This store never fails to make you feel uncomfortable. You can tell they automatically think you're stealing when you don't want help.

Toni also helped us 1/2 hour before closing but didn't make us feel rushed or anything.

The funniest thing about this location is that you can see all the boyfriends, husbands, and partners and their kids just waiting outside milling around on their phones while their S.O. is shopping inside. When I went on the weekend it was pretty packed. I liked that there are some brands you don't generally see at other Asian beauty shops and that there are samples you can, I guess smell or swatch. There's make up, skincare (serums, toners, sunblock, face wash, etc.), hair care, body care, and some household goods like those air freshener sticks. However, after a quick look through I was just ok with the prices and the selection that they have here for my own beauty and skincare needs. Some of the items are a couple dollars more expensive that what I could find online, but that's understandable. I think my only issue was the stock that they had of what was carried and the state of the samples. Most of what did pique my interest, the cute eye shadow palettes and make up, were all sold out but were still on display (10+ items like this not just a couple) and the samples that were out for swatching looked absolutely disgusting and dirty. Smeared lipstick and cream and blush everywhere, some had hair and dust and other things in it. I dipped real quick. I don't know, I've been spoiled with ShinuyaLa and I'm genuinely quite surprised there's no K-beauty shop equivalent that does it like them.

On the receipt it says New/Used but they don't hold up to their own policy I guess. This was my go-to place for Korean Skincare but I'm going to find another place since they were not willing to accommodate and gave me a "free" mini item which doesnt even equate to the amount of money this product costs.

The stylists, estheticians & staffs are very nice and super patience. I have to applause them for having to deal with a few of the difficult customers that I have witness when I'm in the store weekly. Those customers not only want free samples all the time, but regularly tries to return half used products AND holding up the check-out line(without any respect to other customers) while demanding to get their way. Witnessing these makes me thankful for my job as an independent stylist that I can refuse service to those unrealistic clients. I would never let those people in my chair to waste my time. It makes me sad to see people do these kind of things. Please support our local brick & mortar businesses so we can continue to have nice places to shop at.

While all beauty stores are small, they are packed with great beauty and salon products which you cannot find in drugstores. They sell many of the products which are available only in salons and for affordable prices. They carry a very wide variety of items and all of those underground items you can't get anywhere else. The sales person are very helpful and friendly, they always have the answers to my wife questions and are attentive and helpful. I've purchased hair color endless clippers trimmers many times, as well as many of the supplies needed to do highlights, haircuts and such. I also love the body waxes and accessories they carry there. Yes i do body wax. They also sell hair extensions, human and synthetic for affordable and I LOVE these because it is nearly impossible to find hair anywhere else. The customer service is also great, there have been a couple of times where I came across a bad batch of wax, and they gladly exchanged it no questions asked even without my receipt. For people that are complaining about the policy be courteous and they will help you; if you come in with an attitude you will get back what you came in with. So goodluck. I'm so happy I have found out about this store and I'll shop here for years.

She was not kind, she wasn't very helpful. I asked for a foundation and she recommended me a couple and I picked the $70 Sulhwasoo bc it felt really silky on my hand. I ended up using some on my face and liked it. I come home to find the oil on top and color clumped on the bottom. That's fine, you just shake it right? The expiration date is of Dec 2025. I have 6 months to use this whole bottle. I used my last foundation for over a year. There is no way a foundation shelf life is only 6 months, that thing has been sitting on that shelf for years. Also, I bought Anessa sunscreen for less than $20 bucks, they sell it for $39. This place can't get rid of their make up bc of their prices and customer service so if you do end up shopping here, you'll end up with overpriced, almost expired makeup. O and they make it clear there are no refunds or exchanges. I have never encountered a beauty store that doesn't do exchanges. How will you ever try new make up at this store? What if you break out or get almost expired make up? Such a waste of money.... Don't bother going here, there's other make up stores in the mall, try them out or buy online from a reputable store

My body responds well to it, and until recently, I trusted the providers there--especially Lori--without hesitation. A few months ago, they suggested I try a newer product called Letybo, which was described as being mixed with saline and supposedly more effective. Because I had built trust with them over the years, I agreed to give it a chance. Within a few weeks, it became clear that Letybo was not as strong for me and did not give me the results I've always had with Dysport. I expressed my concerns at that time, but they seemed brushed off. When I scheduled my most recent appointment about three weeks ago, I was very clear with Savannah on the phone that I only wanted Dysport, as it has consistently worked best for me. She said she would note this in my chart. On the day of the appointment, Savannah took my before photos, and I again asked her to confirm that I was receiving Dysport. She told me yes and said she would confirm with Lori. Lori then came in and performed the treatment. I left believing I had received Dysport. Three weeks later, after being unhappy with the results once again, I called the office to ask exactly what product had been used. That's when I was told it was Letybo, not Dysport. I am extremely disappointed. I was clear about my concerns, clear about my request, and clear about what I consented to. Yet I was given a product I explicitly asked not to receive. Even more troubling, it was presented in a way that led me to believe I was getting Dysport, which felt misleading and dismissive of my concerns. After three years of trust, this experience felt unprofessional and careless--especially in a medical aesthetics setting where transparency and patient consent are essential. I expected to be listened to and respected as a long-term patient, and unfortunately, that did not happen here.

Great staff or not, the price is too much! The staff even says they know they're expensive next to other places. I wish they did some sort of savings plan for all of us costumers that have been with them for years.
