Jeremy Thorne was the on-site project manager and was truly knowledgeable about building codes, making suggestions about the space that we had not thought of, giving us updates on the progress of the project and doing a good portion of the work himself. Mark McGowan and his crew did an excellent job finishing roughly 1500 sq ft of basement space. Mark worked with us during each step, from initial design to possible changes by us. His entire crew was professional, courteous and did an amazing job. They took the time to listen to my questions and help guide us in the right direction. The basement finish consisted of a large bar area, rec room, bedroom, closets, work out room and large full bathroom. We also had the old hot water heater replaced with an on-demand system. They also installed a whole home water filter system and a water softener. I could not be more pleased with all the new additions. It's been a few years since this company finished our basement, just didn't get around to getting a review in place, things get busy! I'm contacting them now to see about a master bath remodel, and realized I never sent a review. Anyway, now you can get another review of how things have weathered over time. Our basement is fantastic; could not be happier with it. There have been no issues, all the finishes still look perfect, everything is functioning exactly as it should. Mark and his team did an amazing job throughout the entire process, from the design phase to the finishing touches. Mark really listened to our requests in the beginning and knew how to translate what we needed from the space into a beautiful layout and design for a basement apartment.
