Apparently, it's ok for people to bring their dogs into this place! The guy was showing the pup off to one of the female workers "briana", and she played with the pup in the store. The guy would pick the pup up and then let her walk around and pick her up again. The other male workers didn't pay attention to it. But I couldn't believe this was being allowed!! Definitely a sign that they need to be supervised by an adult. This was very disturbing and I believe the better business bureau and health inspector needs to be notified of this place asap! read more

I have noticed in particular this location carries far more better selection of flavors & lots of them. I am realy into their recent flavor of the mont the Oreo Malt madness. It is rich chocolaty, and you can taste the malt flavor in it as well. My other favorite flavors thye carry here ar ehte Baseball nut has a ribbon of black raspberry running through it not to mention bites of cashew nuts. It has great texture. The Lunar cheesecake which is a crazy shamrock green is packed with cheesecake btes and cunchy graham crackers running through it. Its really sinful & decadent. I really like how friendly the workers have been here. The fact that there is plentiful parking, & that they share a store front with To-Go's sandwiches is convienient. read more

Overall, great experience. I ordered a little cake to feed 2-4 people for a birthday party and Amy, the manager, (I believe that was her name) honored my $3 off coupon. The person I spoke with on the phone a week prior was not as friendly. She said the inscription on the cake had to happen the day I picked it up because they are under new management and too many people are ordering and not picking up cakes. I ordered several cakes prior to this recently so I found that a bit odd. If you need to make an order, I recommend speaking with the manager. She's a gem. We stopped by with two families for some ice cream. As we entered none of the workers greeted us. Then Tracy asked what we need in a such rude tone. I asked the other employee to help me because we were two families and wanted to placed orders and get out fast before a lot more people entered the store. Tracy didn't allow the other employee to help me and continued with her rude tone. Such a bad customer service and this has few times before but didn't want to report it but I had it tonight. No one treats my children in a rude way especially when they're there just asking for a scoop of ice cream. And of course she got my ice flavor wrong after I told her twice and gave me an attitude when I told her it's the wrong flavor. I hope that management will have a talk with her regarding her customer service because they will be losing a lot more customers due to her unsatisfactory work habits. I've been going to 31 Flavors for over thirty years now. I've witnessed a lot of changes throughout the years, both good, and bad. Through it all, it is amazing how they've managed to maintain such a high level of customer service and quality frozen treats, like ice cream and, frozen yogurt! This location specifically stuck in my mind, since our server was so friendly! I ordered a double scoop of Nutty Coconut and, waited to be served. As I took the cone from the server's hand, I was excited to dive in! Yes, I'll admit, I'm an ice cream junky! As I held the cone close to my mouth I could smell the tropical aroma of the coconut. It was very perfumesque! At first bite, it was as if I was sent on a distant journey to a tropical island, far, far away! It was lovely! I could taste a subtle coconut flavor, met with crunchy almonds! What a perfect combination! It was a truly decadent treat, and a great way to temporarily beat the heat!
