I wasn't aware of the multitude of cake options, but she guided me with suggestions for a birthday cake for my wife. Leslie sent me sketches and I chose one of the options and she went to work. She delivered the cake to the event location and it looked amazing. It's one of them times where you know how much work had to go into it, but we were there to eat cake. It was a red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting and chocolate ganache filling. It tasted every bit as good as it looked. The cake was designed to look like a birthday present. I feel like she undercharged me for the product. She is truly a skilled person with an incredible talent. I will use her again anytime I need a cake for a special event. Tip-- they did share that they don't regularly disclose if something that nuts (peanuts or tree nuts) so if you have an allergy, make sure you tell them so they can help!
