I grew up coming here and now I bring my nephew's. Love this location, parking is abundant and a few spots to sit if you'd like. Their Ice cream cakes are great their cookies and crème one is amazing, love how they can personalize it for you and write in the cake for you as well. Their selection of shakes, floats and a bit of everything is great and caters to everyone's likes and what you are craving. We had their cookies and crème scoop and their rainbow sherbet with some sprinkles and was delicious! Their customer service is great they had 3 people working the shift and that was great cause I feel there was a rush of people when we were there. The place is small but very well kept and clean. Not a huge fan of the ice cream here, but my son loves it. Be sure to sign up for their awards program and enter your kids birthday for a free scoop each year. I appreciate that they always think of new flavors, my husband enjoys the milkshakes. Plenty of easy parking and they have a bit of seating inside as well. read more

This is our neighborhood Baskin-Robbins. Somehow I never wrote a review and I just noticed it. We have been coming here for over 15 years. When my kids were small they asked for ice cream outings every week, how I miss those days. We still shop here for ice cream cakes occasionally. We love their cakes. Our favorite is the chocolate and vanilla ice cream cake. A hit at every party. From time to time we also stop by for ice cream and try new flavors. Lots of parking, right next to Ralph's and other stores. Customer service is not the greatest, specially on busy summer days. The store is small and has only two small tables. My wife and I stopped by here after dinner because she wanted some ice crcream. When we first arrived they had a line outside the door which surprised me because it brought back memories of covid lockdown time. But the line was due to the store being very small and there were people inside already. So we walked around the plaza and let the line calm down. When we came back 5 minutes later, there was no line so we walked in and my wife got her rocky road ice cream in a cone. The price wasn't so bad and you get a decent scoop of ice cream so she was happy. The parking here won't be an issue because it's in a big parking lot. read more

There is an awesome woman baking and decorating cakes at this location. On Thanksgiving Day, she answered the phone and told us she could make two cakes for us by Friday. She had them ready before 5 p.m. She was very careful about spelling the name correctly on each cake. The cakes turned out to be absolutely awesome, and beautiful. My family decided they wanted some ice cream so we knew we had to go to a Baskin Robbins! We've never been to this specific location but we were immensely impressed. The staff greeted us immediately with nice, big smiles on their faces! This young lady helped us out tonight and she was absolutely fabulous!!!! I just wish we got her name! She offered samples and recommendations!! She was beyond kind and patient with us. I love the ice cream but it's because of their employees that I will return to this specific location. Came in the store and started to look around at what was available and did realize a "make shift" line had started to form so needed to get in line behind others that came in after us. No biggie considering I'm in vacay, some people may not appreciate it. The staff was friendly the store was clean and overall busy. It appeared part of their ice cream freezer was down but the had the other flavors stacked in the one so they had them you just needed to ask for the flavors. Upon entering the shop, 3 staff were present. No customers were inside. The staff did not acknowledge us with no basic hello or welcome greeting. One staff was eating ice cream, as the other one stood in front of us and did not speak a word. I ordered a hand pack ice cream and the staff was confused on the size. Unbelievable! Poor customer service! I had to ask for spoons. Spent almost 20.00 and none of the staff said thank you. NOTHING!!!! I'm sorry but this place needs to be more kind on services. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! The workers here are terribly slow. It took like 15 minutes to get a double scoop and a shake. The shake was terrible. And when I went to pay the girl brought me a kids double scoop when I did not ask for a kids. So they made me pay $4.09 for this Ice cream and when I told her I didn't ask for kids scoops she laughed and said sorry about that. They wouldn't even get my order correct or ask to fix it. This is why I should've just stayed at cold stone, I never get bad service. And it seems every time I go to Baskin Robins I get terrible service! read more

I went in on a Tuesday night to purchase gift cards for birthday give away. One customer ahead of me trying to decide what they wanted , so young guy, (Till) setting up the yogurt machine asked if he could help. Pretty attentive and I was in and out in about 5 minutes. I didn't realize they have $1.31 scoops and $3.31 sundaes on every 31st of the month. (No 31 in April.., so have to try next month.) But I did get a coupon for BOGO for 2nd scoop for .99 and a coupon for $1 off $4 purchase, so I will be back to utilize those. Very clean and nice staff...and this location was my first ever job way back when...nostalgic. 31 Baskin Robbins will be my favorite of all ice cream/yogurt chains. read more

The customer service at this Baskin-Robbins location is terrible. Today I went here after a training I had for a job. I recently had my wisdom teeth taken out and I have been getting a lot of milkshakes. About an hour ago I went to this Baskin-Robins to order a milk shake. Off the bat of arriving to this place, the woman in the front was very rude. I tried making the order and due to having my wisdom teeth removed less than a week ago, it was hard for me to speak. The woman behind the counter looked bothered by this fact, and it was as if I the customer was an inconvenience to her. When the woman gave me the milkshake, I asked if I could get whip cream on the shake. She then tells me that the store charged for whip cream as an extra thing for shakes. I've been to a lot of ice cream places and this is the first time someone tried charging me for whip cream for a milk shake. However, due to the epidemic many business right now are losing money, so I understand that the whip cream can be a way to make some of the profits lost because of the horrible environment we live in currently. As I'm about to leave the store, I go back and ask for a spoon, the woman hand me a spoon and walks away. No "enjoy the rest of your day", or "enjoy the ice cream", or any comment at all. Again it felt as if I was an inconvenience to her by asking for a spoon. Overall the experience I had at this Baskin-Robins location was very uncomfortable, and I will not be returning anytime in the near future. I hope the customer service improves and that the people in the front can respect the customers coming in along with the man or woman who owns the businesses. Hands down, this was the worst customer service I have experienced in a very long time. My girlfriend and I spontaneously went to get ice cream here last night. We are gay, obviously, and she is also trans. She was ordering ahead of me. When the lady at the counter approached us, my girlfriend started to order. The lady looked directly and obviously past us to ask the group of teenage boys who had just entered what they wanted. They said they didn't know. My girlfriend politely tried again to get this person's attention. She continued to ignore us. I tried as well, with no reaction from her. She continued waiting for the boys to decide, while we just stood there and tried to order. We tried several times to get her to acknowledge our presence, but she continued to be focused on the boys who'd entered after us. When they were ready, she got their ice cream, leaving the younger woman to assist us. She did fine, but the entire experience was completely spoiled, turning what should have been a fun and pleasant outing into an upsetting and frankly offensive encounter. Transphobia and homophobia are not acceptable anywhere at any time. To be clear, we were polite, did not raise our voices or speak aggressively, and were perfectly audible. We were dressed neatly, and even if we pretend for a second that we were too quiet (The younger woman had no difficulty hearing us.) I cannot think of any reason she would stare away from us for several minutes without glancing at us once. We are never going there again, and certainly do not recommend it to anyone. read more

They always seem to have enough folks behind the counter to keep the usual long lines going. They have a ton of options now, from Soft Serve to traditional scoop ice cream, shakes, cakes, waffle cones, regular cones etc. Parking is easy because it is in the Ralph's shopping center on the Northside of Ralph's. read more

I wanted to go for ice cream. It is not special place but ok if you are craving for some ice cream. Service is little slow but taste is fine. I tried strawberry ice cream with waffle cone. It is good if you buy ready containers of your favorite flavor of ice cream. Overall nice experience. May be in future they will be more fast and happy to see customers. Arrived at 9:53 pm, 7/3/16. Ordered 1 scoop of ice cream for 2 persons. We sat down at the table to eat. Nathan came out at 10:00 pm, told us we had to leave, store was closed. Told Nathan, you take our money, then kick us out, he shrugged his shoulders, said we had to leave so they can clean. We sat in our car eating our ice cream. We watched Nathan use the same cleaning cloth to wipe down the wastebasket, then windows. EEK! I passed the store today, windows are atrocious!
