This is a brand new location on S Loop 336 in Conroe. It opened just a couple weeks ago next to couple of our favorite eating locations, MOD Pizza and Torchy's Tacos. It's a small lobby and so far both times we've been it's been packed! I'd never heard of them before, but saw a social media ad and thought we'd try them out. This was our second time last night and it's great!! When you walk in (if there's room to get in ) you have the option of ordering on 2 touch screens or at the counter. They have cookies, ice cream, drinks, and a few other things that I wasn't focused on as I was all about the cookies!! We ordered a box of 6. You can get a single(s), a box of 4, 6, or the Party Box of 12 cookies. I do believe they switch some of the cookies out as the last time we were there they had different cookies. The one that was still there was milk chocolate chip and it is TO DIE FOR! It comes out warm, gooey, and probably straight from Heaven. It's that good. They are also HUGE. So big, they have cookie cutters you can buy to cut them into fourths. The wait isn't too long, despite the crowd. It's kinda fun to watch all the people behind the counter scurrying about making the cookies and putting into the pretty pink box and serving them up to you with a smile. I never thought there was too much of a cookie for me to handle ... until today. A vendor dropped off an assorted box of Crumbl Cookies today and I chose the Brownie Batter cookie that is in today's rotation. I thought it looked inviting, soft, chewy and moist even before I picked it up. When I did, I was surprised at the sheer heft of the delicacy in my hand. My chosen cookie had some serious weight. Enough so that I actually commented on it to a co-worker. Visually, the lumpiness of the crust reminded me of fresh baked brownies right out of the oven. For the mouth feel, it turned out to be tremendously moist. As for flavor, well, that one is a home-run. The chocolate chips, butter and other goodness rounded out the flavor profile and brings back a sense of what made "Mom's" brownies the flavorful morsel that we all grew up with. After eating a bit over half, I realized that I may not be able to finish this without some supporting characters to assist me in toning down the flavor and feel. It was the richness and unctuousness of the Brownie Batter cookie that made me brew up an unsweetened cup of dark coffee as my supporting character in this snacking scene. The bitterness of the coffee allowed it to cut through the buttery mouth feel of the dough as well as compliment the flavor of the chocolate in the batter. I highly recommend that when the Brownie Batter is snack-attacked by anyone, use caution. Have a glass of cold milk or a hot cup of dark roast nearby to add to the enjoyment of this particular cookie. All in all, this is a cookie worth having as an in-between meal snack. read more

Holy cookie! Ye gods, what crumble?! I've had 6 different flavors here and I cannot find a single complaint with any of them. It makes me want cookies every day of my life. Must go get more!! Cookies are huge, we cut ours into quarters. Non frosted cookies were the best as we found the frosting was way too sweet. We tried some ice cream, which was pretty good, but could have had more fruit flavor. Friendly staff, and service was quick. read more

I was nervous about trying a new location since I've only ordered from the Magnolia one prior. I shouldn't have been. Went inside for the first time (I usually do delivery or curbside) to pick up my mobile app order which I'd earned a $10 loyalty reward on just to see what it was like. The smell is amazing!!!! And I like that they have a nice display of all the actual cookies for you to see. There were tons of busy bees working and it went smoothly. They were working on my box when I walked in and momentarily they opened it in front of me to double check it's what I ordered which was much appreciated. Service was super sweet and friendly and as I mentioned very efficient. We are getting one of these even closer to my house so probably won't be coming back here or to the Magnolia location and hope the Spring one will be just as good. I'm working my way through the flavors as Crumbl is very new to our area and the two I got today were my favorite so far. The key lime rivaled some of the best key lime pies I've ever had and the iced oatmeal tasted like a hundred times better version of those ones you get at the store. Super impressed again! read more

It's my 1st time trying Crumbl Cookies and it did NOT disappoint. Today was their grand opening and by 1230 pm their chocolate chip, sugar & reeses pieces cookies were all sold out. The cookie is more on the cake-like side, which is not bad, but expected for a gourmet cookie. The cookies are HUGE so don't get turned off by the price. Definitely a sweet tooth lover's dreams come true. It's delicious but I can only consume a few bites at a time. The only thing I was hoping for was more flavors to choose from... other than that highly recommended. We ordered 1/2 a dozen and my total came out to $18.10, not bad-- its a whole-lot-a cookie. read more

Went to get two cookies this evening. Don't be tricked when you see the big demo cookie by the register. I received two cookies ($7.66) and they were not even close to the size of the big cookie. I made a comment about it to the customer service girl and she said "oh well I guess they didn't turn out right" and did nothing about it. Ummmm ok!? read more
