The transaction was seamless and I got an email from SHEIN within an hour that they had received the items that I returned. My only issue was you are not given a physical receipt as proof of return which is why I took a picture while in the store. I will definitely use Happy Returns at Ulta Beauty again.

They still look great and I always receive compliments on them. I recently came back to Katrina 10 years later in 2025 for my eyebrow retouch, and she continues to wow me with her artistry. I wanted my brows to be slightly thicker this time. I loved how they came out! I have referred others, and have even brought my mother in to get permanent eyebrows by Katrina to fix an old eyebrow tattoo which had turned pink over the years.
