Good Customer Service…read more I went into Walgreens because I thought I might be coming down with a bug and thought it would be a good idea to stock up on some over the counter medicine. When I arrived at the store I wasn't quite sure what medicine would be the appropriate medicine to take. The pharmacist took the time to answer all my questions even suggested a medicine that would work best. I normally do not go to Walgreens for my prescriptions or over-the-counter drugs. However this will be the place I come in the future. You can't beat this type of customer service. In fact the customer service is so good and fast I didn't have time to walk the aisles looking at the random items you find in drug stores.

I went in today to pick up a prescription for my two year-old that has a double ear infection, she grabbed the medicine, I paid for it, and then she walked away from the counter and didn't say a word. She came back and put the medicine in the bag and she said, "do you have any questions for the pharmacist?" I said yeah how much do I give her? How often do I give it to her and she said it's right there on the paper..... why did you ask me if I had questions for the pharmacist if you were just going to direct me to the piece of paper? That makes absolutely zero sense. I'm not a doctor and I didn't go to school for medicine and I just wanna make sure that I'm giving my daughter the correct dosage of her medicine so that she'll feel better. Totally rude and zero customer service.

This happened so many times I lost count. While on hold I got back in my car and drove back to the pharmacy. - this pharmacy is horrible understaffed for the amount of business they get. They need to hire more techs and pharmacies.

He and the staff made it clear that my questions and concerns were an inconvenience. That's unacceptable in any healthcare setting. Patients are already dealing with pain, stress, and serious concerns which lead us to take these medications in the first place-- our concerns shouldn't be met with dismissiveness and attitude when trying to understand our treatment. Taking 5 minutes to explain something with patience and respect should be basic standard. It's concerning that it isn't here.
