The proposal said trash removal and materials not included. Never ever sign a proposal like that, just find someone else. Never got any receipt how much he paid for trash or materials.He wanted $2500 on top of what the original proposal was. They finished in 3 days and wanted to charge for overtime and travel from Denver! Nothing was disclosed in advance, just totally made up prices without any receipt.Worst experience with a contractor, very rude and pushy!

He over promises and under delivers, then hides behind his painters, avoids problems and conversation, and hides behind occasional texts. Our experience was unbelievable and beyond unprofessional. The project manager admitted to managing multiple projects during the week they committed to complete our home. They assigned 2 painters to complete about 3000 sq ft in a week, which is the time Brian quoted us. He wouldn't even add more workers because he himself admitted other crews were even worse in terms of quality and attention to detail. They committed to removing dry wall inserts and patching all walls, then did a horrendous job. They would paint first and said they'd patch walls before a second coat, which is not a best practice and was only done to avoid doing the patch work. We asked them to leave after giving them more than a week to complete the job because they started damaging our floors, tore out and broke a door frame, had no idea how to patch textured walls, and sanded our master bedroom walls without covering furniture, among other things. We had enough. We have to pay another company to finish the work they didn't and more importantly, fix their mistakes, including bringing in a dry wall specialist. As if all of that wasn't bad enough, he had his painters threaten and he himself threatened to put a lien on our home if we didn't pay them. Don't take my word for it - images of texts below. They pressure washed, cleaned, caulked, scraped and painted. It looks like a brand new house! They were extremely quick and efficient, even in the dead of winter with unpredictable weather. Very professional and took the time to walk through with us and make sure every single detail was perfect and how we wanted it. Cheapest quote we got by a long shot and the job they did is incredible. Highly highly recommend!!
