Taking 5 minutes to explain something with patience and respect should be basic standard. It's concerning that it isn't here. All of the staff at this pharmacy has been amazing and they are very quick to fill our prescriptions. We don't have wait hours and hours like at other pharmacies. In fact, if they can, they will quickly fill the prescription on the spot with little to no wait at all!
