I was slightly hesitant to use a company that didn't have much of an internet presence, however I know that homegrown businesses are generally cheaper because they have less overhead. I sent Luis a message here on Yelp and he responded relatively quickly with an estimate (which he stuck to even with some slight modifications to the project during the work). Few days later and he was here with his crew on a Saturday and ready to roll. The project took them a few hours, and Luis had to make a couple trips to Home Depot during the job. The entire time they were here, they were very professional and respectful of my property. They used wood and metal to cover up the pipes, and everything was measured perfectly, and his "finisher" came to the house to repaint them to match the textured paint on the existing basement wall. I have to say it came out looking better than I could have imagined. They cleaned up after themselves pretty well and Luis was very nice to talk to. I wouldn't hesitate to use Luis again for a construction job. He does quality work and stuck to his initial estimate.

It was a complicated project to work with all the old wood and brick in a small space, but Nick & crew did a great job. Nick's tiling is perfect and he is very skilled. Nick was prompt and always got back to me immediately and was checking in throughout the day to keep me abreast of progress. I hired him and his crew again on another project to modernize a window, replace grout in my kitchen, and do some extra painting projects because they are extremely good at it. Prompt, good communicator, excellent tiler, can fix any issue and works with a lovely crew. The finished product-- couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.

Horrible workmanship. I would never use him again or recommend Miguel to do work for anyone else…read more He was hired to convert my small bathroom tub shower to a step-in shower, put down new tile on the floor and paint. He botched the entire job, then blamed it on his helper, even though Miguel was working right alongside his worker throughout the majority of the job daily. When he proclaimed the job complete I asked him if he was proud of the work he had done and would he use photos of my job on Yelp as an example of his work. He said "no" to both. I have to have every bit of his work torn out and redone. He tried to use plain blue backer dry wall in the shower, wanted to drywall over insulation that had black mold saying it was black paint, and repeatedly said he was going to make my bathroom "beautiful". As you'll see from the accompanying photos, it is anything but. The shower floor tile is completely crooked, as is the wall tile. The floor drain isn't flush with the tile, so won't drain properly. The glass shower door was installed crooked, the caulking and finish trim look like it was done by a 12 year old. When I pointed these things out he kept repeating that my walls weren't square and floor wasn't level. A professional contractor knows to put leveler on floors and walls to ensure level surfaces before laying the first tile. Add to that the fact he spray painted plastic trim on the new asphalt in front of my townhouse, leaving black paint that I have to pay to have resealed, as ours is a private street that the residents had to pay to have repaved only last year. Miguel knew this because I had told him. He seemed stressed out and rushed from the start. Since I was working from home during the whole job, I could see his exasperation and hear him yelling at his helper. I feel completely ripped off and hope no one else has to have this experience, hence the lengthy review. I gave Miguel the opportunity to refund what I had paid him but never got a response. For some reason the photos I added will not post. Contact me and I'll be happy to share them with you.

When Ryan first showed us the project schedule, I was really impressed by the level of detail and the timeline, but honestly wasn't convinced it would actually stay on track since that's not usually how remodels go. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent. Ryan was always quick to respond whenever I reached out, and we genuinely felt like they truly cared about us, our home, and the overall project. John and Noah are a fantastic father/son team who treated our home and project with incredible care from start to finish. This was not a simple remodel--it was essentially a full gut and rebuild of a very large bathroom that stretched over several months and through the holiday season. They handled demolition, rebuilding, tile installation, heated flooring, painting, lighting, plumbing, fixture installation, and coordination with the drywall/texture and window subcontractors (who were both excellent as well). Their craftsmanship is exceptional, especially the tile work. The detail and precision are unlike anything we've seen before--people genuinely think parts of the tile are wallpaper because the installation is so seamless and artistic. Equally important, John and Noah were dependable, communicative, respectful, and trustworthy throughout the entire process. Having contractors in your home for months requires a tremendous amount of trust, and they earned that trust completely. We absolutely love our new bathroom and could not be happier with the final result. We would wholeheartedly recommend Triolo Enterprises to anyone looking for high-quality craftsmanship and people who truly care about the work they do.
