This place is an absolute rip off. I can't believe I just paid 12 dollars for 2 "double scoops". Literally was child sized scoops. I confronted the manager and she said oh is that a single scoop? And then I said no this is a double scoop... So she says oh well we measure it. I don't care what your measurement is you don't charge somebody's $6 for two golf ball size scoops of ice cream. Will never come back. this is becoming common at all Baskin-Robbins unfortunately. Unless you are under 90 lb I highly recommend against coming to this place read more

Baskin Robbins will always be simple great tasting ice cream to me. Sometimes the fancy creameries just don't impress me. It doesn't beat Thrifty's ice cream though... But it's up there :) Went to this location last Sunday. Friendly Staff, let us sample a few flavors. Kids were happy, I was happy. Go for the Banana Royale. Who doesn't love their ice cream smothered in caramel, fudge, sliced bananas, whipped cream with a cherry on top?! read more

This is a clean location, the bathrooms are neatly kept. And in my experience, they have a very decent selection. I've been here twice this summer. Even when the lines are long, the customer service is fast. Customer service is great. Everyone who has helped me has been friendly and prompt. Good Baskin Robins location overall. read more

Pros: Located in a nice shopping center, outside seating, clean facility and friendly staff Cons: Could get really busy on hot days Came here yesterday for a treat. I've never had a bad experience here and the employees are always nice!!! The only times that I'm bummed out is when my flavor isn't available but that's no ones fault but the morning crew. It's literally the only Baskin-Robbins in town but sooo worth the trip :) my only ice cream stop because I absolutely hate Cold stone's melted ice cream. MAKE SURE YOU STOP BY! read more

I ordered the "Create Your Own PhotoCake" for my wife's birthday and it was just perfect! Loved how customizable it was. The cake had an ice cream layer and a cake layer and the combination was delicious! The folks making the cake had a question about the name to write on it and called me on the phone to resolve it (rather than make their own assumptions). The photo cake made the day extra special and all the more memorable! Kudos to everyone at Baskin-Robbins, Fairfield for an outstanding job. read more

So it's Mother's Day and my wife wants a Milk Shake from Baskin Robbins. The kids want the same. I'm off to go get them. I arrived. Quite a few people there. Had to repeat my order several times. I paid and waited. The bill was almost $32.00 for four milkshakes. They were terrible. Too much milk and no ice cream. Didn't taste them till we got home. Went back. They remade them and they were just as bad. It was crowded and a joke. After quite a bit of time they finally gave me my money back. Left and went to Cold Stone. Got four milkshakes for $21 and they were great. Pretty amazing that Baskin Robbins couldn't make a decent milkshake. read more

I would give zero stars if possible! Do NOT ever work here. They do NOT train staff well. They will never give you a work schedule and expect staff to be available to come in on a day by day basis "on call". They will NOT do proper payroll when you are first hired and will put you to work immediately. I see why consumer service is bad now, poor kids are not trained and the management is shady as heck. It is 9:45pm on Tuesday February 16, 2016 and I just received HORRIBLE service. I waited for service and was skipped. After waiting for the girl Taneeka Nixon (that's what she told me her name was) was not only rude when I asked if she was ready for me, she put her hand up and said "this nigga". I don't feel I should have this kind of language spoken to me as a customer, but the people I was with had children that didn't need to hear that either. If I could leave zero stars I would, but it isn't an option. I understand that youths need jobs, but blaring rap music and singing along, while ignoring customers isn't a good image to set for a company you're representing. I am attaching a picture I got, she is the one in the background, sorry it isn't a better picture. read more

Baskin-Robbins, please start carrying more lactose free options! Unfortunately I am sensitive to dairy products, and yeah I know it's an ice cream shop, but I wish they had more than one dairy free option. They had one sorbet available, strawberry sorbet, and it was okay. Not great. The few times I've ignored my dairy sensitivity, I've gotten their mint chocolate chip ice cream. It's really good. Not over the top with the mint flavor and it has small chocolate flakes instead of big chunks. The ice cream scoopers were friendly and gladly offered samples of any ice cream. My friend did not feel rushed when he was deciding his ice cream flavor. It wasn't very busy when I went, so that could be part of the reason they were friendly. One time I made the mistake of coming here on their Tuesday family night where ice cream is $2 for a single scoop. It was packed! I think it took me about 20 minutes standing in line waiting to order. I don't think I'd come back just for their sorbet, but if I'm having an ice cream craving, Baskin-Robbins is a decent choice to satisfy that craving. read more

This Location is so bad! People that work there are soooo lazy especially if you need to order a cake they get mad and they straight up tell you they hate placing cake orders and are very unfriendly. I regret going there and will never go back. People that lack customer service skills and don't want to work right very low class location. read more

I always take my family to eat ice cream here The clerk(man) was so rude to me and my family 6:30pm today 9/11/2016 I went there at the fairfield store on Travis today to get ice cream cake for my Daughter I asked the clerk if he can put happy birthday on the cake and he refuse Because he cannot put Happy birthday the clerk said if that the only issue you have then he told our family to leave the store. I am very dissapointed that he treated us like that. I will never go there again. I spend a lot of money there read more

My husband waited in line, sat his turn he told the worker he had a cake ordered online, gave his name and the worker was so rude. Kept asking whose name was on the cake. FYI we didn't want any writing on the cake so my husband finally showed the photo of the email because she kept asking the same question over and over. Poor customer service and the cake design was horrendous. I've gone to the Vacaville one off Helen power and they have been amazing with the design the two times I've gone. I didn't think it would be this huge difference in quality. The flowers and beads looked flat and like a 2nd grader made it. The cake was uneven and smashed looking. lol can't believe I paid $40+ for this. Never again, I'll pay to go to Cold Stones or go bake to Vacaville Helen powers location. I should have made my own cake with this design my ugly flowers would have been better than this. Don't order your cakes here!!! read more

Ordered a cake my mother's 60th birthday to be ready in the 4pm in the afternoon. Was called after 12pm and told the cake decorator wouldn't be in until 6pm. And that my cake would be ready after 6. Called at 6:08 and was told the cake was still not ready and needed to be placed in the freezer. When I requested a refund I was told there was no manager available and that they couldn't give me the managers name. Horrible service. The worst way to do business ever. I will NEVER be purchasing from this establishment again. This place is a joke read more

SERVICE: Don't you love when you're recognized as a regular? Almost every time I come in, the staff asks me if I want my usual order (single scoop of peanut butter and chocolate in a sugar cone), it just depends on who's working. The staff is always respectful and friendly, even during their busier hours. INSIDE: The place is clean and presentable. Sometimes the lines will get long, which makes it hard to view all the flavors. There's enough seating and the restrooms are clean (though sometimes out of service). PRICE: Prices remain mostly the same; I've only ever noticed a 10 cent increase a couple weeks ago. FLAVORS: Strawberry cheesecake is a seasonal flavor, which sucks for my dad because that's his favorite flavor! But we always find good backup options. After all, they do have 31 flavors. Also, I feel like you get bigger scoops if you're a regular, maybe that's just my imagination! HOURS: They're open until 10pm even on weekdays, which is awesome. read more

Love going here. It is always clean and they have all the good flavors. The only Downside is the number of workers here. They don't care about their job and they don't really talk to you. read more

One of the most clean baskin Robbins I have been too. Everything was very organized and they have quiet bit variety of flavors and ice cream cakes. Bali, the store manager was extremely helpful and cheerful. Even though there were customers walking in every minute, she never lost her smile and gave them best service possible. We got beautiful Nemo cookie dough ice cream cake and chocolate ice cream for my son. I highly recommend this Baskin Robbins on Travis Blvd. Cheers! read more

I dont agree with the one $ sign cost sign for this place. I was there yesterday and saw that a large milk shake cost $9.00!! For myself and my family (4 of us) the tab was north of $30. This place has great ice cream...but the scoops and other products are waayyy over priced. read more

Just know if your kids work here be careful they are not kid friendly and not the most appreciated place to respect kids in there needs (like school is a priority) and don't communicate like they should. As they promote they are a kid friendly place to work because that is all they hire. They are not an equal opportunity work place for sure. I would never recommended them to anyone to for a work place of employment. Minors have rights and don't forget that. They lie and very disrespectful. read more

After hours of shopping, we decided to stop for ice cream before we headed home. It was busy but the wait wasn't too bad. I requested a single scoop Rocky Road cone and my husband ordered two scoop cup. The server started dishing up the one scoop cone, kind of slopping it in the cone. It was totally "flat" because it was so soft. She handed it to me and I made some comment to my husband about a flat cone. I didn't know it was soft serve! The server apologized, saying I know it is really soft I'm so sorry. She finished my husbands' order (his ice cream was hard}, and I tasted my Rocky Road. It was actually warm and soupy and kind disgusting. At the register, my husband asked for mine to be at least half price, and she didn't say anything. SO I hand my cone back to her and said I can't eat this, please take it away. She did offer me another flavor and I declined. That soft ice cream definitely had something wrong with it and never ever should have been served. She knew it was the correct consistency when she dished it up. I would have been so embarrassed to serve that! read more

Over the years my family has frequented the Baskin-Robbins at 3069 Travis Blvd Fairfield, CA 94534 many times. It's been our go to ice cream stop. Friday my wife picked up an ice-cream cake she'd ordered for our granddaughter's birthday on Saturday. We placed it in the frig. to find that by morning it had collapsed. The cake was over $50. We called the store to see about a replacement before the party and were told the best that they would do was to give a 10% discount on another one. I'm sure that if they wanted they could've and should've done much better. Well needless to say I'll never spend another cent in this place...they've lost a loyal customer. read more
