It was storming today and I pulled up to the drive thru, this kid with longish hair and mustache looks like a teenager told me "give me a second" didn't greet me didn't say hello , I waited with my window cracked as water kept coming in to my car. He comes back on the speaker and tells me to give him a second again. After , I just said you know what I'm going inside and he said ok. No manners horrible service . Hey, doing this, but it's definitely deserved. I went in there and spent about six dollars on a large cold brew. I got out to my truck and took a couple sips. Brought it back in to let them know that it taste like water and it really has a strange taste to it and then had to pay for another coffee because she was arguing with me about why it taste like that I guess so now I'm $12 deep for another crappy coffee. The ice cream was good, but fattening. They used to carry some reduced sugar or low/fat ice cream. This store had neither, unless you went with the sherbet (no way). The hours show this location is open until 9:30pm but the employee was already mopping, doors were locked and we were told that it was drive thru only. So we loaded the kids back up to go through the drive thru. Well we attempted to order milkshakes and were told the milkshake machine takes a while to clean so they had already stopped making milkshakes (mind you this is ONE HOUR before closing). We told the employee we would go elsewhere and there was no attempt to keep our business or make an exception. We will stick to giving our time and business to establishments where customer service still exist because judging by other comments on Yelp, this is a frequent occurrence at this location and it needs to be addressed!!!! read more

While reading through the reviews I have to admit on my three visits thus far here I thankfully have not experienced any of the negative remarks. On first visit I gave their ice coffee a go alongside a cinnamon sugar cake donut. Sold on their iced coffee especially with the promo they ran of it being any sized coffee for $1.29, second visit promo was $0.99 on any sized hot/cold coffee, score! Their donuts are dense but super fresh, actually I was surprised at how fresh they are. My little guy was given a free munchkin alongside ordering him a few more. And I love the donut themed coloring pages and crayons they provide for the kiddos. I recommend their app as the promos are constantly flowing. Was super clean, about 10 tables inside, 2 tables outside, nice little retail display with their coffee grounds/pods and various gifts. 09/12/16: How does Dunkin have NO coffee at 5:50 in the morning?? The drive thru is very slow in the mornings. You can't work one car at a time.Yesterday the lights were out in the lobby and there was only 2 people working. I was almost late dropping my daughter to school because I was caught in between two cars; the car in front of me took forever to order and to get their stuff in the car behind me didn't want to leave. I was in the drive-through line over 10 minutes and during that time two cars drove away because it took too long. I am about to be done with this place. If I can rate them 0 I would. First of all, shift leader named Mari is very unpleasant. As a customer I believe I deserve some respect and great customer service. She has such a bad attitude and making me feel unwelcome by using coupons. She even made me feel dumb for not knowing that I can choose croissant over old muffin for my sandwich. It clearly says on the menu the specific sandwich is on croissant or on old muffin.. so Idk why she talked that way.. she is very disrespectful over all. Bad thing is there's no other Dunkin' Donuts around the area so I'm stuck with this unpleasant place. UPDATE: February 22, 2018 visit was unpleasant again because of your manager Mari. I love Baskin Robbins. I mean looove it. Like I grew up with 31 flavors and could not wait to go with my dad for a hot off the griddle waffle cone. This location though is by far the worst I have ever visited. EVERY single time we come here, they don't have waffle cones, they dont refill the tubs that are scraping the bottom empty. They employ teenagers (which is great) but they have no customer service skills. They're always playing and laughing when patrons enter. When I come to an establishment to spend my hard earned money, the least I expect is to be greeted and tended to like it's not an inconvenience. They also rarely have the variety of flavors that other locations do. This location has ALOT of Work to do before they will ever get more than 1 star from me. read more

I've never said this before, I'll likely never say it again and I understand that people have their livelihood tied to local businesses...this place needs to be closed down. Despite my vow never to come back I happened to be in the area last Friday morning and thought that maybe, just maybe, DD might be able to come through for me on my very complicated standard order of a large coffee with cream/sugar and toasted bagel with veggie cream cheese. It all fell apart from the outset. After placing my order I was told that they were out of veggie cream cheese, at 8:15am on a Friday, which I have been told no less than 50% of the time I have ever ordered it at this location. I was offered the chives cream cheese instead, which I accepted. After waiting approximately 8 minutes to get to the window I was told my total was $4.50. I have the dude a $5 bill and received $1 in change. He was either out of change, in a hurry, or incompetent- my money is on all three. I was handed a bag that contained a non-toasted bagel with plain cream cheese. I honestly can't tell you how many times this has happened. It is obvious that this place is never going to get it's act together and I would encourage anyone to run (not walk) as far away from this place as possible. When this establishment first opened I of course went and the messed up my order in one trip 3 times. This continued for quite a few visits so I quit going there for a while. Then I started going back and I would always get the same thing but more simpler of an order, and I would always want an everything bagles. I would go at 730 thinking I'm guaranteed to get one and nope they were all sold out. After getting sick and tired of this happening I asked them why do they not prepare more if they know it's popular, come to find out they only make 13 for the day and that's it. So I talked with the manager about it and she got all rude and told me that I could go somewhere else if I didn't like it. So guess what I take my butt to Panera bread where I know they're always prepared. This business needs to be more well prepared and have the supply and demand available but they don't. read more

First, lack of breadth of selection. Raised glazed with various colors of icing is NOT variety. Second now that they are trying to compete with Starbucks on flavored coffees and McDonalds on sandwiches, Service is painfully slow. Need an express line for simple donut and plain coffee. How about self service on coffee? At least keep full time cashier so line moves. Now cashier takes one order at a time then goes makes the coffee and sandwich. Third, after noon, limited selection of donuts all but disappears. Up north, fresh donuts made every 4 hours 24 hours per day with complete varieties available around the clock. Ordered an ice cream cake online for my 39th birthday and was told it would be ready by 5:00, so that my family and I could enjoy it after dinner. Went to pick it up and was told there were no cakes. The girl at the counter was not concerned at all and seemed to be annoyed that I was there. She cashed the manager to see what could be done. When this facility opened a little over a year ago, they had a lot of growing up and learning to do, This past year they have improved their product, especially their coffee. This is an excellent place to get a good cup of coffee and a nice Frozen treat. The staff is exceptionally friendly and right next door they just opened up a brand new Chipotle. read more

So I went to Dunkin' Donuts today cause I had a free coupon for a donut, and a coupon for a breakfast sandwich, medium drink, and hashbrown. When I went through the drive thru the lady was very nice and I told her about the coupons and they only had Bavarian cream donuts and I was like okay why not. So I ordered that and asked if I could just get the drink on the other coupon and she said yes. So I pulled up to the window and handed the other lady my coupons and she said the one for the drink did not work, and I had to pay for it. Next time I hope they have the kindness to at least take my coupon and just promo out the drink. Basically I got different answers from two different people and they really need to work on that. Pros: I am now totally in love with Bavarian donuts Cons: ALL they had was Bavarian donuts (I wanted some donut holes but nope.) the ice coffee had sugar crystals at the bottom I had to stir up, and the lady made me pay for something I had a coupon for. Used to be my favorite go-to place for cheap, yummy coffee drinks. Now, not so much. They changed management 6-8 months ago and service has slowly but steadily gone downhill since. This is tough for me to leave a poor review, but it's been a long time coming. It's like they only hire people now who don't want to be there and don't want to talk to you (I'm not a chatty person, but a simple greeting and a thank you in the drive-thru would suffice). There are a couple employees who are nice but they're the exception. Also, on my most recent visit, the new employee at the window had a not-bandaged wound on his finger.
