Why offer so many flavors if you don't get a choice? I called again the next day and thankfully got a different worker who shared my confusion with me about the first worker. They wrote down my order (I got 4 different flavors) and I was set to pick up. The day I picked up my cupcakes, I noticed they looked different from the online pictures (but whatever, they still looked cute). I also noticed they gave me a wrong flavor (I ordered chocolate whiskey and they gave me caramel something instead). I made the mistake known to the cashier but she looked so confused and said "yeah.. thats the chocolate whiskey" which it clearly wasn't because there was caramel slathered on top and did not match the online description and the in person display. I showed the cashier the description and referenced the in person display and the cashier still seemed confused and said "yeah... thats the chocolate whiskey. What would you like me to do?" And I had to spell it out for her and say "take these caramel ones out and replace them with the ones I ordered" and had to point and all and the cashier just said "oh okay." It was super weird and frustrating. Anyways, taste wise- the alcohol infused cupcakes don't really have a flavor of alcohol and the batter kind of tastes like the box mix. Super strange experience for mid to below mid tasting cupcakes.

When I bit into them, I could actually taste and feel the fibrous banana strings, which made the drink less enjoyable. The banana syrup could be improved by using fully ripe bananas and taking the extra time to remove the fibrous strings before making the syrup. While it does require more preparation, it would make a noticeable difference. Ripe bananas are naturally sweeter, and removing the strings would eliminate much of the bitterness while creating a smoother, creamier syrup and cold foam. I also ordered the regular Matcha Latte, and personally, I found it more enjoyable than the Banana Matcha. That said, my all-time favorite drink here is still the Butter Honey Latte. It's incredibly creamy, rich, and full of flavor. I highly recommend giving that one a try!

I've been eating at Atoyubu religiously since it opened, but when Let Eat Yogurt opened in the same strip mall a couple of years ago, I thought it was just another froyo spot or something - I was dead wrong. Kkeu-deok is Korean-style thick yogurt that is thicker (think almost cream cheese like in consistency), a little drier, and due to the straining process, has more protein! Why hasn't this caught on in the states yet, I do not know... but it should! If you want to customize your own bowl, it works similarly to getting an acai bowl. You'll choose a yogurt base and how many scoops you want of it, of which they have a few flavors. Went for blueberry this time and it had delicious chunks of blueberry mixed in. Then you choose your toppings like freshly cut fruit, some sweeter options like mochi, things like honey and agave to drizzle/mix in, along with honey granola. The folks working there were also super kind and patient and were willing to walk us through the process as new customers. The fruit is delicious and very fresh, though the strawberries were definitely on the tart side. The yogurt isn't too sweet, but it's also surprisingly not that tart. So if you're expecting Greek yogurt level of tart, you won't get that BUT they do sell a grape yuzu yogurt that might be up your alley! You see, they sell packaged yogurt in to go friendly containers with some interesting flavors, so we ended up getting yuzu grape and banana pudding. I'm a banana pudding FIEND and I say that this is one of the best variations of banana pudding I've had anywhere. AND it's healthy and has lots of protein! Very Disappointing Experience -- Poor Customer Service…read more A friend of mine came to visit from out of state, and since she had been looking forward to having Korean patbingsu (shaved ice with sweet red beans) while visiting the U.S., we decided to go to Sulbing. We ordered patbingsu, bungeoppang (Korean fish-shaped pastry), and an iced café latte. All three items were placed together on one tray. Before eating, I took a picture to post on Instagram. Then, when I picked up the iced latte to take a sip, the lid came off because it had not been properly secured, and the entire drink spilled all over my clothes. I immediately told the staff that the lid had not been properly closed. Instead of apologizing or offering any help, the employees insisted that they had definitely closed it properly and that they had heard the lid "click." They basically said it was not their fault. What was even more upsetting was that they then walked into the kitchen and left us without offering any assistance at all. We asked for something to clean up the mess, but they told us that the tissues were outside and that it was self-service. They simply handed me a mop and expected me to clean everything myself. I was honestly shocked by the lack of basic courtesy and customer service. I went to the restroom and tried to clean my clothes with water as best I could. When I came back out, I saw the two employees inside the kitchen laughing and chatting together. At that point, I was extremely upset. Despite everything, I stayed because my friend had traveled a long way and had really wanted to try the patbingsu and bungeoppang. We tried to enjoy our food, but the whole experience left a very unpleasant impression. Later, when I looked again at the latte photo I had taken for Instagram before the spill, I could clearly see that the lid was not properly sealed. I don't usually write negative reviews, but this experience was so disappointing that I felt I needed to share it. Mistakes can happen, and I would have understood if the staff had simply apologized and tried to help. What was most upsetting was the attitude afterward -- no apology, no assistance, and no basic courtesy. I will not be returning to this location.

I sent her inspo photos of our pastel Disney theme... and she did not disappoint! The cake was absolutely beautiful, almost identical to the inspo photo, and "not too sweet" [which in Asian culture, is high praise]. As I started contacting bakeries, I discovered most need a minimum 6 weeks lead time, some 3 months. Panic set in. Cheryll at Creative Cakes talked me off the ledge right away. She promised they could make my cake and deliver in time for the party at the Newport Beach Yacht Club. She was super helpful on the design. Their instagram has great content/examples of their work. She was especially helpful in what size cake I needed and flavors. On her advice we settled on one large sheet cake and two personalized cakes for the birthday boys so they could blow out their own candles. It was absolutely perfect. The cakes arrived on time, they were beautiful, AND delicious. I cannot tell you how many compliments we received. If you are anywhere in Orange County, this should be on your short list of go-to venders for parties.

People raved about the strawberry cheesecake. I was asked by multiple people where I got these cupcakes from. I had the chance to sample both, and honestly the triple chocolate was delicious as well. The cake is moist, the frosting buttery and not super sweet. I can see why the strawberry cheesecake was the star of the show among the parents, though. As for customer service - great! Cupcake ready when promised. Larry helped me carry my order to the car, and gave me good instructions on care and transport. I would order from him again for any event.
