They weren't tiny bites either--we were actually getting full just from tasting everything. Premium Matcha (3/5): This is definitely geared toward true matcha lovers. It had an authentic, earthy, slightly bitter profile with grassy, umami-rich notes and a clean finish. You can tell it's high quality and not overly sweetened, which is a plus--but it leaned a bit too bold and bitter for our personal taste. Milk (5/5): This one was our favorite. It had a light, delicate sweetness with a smooth, velvety, creamy texture. The flavor was rich but not heavy, almost like a fresh dairy softness with a subtle vanilla-like warmth.
