to her when I wanted to address this problem with her. I was the designated driver of the group so I stayed sober most of these comments I guess go unrecognized by people who are not paying attention or are under the influence but I will never be back and recommend you do not even try. Spend your money at places where people are going to treat everyone with respect. read more

This place is all about fun, friends, food and drinks. Nice place for daily after work drinks. The location-good, in the heart of Brickell. Parking-can get a little tricky, so be careful and have so patience. The food-really tasty and nice flavors. The service-fast and accommodating, even the owner came by to say hi...really cool. The prices-on the pricey side but socialization is worth it. Now, it gets really NOISY in there, so you have to speak up when you are chatting with others. BUT they got that DJ and live performances on Fridays and Saturdays. ***Note:If you are looking for a potential date or looking just to hang out with someone then this is the place to go. Better yet, if you like watching sports with a crowd of loud and noisy people then yes come here. So check it out, I had the Margarita Pizza, Hummus and the Mac Attack with Bacon...That Mac Attack with Bacon was off the hook!! Yep! Tha Yelp Daddy approves this place!! read more

Solid venue to watch a sports game. The burger was amazing, I believe it had truffle in it. Prices are fair. Tons of seating centrally located in brickell. Probably the top sports Gastropub bar in brickell, top 5 to the general area including Sobe. Can't go wrong to watch a sporting event here, was just there for the NBA finals game 6 - Bucks Vs. Suns. Service was great, accommodating, no arrogance or rudeness experienced by me - even on that busy night. Overall Batch is an important staple in the area and we need it here. read more

Getting a free single flight of beer is definitely a perk of checking in here. Plus, their dessert is BOMB. I came only for dessert because I had dinner elsewhere, but I had heard their cookie and ice cream combo was delicious. It definitely didn't disappoint. We also tried the cinnamon bread pudding as well as the mud pie. They're all huge portions, especially the mud pie so you should share if you can! It was also really affordable. I appreciated the staff there and the vibes. You can catch whatever game is on (I'm not big on sports, but my fiancé is), and just relax. It's definitely a cool spot. They have tons of specials everyday so I'm gonna come back for those. Bottomless Mimosa Sundays, Ladies Night Thursdays, etc. read more

Had a fantastic experience at Batch. My wife and friends ordered the fried chicken sliders and the fried chicken entree and they thoroughly enjoyed it. I ordered the hangar steak ordered medium, but it came out very well done. The manager immediately put in a new steak for me free of charge and that one came out great. Not only did they replace the steak, but also the rest if the sides that came with it. Staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was chill and enjoyable for a night out conversing with friends. read more

Cool brunch vibe. I was vacationing in south beach and it was so refreshing to get away from south beach and find a restaurant that had more of a local vibe. The food was actually tasty and the drinks were amazing. And the prices were so much more reasonable that south beach prices. You can't beat $20 bottomless mimosa I do wish they had more variety with their brunch menu, everything was so heavy and fatty. Mac and cheese was bomb though! read more

I came here for Brunch on Oct. 7 and had the most amazing service ever which means a lot because I'm a server myself so I pay a LOT of attention to my server. Renon was PERFECT. I told him before my guests arrived to never let our drinks get empty and Renon did just that. Mind you, it was Brunch on a busy Sunday, he had other guests and my table had 10 people drinking on the unlimited brunch special. We definitely got the most for our money. The brunch special is $22 for an unlimited set of drinks for 2 hours and mannnn.. Renon kept them coming. The bartender and manager on duty were great as well. Good vibes and atmosphere. Would definitely recommend for groups 6-8. Also try to make a reservation or call ahead if you know you have a large group. read more

Let me start off by saying we were REALLY lucky today. I came to meet two of my friends who I hadn't seen in a long time. We decided on batch because of their reputation for good food and happy hour specials. We first got sat outside, (inside was empty) and the sun was in our eyes, couldn't even look at the waiter when speaking. Our waitress told us we were really lucky today because they were trying out their new menu and food would be made to perfection. We had a specials menu infront of us and noticed that they had patron shots for $8 dollars so we asked for two of those. waitress agrees then comes back and informs us that it actually isn't the patron on the menu that's on special it's actually "Herradura". So we settle for that. She then comes back again and informs us that it's NOT herradura, it's sauza that's on special. So we ask for that and get lemon drops instead.. How that happened? I don't know. They were okay tho, we also ask for lemonade as chasers and got pineapple juice instead....yumm... We ordered 3 different appetizers which were, fries (eh wasn't impressed, we're like Wendy's flavor. Pretzel bites were over salted. Lobster fritters were actually really good. And we also had a spinach dip that was very bland. My friend ordered a beer which apparently had to go get picked up at the place it get imported from because it took FORVER. Waitress noticed we had been waiting a while so tells us we can have a different beer. The manager approached us and apologized for the wait and had us receive the same happy hour pricing for the rest of our beers ! Seemed nice, but every beer we got afterwards took a lengthy time to come out. We decided to leave and just get the check without receiving our last order. She told us it had already been poured so we took it. And the check. Overall, I think the lack of preparation for a new menu opening was disappointing, as well as the communication as to what was on special or not and the taste of the food not meeting its usual batch standards. It's okay, but don't think I'll be back soon. read more

Just a good pub. I went to Batch to watch one of the soccer games, and the place was packed. When we first checked in they did tell us it would be very difficult to grab a table, so we just went to the bar. Batch has TV's everywhere so it is very easy to catch a good view of the game. As for the food, I have to clarify this is based purely on the Happy Hour food and prices. We ordered the pretzel bites and the pork tacos. I can say that the tacos were delicious, Batch offers food that is a notch above your typical pub, thus earning it 4 stars. read more

We came here on a whim - pretty much because the train stopped us off and we saw they had tvs on so we could preseason football (by the way it's really weird watching "prime time" football at 11pm) We walked in and the first thing I saw was that happy hour went until 8pm - sweet! We ordered Pretzel bites with beer cheese sauce and the Green flash IPA - both of which were delicious. I didn't even realize until I decided to check in that they had an offer for a sample of a beer, so after my full beer I got my Check in offer of 10 barrel joe sampler. I would really like to return here for mimosa brunch as they have so many tvs and a very promising food menu ! Can't wait to return! read more

My boyfriend and I ordered the cast iron cookie for $8.00. We thought it was going to be a cast iron skillet totally filled with cookie but it was literally just one small chocolate chip cookie with ice cream on top that they placed in the cast iron skillet. I havent been here in years, and my only memory from before were those tapped tables. Unfortunately, they eliminated them 2 years ago but this place is still popping. The waitresses are nice, knowledgeable and recommend some successful dishes. Please order the mac attack. Customize it however you like, but let me share my favorite combo. Truffle oil, fried chicken and a fried egg. Their mac is gnocchi in a cheesy sauce and all mac attacks are topped with doritos dust. It IS shareable but I have faith you can finish it alone. We were suggested to try the swine pizza. So good! Spicy salami, pepperoni, arugula and coppa. oooof. Happy Hour lasts until 8 pm, so make sure you squeeze in your drink orders before then. 50% in Brickell? yes, please. Parking is not great, this particular street doesnt have meter parking but directly across is an empty lot that charges $5 for self park. It works because its convenient. It can get pretty packed on a Friday and Saturday so make sure you call ahead to get wait times. read more

Awesome bar grub with super friendly service! Came here on a Saturday night when Am So was full, and they gladly welcomed us despite the late hour. We sat at the bar and ordered the Moscow mule, which was very ginergy and sadly didn't come in the mule mug. The cauliflower wings with buffalo sauce, however, completely made coming worthwhile. They were so delicious and I'd love the recipe myself. Prices really aren't bad for the area either. I'd love to come for a full meal and try a veggie burger! read more

This was a great dinner option a short walk from our hotel. If you were trying to catch a sports game somewhere with great food and drinks this is it. You could sit anywhere in the room and have a tv within your line of sight. The servers were very attentive and we loved our cocktails and meal. My husband and I both got the Mac Attack as seperate orders so we could personalize it with our desired toppings. The kicker is they use gnocchi instead of regular macaroni pasta in the mac and cheese. I LOVE gnocchi so that for me was a great change on the classic recipe. The cheese was also nice and creamy vs. the dreaded watery version I'm always scared to end up with when I order mac and cheese. Definitely try this place! read more

I'm sorry, but 4 stars on Yelp? We ordered a pizza and buffalo wings. We intended to get dessert, but after eating our main meal and not receiving service, we took our business elsewhere. Both the pizza and wings were okay, but nothing to rave about. What really turned us off was that our waitress took our order and then disappeared for the remainder of our meal, only to return for the check. My husband had to go to the front desk to ask for plates, and then I had to ask another team member for ranch dressing. We then got charged for requesting ranch dressing, even though we were never asked whether we wanted ranch or blue cheese. To top it off, our waitress stopped by the table behind us to check in and didn't both to turn herself around and check on us. Not worth going to, considering the number of other restaurants nearby. read more

I have eaten at Batch in the past when I've been in Miami - the Sunday brunch or just a Saturday dinner - but this was the first time this out of towner had made arrangements for a group party. So let me explain... For about a year and a half, I and others on both Facebook and Cruise Critic had been planning a cruise onboard Norwegian Cruise Lines new ship, the Norwegian Bliss. Her home port will be Seattle when she makes her Alaskan cruises in the summer, therefore she had to be transported from Germany (where she was built) over to the West Coast of the United States. We would be traveling on the 15-day segment from Miami to Los Angeles, with many of us arriving in Florida a day or more in advance (to be on the safe side. After a passenger I was in contact with made a comment about a pre-cruise party the night before a cruise he took, the germ of an idea formed. Why not start our cruise out the right way and have a get-together I'd christen Bliss Eve, so that some of us could get together, finally put faces to the many names, and unofficially start the cruise the day before embarkation? The problem was - I'm not native to Miami, therefore I had to do a lot of research on locations I hoped would be appropriate for our needs. I contacted 4 restaurants; heard back from 3, one of which was Batch, and THIS was what won me over. Unlike the others with their party trays or flat per person rates or minimum drinks/food, Batch offered the following: a semi-private area at no cost; because we were arriving during Happy Hour (which runs from 3 PM to 8 PM), each attendee could drink and dine from the Happy Hour menu at Happy Hour rates; each attendee would cover their own bill. I liked the menu, so went ahead and booked in the summer of 2017 so we would be on their calendar. It all went amazingly well. I was contacted about a month in advance to go over the paperwork and the details, including how I wanted the tables and chairs set up. I reached out again about a week to 10 days beforehand to give the final number (there were roughly 60 of us). My phone and email contacts with Kelly Griffin was friendly and efficient, and I felt I was in good hands. I did get to meet Mr. Griffin on the evening of the event, and he couldn't have been nicer. We were given two servers who handled all of our orders and they did an excellent job and definitely deserved the tips we gave them. I was afraid they'd be overwhelmed because let's face it, this was one very excited group - excited to finally meet each other, excited about departing on a brand new ship the next day, all of us with varying tastes in food and drink; most arriving at 6 PM when the party started and a few arriving an hour or two later due to their travel schedules. Whatever the case, they were amazing and Mr. Griffin can be thanked for choosing personnel who knew what they were doing. The food went over well with everyone. I know that Batch can be pricey at other times, but for Happy Hour, we had a nice range of bar food and cocktails/beers to choose from, which suited all of us. I would recommend hitting them up during Happy Hour if you want to grab a quick bite and a drink before heading out. And for us, it was getting to know one another, and chowing down a bit with good drinks. The chicken and waffles were the biggest hit with those who ordered it, including me. The Hawaiian Shrimp Lettuce Wraps, I was told, were light and refreshing if you didn't want something heavy. I also tried the Sticky Pork Pao Buns which were flavorful without being too heavy, and spicy to give it a kick without burning one's mouth. Overall, it was a wonderful experience for all of us. I cannot thank Mr. Griffin and the management and servers enough. The cruise ended on May 25th and will remain memorable to everyone who was able to go on her. My appreciation to Batch Gastropub for getting several dozen of us off on the right foot. read more

Nice bar in Brickell. I have been here a couple of times for brunch, watch parties, and Friday nights for ladies night with my girlfriend. Service is pretty good. For brunch, we had some trouble with the mimosas. It was a big group and we experienced a long wait between each round. The food was great. My girlfriend really enjoyed her Mac and Cheese dish and I had no complaints about my Steak and Eggs! We have been going often on Fridays for ladies night, some times its a bit empty but crowds have been growing recently. It's a great spot to meet with friends and obviously ladies have the perk. We popped in on a Saturday for an 8:30PM reservation. This place is a great place to watch football. We are Big Ten fans and they were kind enough to switch on the Michigan at Rutgers game so we could watch Michigan get embarrassed. Dan was our server and he was so nice and attentive! We ordered the truffle cheese fries and I HIGHLY recommend those to start with. They don't skimp on the cheese either-respect. And then we discovered their ingenious way of crunching up Doritos to top their wings with. Mind blown. Order them. I ordered the batch burger done medium with L, T, O and pickles with (get this) ....pesto. Boom. It was awesome to the point where it's all over my hands and running down to my elbows and I'm still chowing down. My friends got the pig pizza which they said was very well executed. Like Mac n cheese? Build your own here. You can literally add everything for $52 or pick and choose and nosh on their gnocchi Mac n cheese. Yes you read that right-gnocchi Mac n cheese. They have a respectable beer selection and some of their tables even have taps built in. Aside from watching the game, I also enjoyed watching the super drunk bday girl at the next table trying to pour herself a bday beer with a 2.5" head. Happy birthday to you, Foamy McDrunky. read more

Been now 3 times and all I can say is wow! The place is cool and even has drinks on tap! It's a relaxed atmosphere with wonderful service and a good bang for the buck! Ok, now to the good stuff, the food! They offer different boards of cured meats and cheeses that ate a great deal. The duck confit nachos are a generous portion, enough to share that are delectably savory and spicy. For the more conservative crowd you may want to try the hanger steak skewers. They are juicy and beefy goodness. I won't share them! They offer specials of the day, all good, but the star of the show is the meatloaf. It's the ultimate comfort food! Rib sticking and rich, this will leave you with the thirst of a nice beer to wash it down. Luckily, batch has an array of craft beer and wonderful cocktail concoctions! See you there! read more

This restaurant is a little underestimated. Batch is always a good idea to sit down, eat, relax, and just enjoy the cool atmosphere. If you want to watch a sporting event, there are many TVs around. For dinner, order the avocado toast or Margherita pizza. The cocktails are a little strong but nothing wrong with that! Lol The food for brunch was delicious! I had the eggs Benedict with freshly pressed apple juice. My boyfriend ordered the chicken and waffles. The unlimited mimosas were the right amount of champagne and orange juice. For celebrating a birthday, we ordered a birthday shot that comes with a candle. It definitely beat a dessert because it was fun to watch the person take the shot with their mouth instead of their hands lol. It does not get too crazy or packed like most brunch spots. But I do recommend making reservations for a group. Also, our waitress Cris (not sure how it's spelled sorry lol) was super friendly, helpful, professional, and put up with our table. :) This was a great way to spend St. Patrick's Day on a Sunday.
