I would love to review the amazing truffle fries I see advertised everywhere, but unfortunately I did not have the pleasure of enjoying them. INSTEAD, I experienced somewhat of a nightmare ordering for the first time through eat24 for delivery. I ordered at around 9:15pm on a Friday night and waited for about an hour and fifteen minutes thinking, "Oh, it's Friday, they are probably up to their necks in orders. It'll be here soon." I waited another ten minutes before calling. BIG MISTAKE! When I called, I spoke to Chris, who ASSUMED my order was out for delivery already, but would call me back anyway after contacting the delivery company. A couple of minutes later, a girl called, who informed me that THEY HAD NEVER RECEIVED THE ORDER, even though eat24 had given me a receipt and a timer as to when my order would arrive. At this point it was an hour an a half since I ordered my food, and needless to say, I was pretty livid. I asked to speak with a manager, and at the moment the manager couldn't come to the phone, so they offered to call me back. I accepted the offer, however, when they called me back, I was speaking to Chris again. Eventually the manager, Kurt, got on the phone with me and offered me a 50% discount and a free drink. This, in my opinion, is UNSATISFACTORY. I work in the business, and if I were him, I would've comped the whole meal to make my guest happy after this huge faux pas. This would mean having to wait at least another 20 minutes to receive my food (if I'm lucky). Going on 2 HOURS now. I said "NO THANKS" and cancelled my order. He said he would contact eat24 to process my refund. He did offer to buy us some drinks if we are in the area sometime, but honestly, after this horrible, unsatisfactory experience, I HIGHLY doubt I will be stepping foot in there. Sucks, because the menu looks promising and everyone sounded very polite on the phone, but someone really dropped the ball on this one. I mean, I understand not noticing that you have an order pending for maybe ten minutes, but for me to call an hour and fifteen minutes after ordering just to find out they JUST received it, it's pretty bad. I was left with the truffle fries craving, and of course, after this whole ordeal, my options for dinner had decreased SIGNIFICANTLY. The only reason I give two stars was because Chris was polite enough to listen to me complain to him about this without cutting me off or making excuses for them. Wish I could say more about this place, the rest of the reviews look good, which is what tempted me to try it. I'm not sure if this was eat24's fault or their fault, but someone messed up big time and the only satisfaction I can get is coming on here to complain about it, because honestly, no one went out of their way to make this situation any better. BEWARE of ordering for delivery. read more

Really loved coming to Batch thanks to Maria (China) who provided excellent service and attention.

What an awesome brunch experience!! Food was great and our server Joshua was so friendly and efficient!! Definitely my new fave brunch spot

Out of all the brunch places my girls and I have attended this has been the most accommodating place for us. Food is amazing! Vibe is great! And our waiter Joshua made the experience memorable. read more

Food was mediocre. Burger was average at best, the fries were cold when they arrived and seemed to taste like cafeteria food. Wings were pretty bland- place was empty on a Sunday evening, would have expected simple things like bar food to be tastier. Food was cool let upon arrival, not really sure how that happened all things considered. Not one to leave yelp reviews often, but avoid the food or at least lower your expectations. read more

This place was amazing. The whole area was clean & neat. At the time I went it was a little busy but my waiter was very attentive and didn't take long at all. As an appetizer I chose the lobster fritters which were delicious and yummy! The perfect amount of crispy. I ordered the Elk burger medium well & had a salad. The salad wasn't the best to my flavor but the Elk burger was the best burger I've ever eaten. The cook messed up the burger cook time by giving me a burger medium rare and my date got his burger medium well. That was the only problem I had. I personally don't like medium rare but it tasted amazing for the Elk burger. My date notified the waiter about the mess up & the waiter was very apologetic and got the manager for us, but we were okay with the mess up because the food was still yummy. However we appreciated the sincerity from the waiter and the manager. About 20 minutes later the supervisor came out as well and apologized. The customer service was so superb! Oh and I cant forget to mention the truffle fries. Wow! Talk about burst of flavor. I would definitely go here again ! read more

Batch is a great place whether you simply want to catch a sports game or have a night out. They always have weekly specials going on which makes Batch my go-to spot! You can't go wrong when selecting one of their cocktails or dishes. My personal favorite dish is their brick oven Margherita pizza, it's perfect for any occasion. read more

Batch is the answer to date night when your boyfriend wants to watch the game and you don't want to bro out at a true sports bar. Tons of tvs, game-worthy food with a gourmet twist, great selection of beer ... BUT ... you can also enjoy craft cocktails, a friendly lounge atmosphere, and music you can actually hold a conversation over. I think that's what they call the best of both worlds. read more

Great Service! Enjoying ladies night till 1am with the girls. Also great variety of foods and beers. Great place to spend a Friday night, eat, and drink with close friends or even on a date. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a good ladies night for girls night out or just to hang out and have a good one with good music! read more

Lots of hot girls, decent beer menu, cool bartender . A little loud but whatever. Played some rock music at least

Overall has a nice ambiance for a sports bar, the menu seems to have good options, lots of TVs etc. I ate here about a year ago and got terrible food poisoning, the management team handled it very well. Reached out to make sure I was alright, comped all my food, checked up following days, had one of their managing partners contact me, etc. since they handled things so well I didn't hold this against them, I was there on a busy football game day and things happen. Now fast forward a year later, my company had a large World Cup watch party at Batch, I was reluctant to go but went anyways despite my previous experience. I got sick AGAIN..... along with many of my coworkers that were there. Maybe I just have bad luck, but I will never return to this place. Good poisoning 100% of the times I have gone there (2 out of 2) that is disgusting. Would never recommend to anyone unless you want to risk your life eating here. read more

The best hamburger I have had in many years! It was a delivery and it came hot, juicy, full of flavor and prepared just as I ordered it! Will definitely order again and again! Thank you! read more

Upon entering the restaurant, both hosts were on their phones and didn't look up to greet my boyfriend and I. As someone who previously worked as a hostess, I was pretty shocked - I would've been fired for that. We had a really nice server at our table, but ALL our food came out cold. I had the eggs Benedict and my boyfriend had the burger. His burger bun was completely soggy and falling apart, my bacon was like fatty, soggy rubber and my poached eggs were underdone. I love runny eggs but undercooked egg whites are about as appetising as snot. The ranch hollandaise sauce was really delicious, but the Dorito dust is bizarre. Our server was very apologetic and the manager was kind enough to comp our entire meal, so I give those two 5 stars. The restaurant has a really nice ambience and I was excited to eat here but the food was basically inedible. read more

I went here for my birthday and had a wonderful experience; starting with the reservation,to the greeting and the service ! The chicken and waffles were amazing !! I can't wait to go back :) love this place read more

This was the first time I had dined at this place. The bar was full of people and the ambiance vibrant. I love the menu and the mix of flavors. Extremely happy with my visit and will definitely be going back again. We went in on Taco Tuesday ($15 for unlimited tacos) and had the $5 chips and guacamole, $5 Batch margarita and the Carnitas, Carne, Verduras and Chicken Fajita Tacos. The Batch guac satisfied my craving, it tasted fresh and the margarita definitely received my stamp of approval. It wasn't too tart and was not lacking in alcohol whatsoever. Overall, the tacos were great.. Except for the Verduras, I was not a fan at all. The Carnitas was by far our favorite and the Carne came in second. Definitely recommend those two. I didn't try the chicken fajita but my partner said it was tasty as well. Our server Cosima was fantastic. She's a sweet heart and was always there when we needed her. She was very knowledgable about the menu and what beers they had on tap, etc. I even complimented the manager on the great experience I had. Also, the place is really cool! You can tell a lot of thought was put into the layout and detailing. keep up the great work guys! read more

We made batch a stop on our bar crawl and they were excellent to work with! They made us a reservation and were very accommodating (we had a group of 30 girls). My wife and i have heard great things about Batch, we couldn't wait to try the Mac Attack mac and cheese. We live closer to the new location in Delray but being in Miami for the weekend for a concert we saw it was in walking distance from our hotel. We looked up the hours and they didn't close until 3 am, we arrived at 1130, stood at the front door, no hostess was present, a server walked by and greeted us, there was about 5 tables in the restaurant, we sat for about 5 minutes with no service. we decided to move to the bar. which again we say for a few minutes with no service, the male bartender looked at us and looked away, as if he looked right through us, than turned back to get our drinks. the bar looked like it was being closed down, was unwelcoming feeling like they were closing around us even though the hours were until 3, the water glass my wife got was dirty with food on the side. We ordered the Pretzel Bites right away, they came out burnt and the "beer cheese" was more of a cold paste. The bartender Erica was nice and chatted with us, she took the pretzels off the bill. We ordered the wings and mac and cheese with grilled chicken, erica suggested the nashville hot for the wings. the wings came out, they were cold and the ranch was loose like water, the nashville rub was really good, we were so hungry we ate all the wings even thou they were cold. I'm guessing Erica forgot to put the mac and cheese order in, after waiting 45 mins, we decided to leave without receiving it. It was a very unpleasant experience and very disappointed since we had been looking forward to it. Erica seemed to be the only person running around taking care of the bar and tables, better luck next time. read more

Came here last night to spend new years eve. Based on their instagram advertising they were having a few deals. Arrived around 9:30 and we were told by one of the workers there that they had a $50 open bar deal from 11-1am or $50 for a bottle of champagne or a $60 dinner. We sat at a table for about 30 minutes until we flagged a waitress and asked who would be serving our table and she said " I guess me". So we told her we would like the $50 open bar deal, and she said I'm sorry what deal is that? we told her the same one your co worker told us about and the same one from instagram. She said I'm not aware of any such deal, who told you that? We had to literally search for this guy for her and then she went to ask him and said ok you're right. Ok, obviously someone is not informed, but we proceed to continue with our night. Since it wasn't 11 yet we ordered drinks on our tabs. Once 11 rolled through she kept walking by and didn't wanna acknowledge us anymore. She kept paying attention to the table next to us ( bigger party than us) and in front of us. We were starting to get annoyed since at this point it's past 11 and we didn't have any drinks ordered. Finally some guy came over and gave us wristbands, and instead of waiting for her we walked up to the bar and ordered drinks there. If we waited for her we would have had one drink every hour. Again, she would give attention to her other tables except us. We literally had to wave and hoot and holler to get her attention and when she finally came she would have this annoyed look on her face as if we were bothering her. Since it was a mission to get her attention we would have to order a bunch of drinks and food all at once cause who knows when she would be back. We all talked amongst ourselves about her attuide towards us and we all felt the same. She was horrible. Btw she's a Hispanic girl, light skin with black hair in case anyone gets her as a waitress, good luck. She wasn't overwhelmed because she was attentive to her other tables. It's like she didn't wanna serve us. After about an hour and a half we were told by a new waiter that he would be serving us. Thankfully it was like day and night, this guy was attentive and acted as though he wanted to serve us. The apps were decent. The chicken wings and artichoke dip were ok, egg rolls and fries were not . The music was good. We all enjoyed ourselves by the end of the night. But this waitress did tarnish my opinion on this place and also the lack of information that she knew. She was not aware of a lot of things, especially when we asked for drink recommendations, she was not helpful. She would just say depends on this or that. Won't be back. One star for the new waiter and the music. If not zero stars for this place. read more

I still love this place, it truly is one of my favorites. I've been here for lunch and dinner, so when I had a friend in town, I suggested we try the brunch menu. First off, they have $20 unlimited mimosas/sangria's, which, had we not been already nursing hangovers from the night before, we would have been so on board for! Instead, we decided to go for the biggest meals we could find. I ordered the Cornbread Benedict and my friend, the hash. I wasn't 100% sold on either meal, and though I never return food, the waitress who was very attentive noticed we weren't super ecstatic about our meals and promptly did anything she could to have us enjoy our experience that morning. I'm super thankful for that and we truly appreciated the gesture and genuine concern from both the servers and manager. She brought us a free beer tasting while our new meal was being prepared (the Donut waffles, which were SO GOOD, paired with a rum-infused maple syrup and covered in cinnamon sugar & the tastiest piece of pork belly.) I think Batch still has a little bit of work to do when it comes to brunch, but you truly can't beat the service and good vibes of this place. read more

I'm kind of torn about Batch. On one hand I liked the laid back yet clean vibe, the comfy booth with the awesome in-table taps, and the $20 all you can drink bellinis/mimosas/sangrias. On the other hand they served me my cornbread benedict with the yokes completely cooked to that heinous pastel yellow color like they were hard boiled eggs (wtf this is a crime against brunch). The bellinis were a little too sweet, but the mimosas were perfect and I don't usually like mimosas. Most impressive of all I somehow didn't have a hangover after I chugged a LOT of them. The service was friendly, but I did have to chase someone down for a refills more than once (this may have been because I was chugging those drinks...) I also tried my friend's chicken and waffles which was alright. Both of these items sounded great on the menu, but were just meh when executed. I would definitely try this place again and try ordering something else next time because it was a fun place with a group and brunch goes late for those of us who like to sleep in. read more

I just had to write this review. Just note my 1 star is cumulative over several visits. The service, food, & apparently management is all sub par. The service over several visits has been spotty at best. there have been times where I go and the place is full because of a game and the service is good, But then I go and the place is at 50% capacity and the beer takes forever, the tap pours are very foamy. I have waited 50 minutes for food before. Very hit or miss....mostly miss but w/e. The food is not great. I have had several things from the menu and there is almost always something wrong. I have had a cold burger, soggy fries, cold mac & cheese, over cooked steak... then I guess i should know better than order a steak at a bar that tries to pass itself off as a "gastropub". Now on to the Pièce De Résistance, the management. Holy bleep these people are terrible, and mostly the reason im writing this review. I'm at the bar with a friend and a group comes in to watch a game. From what I gathered they didnt like there seats and wanted to be moved. The host proceeds to tell them she cant move them...mind you the restaurant was empty. One of the party members goes on and writes a review on Yelp about the service. I kid you not the manager comes out and asked about then Yelp review. But not to try and make things better, he comes out to fight over it. I think his name was Kurt or Kirk, he looks like a poor mans Dan Bilzerian. He no joke proceeds to kick the party out. I was left stunned. I paid my bill and left and no matter how much my friends want to come to this place in the future i'll make sure to take a rain check. I tried to like this place I really did but after what I saw and heard yesterday this place is dead to me. read more

On Sunday, my friend and I were looking forward to trying the Restaurant's Brisket Burger. It was also my first time trying this place out. Placed the order through the Food Delivery App Eat 24. I ended up missing the call from the Front Desk by a window span of 15 min and the delivery guy was gone. When I called the Front Desk they told me what happened and mentioned to the delivery guy he could leave the package with them and they would bring it up. Understandably so, I was mad that I had not received the food I had already paid for. So, I called the restaurant back and spoke with the hostess and she was no help, so I was transferred to the Manager. In a nut shell the Manager ended up saying the food was thrown out it is their policy to not serve cold food. He then also proceeded to say that he need to re-fire up a new order charge me again for that order and a delivery fee. If your a business establishment where the sole purpose on how your functioning is based on providing a good dining experience and satisfying a customer, let me tell you customer service absolutely sucks. This guy was not doing anything to help. Instead of diffusing the situation of having an upset customer, he kept going around and around coming up with excuses and not finding a solution to fix the problem. He wasn't giving me my money back, He wanted to charge me again for food I never received! First of all I didn't get a call from the delivery guy either. Secondly, why didn't the manager follow up with the customer with what happened when the food went back to the restaurant especially with an order that was already PAID FOR and automatically throw it out. Thirdly the guy was telling me he didn't serve cold food, so he basically is telling me they are offering a delivery service without heated containers to keep the food warm. The conversation wasn't going anywhere with this guy so I ended up canceling the order through EAT24. The lack of customer service from this guy was unbelievable. Definitely not ordering from here ever again. Not a place I will be recommending to anyone, for sure. read more

Batch is always such a fun place to go hang out, have a few drinks and eat as well! The brunch on Sunday mornings is so good and the bottomless mimosas are fun too. The atmosphere is very "sports bar" and relaxed. The outdoor seating is by far my favorite especially on a cool, fall day. Overall Batch is a super fun environment and I definitely recommend! read more

We came to Batch to watch the Gators in the Citrus Bowl since Batch is one of the official Gator Club of Miami locations. They only had the brunch menu available since it was New Years Day, even though it was Friday and there would normally have been other specials. We had a group of 6. One ordered a Red Bull and the waitress came to tell us they were trying to find it and then returned with a hot Red Bull that had clearly come from storage, without a cup of ice. We ordered three appetizers from a special menu only available if you purchase a wristband from the Gator Club. 30 minutes after we ordered, the waitress came to tell us to be patient (without an apology) because the kitchen was backed up. 15 minutes later we received 2 of the 3 appetizers and were told they were just cutting the potatoes for the third. When the waitress came back to check on us (she didn't deliver the food) she exclaimed "finally"! without apologizing for the unnecessary wait time. Rather than enduring bad service for another 3 hours, we decided to go elsewhere. Would not recommend Batch if you value your time and acceptable service. read more

If you want fast and friendly customer service this is not the place for you. The hostess was rude, we had a reservation for 3 and got a table for 2, and it took almost 45minutes to receive an order of fries. Took forever to order a beer let alone be able to drink it. Water or a napkin? Forever. They have a good crowd and lots of TVs so we are giving them two stars read more
