I hadn't been here in years, but stopped by today to get some work done and it's just as nice as I remember. I ordered an iced matcha latte with a pastry on the side. I can't remember the name, but it had a hash brown and ham inside. It was good! I love how they ask if you want your pastry warmed up, especially since I'm a bit hesitant about eating food that's been sitting out. So that was definitely a plus! The matcha latte was great as well. There were plenty of seating options, and the atmosphere was perfect for either working, studying, or casually catching up. I chose one of the booth seats, which was comfortable, though I do wish there had been an outlet to charge my devices. The service was great. The employee who checked me out was bubbly and friendly. We had never been here so we got a lot of things to sample. Doughnuts, hot dog, sausages, pizza. Mostly self serve but everything was so good and we can't wait to go back. While hosting a meeting with my customers, we were repeatedly denied access to the restroom by a short female employee and two male employees who claimed it was 'cleaning' for over 30 minutes. I came here with my family and was amazed by how spacious the cafe is on the inside. It seems like an ideal place to causally hang out with friends but not one where I could work. It was a little too loud for me and the noise echoed, but that may have been because it was so busy on the day we visited. Aside from the space, they had a plethora of desserts and pastries to choose from and were organized neatly inside the displays. We grabbed enough to feed an army haha. I loved the choux cream bread and custard-filled croissant with strawberries! One thing I did not like was having to pick up the drinks one at time, rather than all together and having to guess which was our order (since they only call out the names of each individual drink.) Personally one of my favorite cafe. This cafe is huge, like massively big compared to other cafe around the area. The delicacies that they offer ranges from freshly made bread, unique cakes or slices of them, and coffee(s). The service is always amazing. Cashier is always nice, coffee always comes out piping hot and my order is never done incorrectly. Personally, I love to come here and study. Although there is not any private booths, the spaciousness of this location provides enough inclusion; as long as you don't sit next to anyone. They also offer a wide range of seating like couches, high-seats, wooden chair, and even wooden benches too. Ahhh my favorite bakery place!!! I actually found this place first in New Jersey so I was beyond excited when they opened these locations in Florida! Always has the best iced caramel lattes and the pastries are oh so good! My favorite pastry has to be the lemon cronuts! It's basically a croissant and a donut combined! They also have a coffee flavor option. Pastries can be either savory or sweet. So many options to choose from. The variety of bread they have is amazing! And the setup is so fitting with their aesthetic. However, the reason I'm giving this place a 3 stars is because of the service. Sometimes I don't have to wait in line for 15 minutes and sometimes I do. I'm not sure if it's because they're understaffed or inexperienced or maybe because there's only one person on the register when there's 2. Also, the drink area (like where the napkins and straws are) is very dirty. It's not as clean and is disorganized and makes me not want to use that area. This place gives me Korean drama vibes, beautiful cafe and the owner/manager was lovely and polite so were the girls at the registers When I walked in I noticed the customer base was predominantly Korean which may mean pastries will be good and almost like back home! Pastries range from $3-$8+ as well as the coffees, teas, etc So far I've tasted the cup looking croissant with cream cheese custard. It was delicious and not overly sweet at all just perfect Just a note for non-pork eaters, the pastries with meat are always most likely pork filled :( All in all, this place is reasonably priced for a day out working or studying. I think it'd be a bit pricey to make a pastry haul though. I went there 2 months ago. I meant to leave a review, but due to my schedule, I am leaving one now. I bought a few bakery items that day, and the donut I chose--I didn't know it had cinnamon in it. I realized that it contains cinnamon when I was about to eat it in my car. I do have an allergy to cinnamon, so I went back to the store to see if I could change it back for something else. The cashier didn't know what to do, so the manager or the owner came out and informed me that it is not exchangeable once you buy it. I made my point that it wasn't written down on the description. The owner literally wants to argue over 1 donut that I can't eat. When I went back to where the donut was displayed, it was covered by something, and that cinnamon word was hidden. The owner still refused to change to something else. If I were the owner, I would just let the customer change whatever I can take for the same place. That donut was just over 2 dollars. It's a principle; if a shop is misinformed about the product, they should be responsible--he was so rude!! I will never go back there again. Bad customer service. I do not care how good the bakery is... there are plenty of other bakeries in the Pleasant Hill-Duluth area. read more

This is another popular Paris-inspired Korean bakery chain that rivals Tous Les Jours..and I've been to several of its smaller locations in NYC, LA and NC. This, however, has been the biggest one yet! I'm a bit surprised at the low ratings here. If I can guess, it's the service. It seemed the service crew acted a bit jaded (overwhelmed)...as this place has alot of traffic. Also, I felt that they needed to hire another staff member to go around wiping down the tables and stations. The place is huge, very brightly-lit, and they needed more staff members to keep the place sparkling. Again, the place was quite massive in size...on par with the size of Sweet Hut's (Pleasant Hill location). The selection was enormous as well, with a great variety desserts...from cakes and donuts, to fruit tarts, cookies, you name it. I've always preferred the lighter, fresher texture of these pastries to the American versions. Somehow, you feel that you can eat more than just 1 or 2 of these lighter, smaller pastries...Bonus! With that in mind, I selected 4 items. Choosing was difficult, given the massive selection...so I had to try at least 4 items. Plus, their Iced Matcha Latte. Well, all 4 desserts were uber-delicious. Honestly, I can't decide which I liked more...as ALL were equally good. The cakes were so fresh and creamy...yet not overwhelmingly sweet; and the fruit pastries were SO light and fluffy!!! Croissant Donut with the peach tea. Can't go wrong with anything here but this is my go-to. Coffee is good too but every once in a while you want something different. The Peach tea isn't overly sweet and hits just right in the summer time. I swear you can taste the nectar in this thing, its good. Plus, we are in Georgia right? The other pastries are great here so get here early or they will run out. Some of the prepackaged stuff I feel you can find at other places but they have some unique items that are worth getting here early. The place is large with big windows and plenty of large tables to accommodate large groups. So it never feels too busy even when there are a lot of people here. I don't usually go to this location of Paris Baguette but started going more in 2020 since I started buying banchan and bento boxes from JS Kitchen a few doors down. I was able to get my hands on a slice of the rainbow cake (in honor of pride month) and it's GORGEOUS - each individual layer also has a different flavor. It's super thoughtful and well put together! I think you can still preorder it now if you want it custom, otherwise, you've gotta wait a couple more months for grab just a slice or two. This location is HUGE - Doraville is tiny in comparison. It's a huge open space which allows for easy social distancing. They have recently opened up for limited capacity dine-in, but I have still been grabbing on the go for the most part. Came in a bit late, but there were still a lot of people inside and few more people behind me. Came in and I ordered an ice vanilla latte with oatmilk. I went to the end of the counter and I saw they barely had anymore oatmilk so Matthew and another young lady put a whole bunch of ice to make it look like it was full and placed the expresso. I saw it so I asked if they can remove some of the ice because it was all ice. Then Matthew said, "next time let us know you want less ice". I was livid! I loved this place, but I felt like they were not professional, but trying to rip me off and giving me just ice. Super disappointing. The young lady had a light blue shirt on and she looked like she was ready to go home. I understand it was almost closing, but the customer service they demonstrated was absolutely wrong and they tried to rip me off by placing a lot of ice so they didn't have to open another gallon of Oatmilk. Customer service is always our top priority when eating out or going to a coffee shop. There will always be some other place better. Customer service is always important. He tried to make it seem like I am at fault because I caught them. Ridiculous! Super disappointing. Definitely make sure you check them when they are making your coffee especially at night. We called before we came in at 8:55pm and ask are you still opening and the guy who pickup phone says we are closing at 9 . I said I'm going to pick up some bread if that's okay I will be there before 9 and he asked me : what are you going to pick ? I said I don't know I have to come and see . So We walk in at 8:58 , and the two girl there turn off almost all the lights there when we walk in and picked the bread they tell us "we are close " while we are picking the bread . I can understand you are closing but why do you have to give me and my friends all that shitty attitude . And when I ask her " can I pick anyway ?" She just left and turn off all the light , she just ignored me . Lol I feel so disrespected . I don't felt bad for paying four bread for 25 dollars I feel bad for the way she treated me . Please clean the windows!! It is ridiculous how dirty the windows are!! The whole cafe is windowed and it is incredible how they never clean the windows. I can't say much about the pastries because they vary day to day or time to time. They also should use buzzer or something rather than screaming at the customers when the drinks are ready.
