This location is very clean and organized; I popped for a quick cup of joe in the morning. Had to wait a little bit cause the employees don't seem to be very organize. Today was my first time to try DD kolaches. I am VERY disappointed and disgusted. First I was shocked at the price ( I bought a dozen for my office ). I paid TWICE the amount I would at my local donut shop by my house but, I paid anyway thinking I was going to get some great food. WRONG! They were over cooked on the bottom. Almost brown enough to be burned. And the bread... YUCK! It tasted as if they made their kolaches with sour dough bread. These are the nastiest kolaches I've ever had. Since this Dunkin Donuts opened 1-2 years ago, I've found the staff to be rude, inefficient, and inaccurate with orders. I keep coming back though because I grew up with Dunkin Donuts in the Northeast. Today was the final straw. After waiting a couple minutes in the Drive-Thru line with radio silence, I asked if anybody was there and was shouted at by the attendant. No "sorry for the delay". No "welcome to Dunkin Donuts". Just pure vitriol. I'm not sure what the problem was but there was no one in the store and only one car ahead of me. I still think Shipley's donuts taste better. I went here just for the coffee. It's funny now that I'm reading the other reviews: someone said they only had decaf coffee when they went. When I went last week, they said they didn't have any decaf for the iced coffees! They also rang me up for an almond joy iced coffee (decaf) and then came back later and said they don't make that anymore and don't have decaf. She offered me a dark roast instead, but that wont' do the trick for someone who can't have caffeine. I asked for a refund and she gave it to me, though the charge is still pending in my account so I don't know if it actually went through. read more

A DD in The Woodlands, hello, about time. This is a nice new location. Staff was very friendly and the coffee is what you expect from DD. You're wondering, "why only 4 stars Big D (that's me)". Well, I've been to many DD in all different parts of the country, I'm a donut super freak, and there are actually 2 kinds of DD donuts, one is more dense and the other lighter, at this location they have the dense ones. If I could give 0 stars, I would. This place has the worst customer service I've ever seen. We're New Yorkers so we love Dunkin especially in our neck of the woods. But this service, food, and lack of management will never have us back. Completely disappointed. One person in our group had an employee state she said the order wrong so how dare she accuse her and refused to correct their mistake. No management present. Really disappointed in this location. I've been there twice in the last two months and there were issues both times. The first time, they were unable to make an iced latte unless it was decaf. How can you be out of regular coffee? Then today, we walked in and about 75% of their shelves where they display the donuts and muffins were empty. A year to the date of my last review about the Baskin Robbins on College Park. They have a new owner and you can tell the difference. I went in at 12:30 expecting the worse, but boy was I surprised. The place is clean. The wait staff, Justin B. and David were outstanding. Friendly and extremely helpful. I was greeted immediately with a smile. I just recently started coming here as it's on my way to work and they make it tough to keep coming back. Coffee is good and generally speaking the staff is friendly, but it takes 10 minutes to get through the drive thru line....I am typically only 2-3 cars back. The competition would get 30 cars through in the same time. Hire more people or figure out a better process. read more

I LOVE this place!! Great atmosphere, clean, the employees are super nice and the food is great! I come here at least once a week and get a cup of coffee (which is my favorite!!) and I'm never disappointed. It's convenient to get to and easy to get in and out of. The drive thru moves quick depending on how busy they are but I've never had an issue sitting there. I've met the owner and he's really nice. I recommend this DD highly. read more

Do not go to this dunking donuts. Even at 6 am on a Saturday the line is 15 minutes long with just one car in front of you. And they NEVER have glazed or chocolate munchkins. No matter what time you go during the day, even early, they never have any. This is the only location like this. I ordered two things- an iced coffee with cream and a chocolate cake doughnut with icing. The iced coffee was tasty and gave me the caffeine boost I needed. However, the doughnut was disappointing. The frosting on the doughnut had a viscous, tar-like consistency...not words I ascribe to a good doughnut. To me, good doughnut frosting is semi-soft, and when you bite into it the frost crunches delicately. Perhaps I've been spoiled by Shipley's. I will probably come back to Dunkin Donuts in the future, just for the coffee though. read more

Drove to the place only to receive an incorrect sandwich, a grainy iced coffee, and an employee who had no idea what she was doing with a manager that "wasn't available for a refund". Worst service I've had in a long time. I work in the service industry and I was irritated and disappointed with the staff and management (Gabby). I went to get my good friend an iced coffee and she wrote down her exact order. I showed the staff the order, and told them how important it was that they get it right since my friend is pregnant and she was craving this specific drink. Even after showing the order written down and saying it verbatim, on top of stressing the fact that it was Important they not mess it up...they all showed very little interest in making any effort to make the correct drink. After I got the drink I took it to my friend, who was disappointed, the drink was nothing close to what she wanted. And she did not drink it. I called the store to speak with a manager and Gabby (one of the lady's who made the drink) was the manager. When I spoke with her over the phone she showed zero concern with helping correct the issue and was not even replying with sentences, she would respond with, "uh huh, yeah, sure". I would like to reiterate that I was never rude or loud at any point. This is simply the type is service this store is giving out. I will NEVER go back to this store. I also recommend you take your business elsewhere. It's a waste of time. And why support a business that does not support its customers. Wish I could give ZERO stars. read more

Giving 2 stars because it's my daughters favorite place, but deserve less since they are always out of her favorite donuts (common regular donuts) My parents live in Spring and we always ask them to bring dunkin donuts from their neighborhood for us. Horrible. I ordered a cake on the 23rd to be picked up on my daughters birthday, the 24th at 4:30. When I called at 4:15 to see if my cake was ready I was told "there is no cake". The manager called me to tell me that the cake decorator didnt come in which is why my cake wasnt ready. He offered me a different cake but I told him it was too late and I wanted a refund. He did give me a refund but got really arrogant telling me that Baskin Robbins is a multi-million dollar company blah blah. He then agreed with me that to smoith things over I should be given a free cake and that he would let me know when it was ready. I never heard back from him. If you need a cake for any type of special event, never order from this place! They wont make your cake and they wont let you know in time to go to plan B. read more

Having just moved from Massachusetts, my family and I were very excited that there was a "Dunks" nearby, so we headed over to order a few of our favorite things: A caramel iced coffee, a hot coffee and 2 strawberry frosted donuts. We decided to go to drive thru as we had some errands to run and figured we could quickly get our thing and head out. Went to drive thru and there was one vehicle in front of us and for some reason it took about 10 minutes (yes, 10 minutes!) for the people in front of us to place their order. When we got to the speaker, it took about 2-3 minutes or anyone to acknowledge we were even there. We finally placed our order and waited another 5 minutes at the window to finally get our stuff. We had gone a week or so before and ordered from inside and had long wait as well. Not sure what the deal is, but until they get things figured out, I will not return! read more

Ordered an ice cream cake from this location for my daughter's birthday 4 days before pick-up. When i went to pick it up the girls working told me it wasn't there. I showed hwr the receipt that said it should have been ready 20 minutes ago. She had to call the manager who after 5 minutes called back to tell her he would have it there in 30 minutes. What???? We came back 30 minutes later and manager still wasn't there but employee promised he was on his way. I asked for my money back and asked what the problem was only to be told it was the bakery's fault. DO NOT ORDER A CAKE from this place!!!! Sunday May 29th at 740pm, I come in, and there is only one other customer inside paying. There are three employees, no one greets us or acknowledges we are there. After about 5-7 minutes of waiting, the guy said he said sorry we are short staffed blah blah blah, yet there is a girl with long black/brown curly hair with a scowl on her face, just standing there. So she finally comes over starts talking to the guy about whatever and then just stares at us... So is this how they are supposed to treat customers? Don't think so. We ask her if she's looking at us, her response, "yeah" in a rude response. I tell her what I want. She gives me a wrong flavor after pointing and saying the flavor I asked for. Then I ask for a waffle cone, she puts it in the wrong cone, and I said I wanted a waffle cone and she says we don't make them, even though it's on the menu.. She said they didn't have any, so she rolls her eyes and proceeds to plop it on a different cone then let's it fall off on the counter and says that sugar cones don't hold two scoops, even though they do, and she acted as if it was our fault. Then we ask for a pint of ice cream, which she had to scoop up, and as we are checking out she hands us a quart of the ice cream... Also, the entire store was messy with over flowing trash and Dirty tables. The most rude and unprofessional employee I have ever seen. She should be fired. Okay so I always would go to this Dunkin to get my morning coffee, which is always delicious. The fact that this was a combined BASKIN ROBIN also had me thrilled. About a month ago I went through the drive thru and I'm a big fan of the recess layered sundae. Asked for it and was told "we don't have ice cream". I was assuming they meant they just don't have have that flavor. So I asked for other things on the baskin Robin menu... they didn't have any of it. Ummmm shouldn't an ice cream place have ice cream ?!??!?!? I came back a few more times thinking maybe they just were short on supplies THAT day. Nope, every single time I have asked for the recess layered sundae they never have it. Finally went in person to see if maybe that would change something and there were 2 employees "working" (one was on her cellphone texting) that would explain the constant wait time. And I again asked for the same thing and she just said "we don't have that". They said they didn't have brownies or 7 flavors of ice cream listed on the menu..... I just left.
