Can't give 0 stars so i'll give 1. STEER CLEAR. Read on if you want, but that really should be all you need to know. I hired them to do remove old deck railings and install new ones & repair and stain my fence (3 posts were down). End result looks great, quality is bad and the experience was a nightmare. They told me it would take about 4-7 days total to do the work. They finished 6 weeks after they started. Issues: 1. They disappeared and didn't contact me for 2 weeks in the middle of the project, avoiding phone calls/texts until I called them from a different number. One excuse after the next. During that time I had two raised decks with no railings and a yard full of construction debris. 2. Agreement was for 1/2 payment up front, 1/2 upon completion. The total amount remained the same but I was asked for more money upfront 4x after it started. I gave it to them because I genuinely believed they were good guys. 3. Throughout the project, they smoked and left cigarette butts all over our property. I could live with that for a week-long project, not for 6 weeks. 4. Received a call from one of them the day before they finished saying he was lost and didn't have a car, money for a taxi, etc. I ended up having to take 45mins out of my work day to go pick him up and bring him to the house to get the job done. He'd been to my house over 10 times before this and somehow couldn't find it (he was miles away). 5. Broke the latch on our gate (see pics) - the black piece is not supposed to be bent and snapped when I tried to straighten. 6. Killed several of our plants despite repeated asks to be careful 7. Left ALL construction materials in our driveway for me to dispose of, despite promising the pickup was paid for and scheduled (and I foolishly trusted them and paid the remainder). Cost of pickup = $120. 8. Left construction materials (fence post footer) in my backyard for me to dispose of (couldn't even put it in the big bag of stuff they left) 9. Lastly - discovered that they had failed to put all the screws in the posts of our back deck, which sits 10+ft off the ground. Had I not discovered (there is an aesthetic cover that hides the screws) and someone leaned against it, they would have taken out the railing and fallen on to the stone below. Now I get to go buy the screws and install. They were 30% less than the other quotes I received and now I know exactly why. Wouldn't waste your time or frustration. I would've happily paid an extra $3K to not have dealt with this. UPDATE: after reading my review on Google I received a call from them promising to come fix everything, telling me I was one of the clients they "liked" and they wanted to do right by me. They no showed again, and haven't returned calls. Imagine if you're one of the clients they DONT like. read more

Came out for an estimate on our fence. Said he would get back to us by the following morning. We called and left a message just to confirm he had our correct phone number. It's going on 2 weeks and still no estimate. Have no idea how his work is because he hasn't responded. Maybe it's because we said we weren't interested in redoing our deck any time soon. If you dont want or cant do the job the least you could do is let us know. read more
