This review is more for the entire Baskin Robbins chain than this particular location. This location is fine. But Baskin Robbins come on! Get with the times! Have a few more options for dairy free ice cream lovers besides the absurd Daiquiri Ice! Some more sugar free options would be good too! I'm already at a loss when it comes to enjoying ice cream due to my intolerance of lactose. And now I have to be insulted by you carrying only one flavor that's dairy free and it's... Daiquiri Ice!! Throw me a bone here. Imagine if you could only listen to one album for the rest of your life and all that's left at the music store is the Baha Men's debut album. That's right, Daiquiri Ice is basically Who Let the Dogs Out on loop, forever to us non-dairians. I ordered a scoop of ice cream for my my 6 years old and she bite into a piece of metal spring. I'm am so glad she didn't swallowed or I will be taking her to the ER. I spoke with the 2 ladies in the store Greta Thomas and Emily Barker. They apologized and told me it's been a problem and management will not do anything about it. I will file a complaint with corporate. This is a serious health hazard and can be cause serious harm if swallowed. read more

Rude rude rude server...she was not at all friendly or helpful. Don't make the mistake of coming here before closing. My husband and I walked up to the door because the open sign was still on. We started to walk in, but the floor had just been mopped. Believe the low average star ratings for this franchise. During my last visit it was being run by teenagers who were clueless on food service hygiene, knowledge of their product and customer service. This is the dirtiest Baskin Robbins I've ever been to. I try not to go there, but was in Downtown Brea with my kids and decided to overlook it. Never again. I paid over $7.00 for a double scoop and the scoops were so small, it was the size of a SINGLE scoop. I paid $18.00 for me and two little kids, for ICE CREAM. If I am paying almost $20.00 to take my kids out for ice cream, it better be a true sized scoop and a CLEAN atmosphere. Gross. read more

I was having the worst day. My alarm went off and I slept through it, and was late to work. I then got a head ache that put me in the absolute worst mood.
