We have experienced staff members eating while ringing up our orders, and it generally makes us feel uncomfortable. We are not sure why some of the staff members take such an unprofessional stance. To be fair, not all staff suffer from a lack of customer service, which is why we continue to return. This is the ONLY reason 3 stars was given in place of 1. Overall, please do better!

While they're making mine, another woman walks in and they ask her what she wants, completely ignoring the man that walked in before the woman. He obviously was frustrated a left. As the blonde was cutting my quesadilla, because they were playing around so much, she dropped the cutter and her and her coworker just stared at the floor. I got fed up and just said I'd cut it at home. I waited in total, 35 minutes for my order. 20 minutes inside for a simple order that was placed when I was over 15 minutes away from the restaurant. It's ok to have fun with your coworkers, but it's not ok when you're ignoring and losing customers.

They're basically paying them minimum wage to deal with all the complaints due to BAD MANAGEMENT.
