I was a little skeptical at first because of the mixed reviews but I've gotta say this place rocks!! I have been there a couple times now and all the girls were really friendly and helpful, letting me look at a few varieties with out making me feel rushed. The fact that all the employees are female is a big plus in my book, makes me feel comfortable. Their prices can't be beat and I was told to come on my birthday to receive a free joint! Yeah there is bullet proof glass but this is not the only club like that and I felt they girls were more friendly then a few other places I have gone. The fact that they don't "hook it up" as one review said is made up for by the fact that their prices are sooooo low. Nothing over $50 with quite a bit of products for $25 and even a couple strains for $17. I am definitely coming here when I am on a budget. Oh, and the last time I was there they gave me a free sample of one of their edibles which was great!! The girl said they sell for $5 which is the cheapest edibles I have found in a place so far and it was STRONG (and tasty). I was turned on to BASA by my neighbor maybe a year ago...I was amazed at their awesome low prices on high-quality concentrates...my old club charges $44 for the exact same branded product at BASA for $30! That was enough to warrant the bus ride...then, THEY STARTED DELIVERY!!!! YAY! Talk about full service! Their flowers are fantastic, their concentrates mesmerizing, their edibles delectable, and their customer service is TOPS! I check their menu, and I usually end up calling and asking for advice regarding which strain for which purpose and the staff have continuously been kind, polite and extremely knowledgeable...which has helped me tremendously. I bought the cheapest weed they had and it was great! This is a pretty big deal. I've bought weed on craigslist few times & in golden gate park sporadicly over the years so I know what shitty weed is. I also grow weed without spraying it and know what clean herb tastes like. Had my complaints about prop64 but it looks like regulation is making all the legal weed in SF good??? Before 64 you could go to any dispensary & the cheap thing on the menu would be kinda dry & shitty. I dunno maybe there is still shitty legal weed in sf but am giving 5 stars because good deals, the line doesn't take forever, & quality. I took a risk buying cheap weed & you guys didn't let me down! Ashley answered the phone and was extremely helpful. She answered all my questions and even let me know about some deals that I were not aware of already. I have been going to BASA for years. The entire staff are incredible "Budtenders" and extremely helpful in finding what works for each individual. They have great specials on both gummies and flowers on different days. And they reward neighborhood locals with even more discounts. They are wonderful in recommending new items and talk to you in a way you can understand. If you are new to the cannabis arena or an old time stoner, if you use for recreational or medicinal - they have someone to guide your experience. I always pass by this place but never knew there was a club on divis and grove. I went in to Basa last week and was greeted immediately by Yanoj. He was great and very personable. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the products that were available. I'm a pretty avid cannabis user for anxiety and migraines. On that particular day, Yanoj recommended a great hybrid biscotti that definitely helped me out and i was able to have a relaxing rest of my day. Basa is great spot to pick up your medicinals and they have a good selection for your needs. They definitely came through for me that day..... I Definitely recommend going here this place is amazing and they have so many options to choose from but what I'm most impressed by is their staff especially the security guard he open the door for me he made sure everything was clean and wiped down and during Covid I noticed that he didn't let so many people in the building at one time and he made sure everybody was wearing their face masks and that's something I can really appreciate during these uncertain times. My Dad was on their compassion program back in the day, he brought me in to buy my first bag of medical weed from them. This was in 2004!!! The shop was downtown by the cablecar turnaround on Market Street. Different building, fancier looks (first shop was a crazy TL style internet cafe) but if you stand still long enough still some of the same people. I like that they are very honest, most people I deal with, they point me away from the baby weed and on to what they are smoking. Crazy amount of joints to choose from on most days. So I walked into Basa Collective looking for some weed (big surprise) last week. Line was long but cruised to the front in no time at all. When I got to the window looking for a nice indica/hybrid strain for less than 40. Their selection was amazing! Lots of different strains available at the 31 dollar price. And my bud tender was wonderful in helping me to choose one, allowing me to take a look and sniff of everyone I asked for. Normally I go to vapor room, but the other day I had a chance to go to Basa since they open late. From outside it looked a bit funny but once I got inside the place was very secure, cameras every where, and bullet proof window :) which was different but I like. their prices are very low with very good qualities, except they seemed they were running low. the girls working there were very nice and helpful, made me feel as if I have known them for years. Recently stayed down the street at the metro and happened to wander into here. Glad I did too! The staff were great very attentive sparking up casual conversation with ease. It happened to be my girl friends birthday and they hooked it up with a bunch of stickers and pins along with a preroll (perfect since I was in a hotel). Basa is our community's favorite dispensary. If you come here, the staff is always be willing to help you and bring out various products for you to see. If you stop by on the weekends, it's not uncommon to find vendors tabling their products and showcasing various strains. Nadra assisted me today during my visit.
