Do yourself a favor and try the Crème Brûlée cookie... it's next-level. The texture, the sweetness, that caramelized flavor--absolute perfection. This is the kind of treat you keep thinking about long after it's gone. Everyone should try this place at least once (but let's be honest, once won't be enough).

This one is a little different, as they appear to have more of a mainstay menu with a couple of new flavors that available each week. I think Half Baked is better than the others. The cookie taste like they are home made with love, rather than mass produced. I actually assumed this was just a mom and pop local shop, but it turns out there are a few locations around the country. They would have had me fooled! Here's my ranking of the 4-pack I ordered: 1 Cookie Butter: This is basically a perfect cookie. 2 Chocolate Chip: Normally not one I order, but it was everything you dream of in a chocolate chip cookie. 3 Sprinkles: Ordered it for the kiddo, ate most of it myself. 4 White Chocolate: Not bad, but the only one I would definitely not re-order of these four. Next time I'm in the area and craving sweets (which is always), I will definitely stop back in here.

We split the breakfast sandwich panini and one of their giant cinnamon rolls. The rosemary potatoes were perfectly seasoned with an incredibly velvety texture, and dipping them into their signature Victory Sauce was absolute perfection. The breakfast sandwich was outstanding, with thick, meaty, flavorful bacon on a buttery croissant that tasted like it had just come out of the oven. We paired everything with a caramel hazelnut iced coffee that was perfectly balanced, and the cinnamon roll had just the right amount of sweetness without being overwhelming. What really stood out was the quality. Everything is made from scratch with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and you can absolutely taste the difference. On our way out, we could not resist taking home two pies and the cutest strawberry Pop-Tart covered in patriotic sprinkles. They looked almost too pretty to eat. The food alone would have earned five stars, but the hospitality made the experience unforgettable. The owner was incredibly genuine and treated every customer like a VIP. She has a true heart for veterans and took the time to personally thank my husband for his service. That kind of kindness is rare and speaks volumes about the people behind this wonderful business. Victory Pie Co. has earned loyal customers in us. We cannot wait to come back and work our way through the rest of the menu.

The women there were polite and answered all of my questions, the atmosphere was clean, cute and they had some outside seating. Very nice surprise in Tomball!

I have been wanting to test out the bbq and chocolate here for a while now. Since bbq and…read morechocolate are both served here and since bbq and chocolate are on my list of highly favored culinary items....we thought why not? We did have some breakfast at our hotel so were weren't quite ready for another meal so we ordered a pound of turkey, pinto beans and carrot souffle to take home with us. We also decided to choose four of the house made chocolate truffles. I think it important to note that these truffles are HUGE....like, you know, everything in Texas is BIG, kind of HUGE! So we ordered four of the massive truffles and we loved the Hank Hill themed selections and chose the "Hank Hell" and the "Apple Brown Peggy." We also chose the Smores and Campfire truffles. We shared the Campfire truffle after dinner last night and it was a HUGE hit! We also chose to pick up the "Dark Matter" chocolate bar. Get this....it contains black chocolate, black lava sea salt and black pepper. I mean, if you think your brisket is perfect with salt and pepper, why not roll the chocolate bar in salt and pepper too. Choosing the black pepper and black salts probably make a visually stunning bar as well. We shall SEE.... We decided to just order a pound of turkey and a couple of sides. We knew we wanted the pinto beans but were undecided on the additional side. Elizabeth helped us out at the counter and recommended the carrot souffle. WOW. If you take that home and cut up in little chunks served with some roquefort cheese and some fresh roasted pecans????? Don't say I did not warn you. This side dish is unique, beautiful, and delicate with a divine flavor profile that inspires future placement on the perfect Thanksgiving day menu. The pinto beans. Ok. The pinto beans were honestly the best I have ever had. Perfect smoky and savory flavor, creamy texture. Perfection in a pint sized plastic takeout container. I will take it. Any day. My husband is the bean snob. He approved of the dish wholeheartedly. Serving suggestions: When we brought everything home, we found that the items made a really awesome bbq themed charcuterie board. I think tonight, smoked turkey tacos with some chimichurri sauce, elote and black beans sounds in order!

Public parking was plentiful and pick up was super quick and easy. The staff were super friendly and helped us pick which chocolates we wanted. BBQ was about $75 for 1/2 mixed lean and fatty brisket, chile rellano sausage, pork belly burnt ends, and saucy, crispy ribs. We also got a pint of bacon coleslaw and the carrot soufflé. The brisket was nice and tender, could barely tell the difference between the fatty and the lean cut with a flavorful bark. Doesn't particularly stand out amongst all the other BBQ places but a really solid brisket. The burnt ends were tasty, with a really spicy sauce. The ribs had a nice seasoning and the sauce coated it. The chile rellano sausage was super cheesy with a strong, spicy kick. The bacon coleslaw was really good, not too much mayo with a nice fresh taste. I absolutely loved the carrot soufflé. Soft, smooth, and kind of tasted like Vietnamese banh bo nuong. The chocolates were pretty much the highlight. $5.50 for one and $20 for 4, they're pretty expensive but they're huge truffles. I thought they would be more like cake balls but they're straight chocolate. We got the lavender, horchata, pika (white chocolate banana), smores, and bacon. The added flavors come out well in the chocolate and the dark chocolate shell gives it a really good depth. They have so many options for chocolate that it was almost impossible to just pick 4. Definitely a must if you're in the area! Will have to be back to try their other menu items!

Naturally, this meant it was a drive thru kind of day. As a bonus, I scored a chocolate chip cookie because whoever said chocolate chip cookies aren't for breakfast, lied. Like before, the customer service couldn't be better. The delicious treats were an added bonus. Everything was fresh, but the ooey gooey cinnamon roll (warmed by Britt's) took the cake. The extra cinnamon butter results in a soft, gooey, buttery treat. Zero crunchy edges, zero pieces of unfrosted roll, just a full roll of cinnamon, butter, bread and frosting that somehow avoids both over crisping and sogginess to create the perfect pillowy, luscious bites! If you have a cinnamon roll lover in your life, gift them this cinnamon roll!

Everything we tried tasted like it had been made that morning, and you could tell there was real attention to quality. The croissants were incredibly flaky with those beautiful buttery layers that practically melted apart. The cookie croissant was easily the star of the visit--warm, gooey, packed with cookie butter, and just enough chocolate to keep it from being overly sweet. The cinnamon roll was soft, rich, and generously frosted without becoming overwhelming. The s'mores cookie was perfectly crisp around the edges, soft in the center, and topped with toasted marshmallow and Hershey chocolate that made it feel nostalgic without being gimmicky. We also grabbed a carrot cake cupcake that was light, moist, and beautifully decorated, plus a few iced coffees and a refreshing fruit tea that paired perfectly with all the pastries. Beyond the food, the atmosphere was bright, clean, and welcoming. It was the kind of place where you can sit with friends over coffee or grab a box of pastries to take home (which you'll probably wish you'd done after the first bite). We'll definitely be back to work our way through the rest of the menu. If you're anywhere nearby, do yourself a favor and stop in--just don't expect to leave with only one pastry.
