I remember I paid $2.49 per scoop in other baskin-robbins. Cancel the special 31th of the month. Jack up the price. Health hazard just being in the store and too greedy. Zero star. 5 stars for service and quality! Called in the day before I needed a customized cake and spoke to Megan, one of the managers and baker. Decided to try my luck even though I was almost certain that I was unable to place my order due to what the other BR locations told me as they needed more than 2 days in advance for customized orders. Megan, however, was so nice, sweet and creative. I took the design in and showed Megan what I had in mind. She immediately threw in creative ideas that she had in order to create a cake that is perfect for me. It was such a pleasant experience to work with someone who was so enthusiastic to cater to my every need the day before the cake is needed, and also someone who was as excited as Megan to create this cake for me. This store close early all the time! I came tonight at 9:40. Hours show closing at 10pm. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me. I'm confused. What are the real store hours? Two girls working inside had already cleaned up everything so that tells me it was closed even earlier. If I could give zero stars, I would. I got a banana royal tonight. I literally had a child's scoop of ice cream in a very large cup and the rest was whipped cream. I understand times are hard, but I raise the price by a little, dont cut the amount of ice cream, which WE PAY for less than a fourth of what we use to get. This is robbery!!! Friends & I had just finished having dinner on Birch st and we saw on yelp that Baskin Robins was open until 10pm. At 9:27p the doors were locked while 2 young girls were sweeping & mopping the floor, ignoring us trying to come in. The sign on the door said 10pm. Clearly they were on their own agenda and just wanted to clean & get out of there, not even acknowledging us in the window. Poor customer service. We will never be back to this location. read more

5 stars for the customer service at this location. I was here to buy an ice cream cake and the lady who helped me was super helpful. I'm really indecisive, so I told her what flavors I was looking for and she helped me pick out some cakes. The one I picked was slightly dented and missing some of the frosting, but she quickly fixed it up for me. She also asked me if I wanted the words "Happy Birthday" written on it, but I told her that I was worried it wouldn't fit since the cake didn't have much room on the top. She was super sweet and told me not to worry so I picked a color and she was able to fit the words on there neatly. Thank you to the kind worker for going the extra mile!! read more

I have been coming to this Baskin Robbins for some time because it is conviently located by my house. Tonight was the last straw, there is a male worker there with a cross tattoo on his arm who I cannot stand, he is rude, a smartass, and is not funny. I put in the most simple order and he chose to roll his eyes at me. Don't want to get into anything else he did, but I am fed up. I am driving to one further from my house I only kept going because of the other workers who provide WAY better customer service he ruined it for me. I just spent an afternoon with my aunt and cousin here. I am discontent with the service. The customer service was awful to say the least. This girl with blonde hair did not help us out for a good 10 minutes, she was cleaning up to close even tho it was barley 9:30. As a person who works at customer service it was so unacceptable. You should at least say hi or smile, but nope attitude was so rude and definitely should not work in customer service.They also did close right after we left at 9:50 even though they close at 10. Overcharging and I dropped by yesterday for the 31st special only to be told there wasn't any due to COVID and yet there was no attempt to abide by any sort of social distancing guidelines at all in that tiny crowded store. Bought one scoop that basically came out to maybe a kids scoop size and was charged 3.99. I didn't notice until I came home and looked at the portion I go to other locations periodically and although pay just about as much as this I have been given a standard scoop. The staff was nice enough but sorry, I probably won't be coming back. If you compare the quantity to pricing, I think its almost cheaper at Salt and Straw (premium gourmet organic ice cream) in Downtown Disney. read more

When I asked to change from a cup to a cone the ice cream girl was too busy rolling her eyes at me to notice which cone I pointed at. I felt so uncomfortable that I didn't notice she gave me the wrong cone until I walked out. My boyfriend went in and exchanged it for me. Every single year I order an ice cream cake from here and it's perfect I order a happy birthday ice cream cake and it comes out great I have no idea if you guy have got new employees or staffing but it is horrible customer service and quality I am not happy one bit with the outcome of this cake. Save your time and money and go get the rite aid ice cream. Cheaper plus it tastes better! I usually get the coconut pineapple and cherry ice cream and have gotten it at both places... Rite aid for the win. And rite aid has better customer service. At least the one by my house has older employees who actually know how to greet the customers and offer samples unlike this baskin Robbins! I walk in. No one in line. No hi or nothing. I then proceed to look at the different flavors. No offers of samples. Ok? And then when the little girl gives me my ice cream which I wanted a double scoop... She gives it to me in two single scoops so I paid for two one scoop ice cream vs a double which is cheaper. I was so annoyed I didn't even want to correct that little girl! Ok? I've been here several times and the owner has waited on us every time. I ordered a hand pack quart of ice cream and it was anything but packed. There was so much air and empty space in the container that when I packed it down it only filled half of the container. This location should be avoided. Okay I just want to start off by saying this Baskin Robbins is like a second home to me. Peggy is a very sweet amazing owner. She is one of the most caring owners/boss I've ever known. I recommend this place as a very good first job to work at if you're a young person who has never had a job before this place is a great place to work at. Additionally, I want to say that Ginger is the best cake decorator on earth!!!! She is phenomenal and has continued to make the most creative, amazing cakes I've ever seen! She is the best! I grew up in Fullerton/brea. So after the movies we always go get ice cream. I swear their portions get smaller and smaller every time I go. This time, I said, oh.. I asked for a regular scoop, not a kids scoop. And she said. Oh. That's the regular scoop. My husband then asked for a kids scoop and it was the same size. Haha. For their being so many desserts and ice cream places.. you would think theyd try a little harder to keep customers happy and coming back. We're just going to go to Rite aid instead. This review is more for the entire Baskin Robbins chain than this particular location. This location is fine. But Baskin Robbins come on! Get with the times! Have a few more options for dairy free ice cream lovers besides the absurd Daiquiri Ice! Some more sugar free options would be good too! I'm already at a loss when it comes to enjoying ice cream due to my intolerance of lactose. And now I have to be insulted by you carrying only one flavor that's dairy free and it's... Daiquiri Ice!! Throw me a bone here. Imagine if you could only listen to one album for the rest of your life and all that's left at the music store is the Baha Men's debut album. That's right, Daiquiri Ice is basically Who Let the Dogs Out on loop, forever to us non-dairians.
