Too busy for the minimal staff. Waiting for 20 min. Utter chaos! No order to lines! No one acknowledged me...left to but ice cream from Uber eats and will enjoy coldstone instead. Owners please help your staff. read more

I'm not really a fan of fro-yo I love ice cream. Baskin Robbin's is a good standby, and there's a subway inside also...just so you know! Plenty of seating inside...and the workers acknowledged us when we walked in even though they were both helping customers. So that's a plus. A scoop of rocky road in a waffle cone (yes I indulge before dinnertime) was about $3.18, i think a regular cone is like 2.50?? I don't know if it's because I just came back from living in HOnolulu....but it seemed mighty cheap to me..(is it because a cup of froyo is 5$, and cuz coldstone is large and overpriced also? The service was okay. The girl working seemed new and youngish (i think she was giving everyone chocolate peanut butter) but she was pleasant and it was a nice exchange. A large group was eating cones inside (soft serve) they seem to have a lot more stuff on the menu than I remember... read more

I love $1 scoop tuesdays. I love Baskin Robbins. What I don't love is the terrible customer service. Being a teenager doesn't excuse poor customer service. Take pride in what you do. Treat all your customers with respect. Don't do special things for your high school buddies such as allowing them to cut in front of other customers or refusing to do simple courtesy gestures such as offering to help a customer who has dropped her ice cream on the ground. Maybe customer service isn't about the customers anymore. Or maybe I have to go to a place that doesn't mind replacing a $1.50 ice cream cone that fell because I slipped on a wet spot that the employees did not clean up. I will be taking my loyal, weekly business across the parking lot to the Rite-Aid. They aren't Baskin-Robbins, but they are cheaper and the people are way nicer. read more

It's clear that from the lack of response from any managers on these reviews that they truly don't give a shit. Everyones right though about the teenage employees. They have awful customer service and I think teenagers act like that with men because they know we cant legally knock the hell out of them! These kids need a manager that will sack up and start running a respectable business. I mean the ice cream tastes like baskin robins. So theres that I guess. read more

Apparently, it's ok for people to bring their dogs into this place! The guy was showing the pup off to one of the female workers "briana", and she played with the pup in the store. The guy would pick the pup up and then let her walk around and pick her up again. The other male workers didn't pay attention to it. But I couldn't believe this was being allowed!! Definitely a sign that they need to be supervised by an adult. This was very disturbing and I believe the better business bureau and health inspector needs to be notified of this place asap! read more

I have noticed in particular this location carries far more better selection of flavors & lots of them. I am realy into their recent flavor of the mont the Oreo Malt madness. It is rich chocolaty, and you can taste the malt flavor in it as well. My other favorite flavors thye carry here ar ehte Baseball nut has a ribbon of black raspberry running through it not to mention bites of cashew nuts. It has great texture. The Lunar cheesecake which is a crazy shamrock green is packed with cheesecake btes and cunchy graham crackers running through it. Its really sinful & decadent. I really like how friendly the workers have been here. The fact that there is plentiful parking, & that they share a store front with To-Go's sandwiches is convienient. read more

Had a craving for a milkshake and this place fulfilled it. Young lady greated me very kindly and then hooked menup with a delicious oreos milkshake. Happy new years and thank you miss. Much appreciated it. read more

I went in there tonight for a shake and there was a bit of a rush but the two staff members were all so friendly and helpful. The place was also really clean so I definitely trust the safety they take for covid and costumers :) read more

Overall, great experience. I ordered a little cake to feed 2-4 people for a birthday party and Amy, the manager, (I believe that was her name) honored my $3 off coupon. The person I spoke with on the phone a week prior was not as friendly. She said the inscription on the cake had to happen the day I picked it up because they are under new management and too many people are ordering and not picking up cakes. I ordered several cakes prior to this recently so I found that a bit odd. If you need to make an order, I recommend speaking with the manager. She's a gem. It was ready on time and was delicious. read more

There is a charge for a spoon when you wanna get an icecream from this branch and eat it?!!! Its ridiculous !!! I was there last night and when i asked the cashier to give me some spoons for the 2 big packed icecream i got from them, she told me there was a fee for getting spoons , I always get icecream from the other branches and never been told like this !!! read more

I recently had a birthday for my sister, we ordered a cake and had a pick up around 10 when I came to pick it up a little bit later than anticipated they haven't even written the name on the cake. The piping on it looks like someone doesn't know how to write on a cake. I also ordered another cake in hope of having better decorations the following year and it was even worse with just a simple are wars cake read more

Thank you to Sebastian for the friendly service! The Valentines Love a Potion flavor is amazing!

I go this place because my son loves ice cream. However, one of the teenager employee there is terribly rude!! Such a crappy service makes me stop going that place. read more

Maybe I should have read the previous review before going here. A bunch of teenagers who don't know the meaning of service. They could give a rats ass about customers. I have been going here for the past 10 years because of my daughter. Today was the last day! Aside from us always having to clean our own table, the place is dirty and the health department should be called. If they sell banana splits, shouldn't they have frickn bananas all the time! read more

Came here last minute for a brownie sundae. I asked if they could put 1 of the 2 scoops in a separate cup for my daughter. Sebastian was more than happy to help. His customer service verbiage and knowledge was on point. He may not have been super "peppy" but he absolutely made a pleasant experience! Kudos to him!! read more

This is the best ice-cream ever. Have it with hot fudge, extra nuts and wc.

This place has gone further downhill. I came in for an ice cream cake and found out that it cost an average of 30 dollars for a small cake. I was repulsed by the prices and lack of selections. read more

I've been coming here for the last 3 years on a monthly basis. Sometimes with my kids. Sometimes by myself. Service is good. Place is overall clean. The scoops they give are a good size. Not sure why there's so many complaints on yelp. Odd. read more

The best neighborhood ice cream shop! It's always a pleasure to come here. Cate, Jeffrey, and Betty take great care of customers. We come once a week these days- it's so delicious, fast and friendly! Current favorite sandwich at TOGO'S is turkey avocado. BR Ice cream is ALL good! They've had several coupons on the back of their receipts lately too. Can't beat it! read more

We stopped by with two families for some ice cream. As we entered none of the workers greeted us. Then Tracy asked what we need in a such rude tone. I asked the other employee to help me because we were two families and wanted to placed orders and get out fast before a lot more people entered the store. Tracy didn't allow the other employee to help me and continued with her rude tone. Such a bad customer service and this has few times before but didn't want to report it but I had it tonight. No one treats my children in a rude way especially when they're there just asking for a scoop of ice cream. And of course she got my ice flavor wrong after I told her twice and gave me an attitude when I told her it's the wrong flavor. I hope that management will have a talk with her regarding her customer service because they will be losing a lot more customers due to her unsatisfactory work habits. Really upset over this. read more

I've been going to 31 Flavors for over thirty years now. I've witnessed a lot of changes throughout the years, both good, and bad. Through it all, it is amazing how they've managed to maintain such a high level of customer service and quality frozen treats, like ice cream and, frozen yogurt! This location specifically stuck in my mind, since our server was so friendly! I ordered a double scoop of Nutty Coconut and, waited to be served. As I took the cone from the server's hand, I was excited to dive in! Yes, I'll admit, I'm an ice cream junky! As I held the cone close to my mouth I could smell the tropical aroma of the coconut. It was very perfumesque! At first bite, it was as if I was sent on a distant journey to a tropical island, far, far away! It was lovely! I could taste a subtle coconut flavor, met with crunchy almonds! What a perfect combination! It was a truly decadent treat, and a great way to temporarily beat the heat! I highly recommend this location for its exceptional customer service. If you're a coconut lover, like I am, then this is your calling! Enjoy! read more

Tonight was one of the better visits to this location. We were helped by Sebastian who was friendly, courteous, polite and efficient. Its nice to see a young man with manners instead of some of the brats at my school. read more

I have been doing business with this Baskin Robbins for quite a few years. They are always very helpful and today I ordered my yearly cake for my son. The girl was very helpful and professional. Always happy with the service and the quality of the product. read more
