Even though most Big 5 stores are a bit smaller in size, they most definitely cram a lot of products into every surface area. I was looking for bat grip, and spent the previous few days looking up bat grips online. Since I wanted to support the local store, I decided to check out Big 5 when I was in the area. The employee quickly pointed out to me where bat grips were and I was on my way. There were not many options, but it was exactly what I needed. It was even better priced than online stores. After grabbing what I needed, I checked out a few of the sale racks, and there were many! Great service, in-stock products, numerous sale racks, and plenty of parking! I will most definitely stop by again for my sporting needs.

All of his coworkers were wearing name tags except him, and when I asked for his name, he refused to give it. What made the situation worse is that he treated me like I was trying to steal something. He acted as if I wasn't allowed to see what I was buying and made me feel completely disrespected. I've never been treated like that in a store before. If Big 5 values good customer service, they should address employees who behave this way. No customer deserves to be talked down to or judged when they're simply trying to make a purchase. this review is long overdue. i have been to Diamond 9 more than a handful of times and have never…read moreleft disappointed. they really care about their customers, young and old. ive even been fortunate enough to witness them doing charitable work with non-customers as well. every single person i have had the pleasure to interact with there have been pleasant. including the sea of vendors that are there on wednesdays and saturdays. the pokemon selection is not immense that it becomes overwhelming, but definitely more than enough to warrant spending more than half an hour shopping. of course it helps that almost all their cards are priced at or sometimes even below market so obviously you want to buy all of them. to sum it up, Diamond 9 has all the makings of one of the best LCS in the area, and I feel lucky to have them so conveniently located near me. i will be coming to this shop for years to come.

He was very nice from the time that I talked to him on the phone until i finally signed up. I even didn't sign up on the first visit and felt no pressure to do so. The lesson was thorough and covered things that seemed important. I felt like the way they figure out your ability was pretty extensive and showed your ability well. I feel like after my first experience that Gene deserved a 5 star review. I will write another review after I have some lessons.

I paid them 2500 dollars for golf lessons back in 2020, but with Covid it was difficult and scary to be in a closed environment. So about a year or two ago, I called them to see if I can start the golf lessons back up again. I was told that they see my name in the system and they will have the manager call me back to discuss my options. I did this twice and to this day, I haven't even received a courtesy call from management.
