I went on a day that they were having a holiday pop up, so there were other local vendors exhibiting their goods. I called the location and spoke to a person who claimed to be the owner. I told him the problem, and he put me onto his manager. She apologized and said if I'd like a replacement. I said if all their chocolates are being stored incorrectly or they have old chocolates, then I don't want any. She didn't bother justifying or even refuting that statement. So I'm pretty sure, all their chocolates or the caramel squares are either very old or stored in places of high moisture. Either ways they look disgusting. She did ask if I wanted something else, not bothering to give me any proactive options. She just seemed like she had to say something because the owner was around. No proactive customer service, no feelings of even slight remorse about sending out old chocolates to customers.
